We hired Isaac to do a 1400 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome (two stories), including the stairwell and skylight recessed area. Since Isaac is a one man operation, the value is hard to beat. Things will go a bit slower than if you hire an entire crew, but it also streamlines communication and ultimately made our experience much better than trying to manage a handful of painters. Isaac is really good at what he does. He has great attention to detail and we didn't have to worry about a thing! He took care of the trim with precision, patched a nasty hole in our laundry closet, and generally did fantastic work top to bottom. Not only that, but he did it for probably $1500 less than we would have paid for a crew. Isaac is our go-to for anything painting. We would recommend him to friends and family without hesitation. Martin/Advanced Exteriors stated: 1) You will never have to paint again using Rhino Shield. 2) You will get a discount on your fire insurance because of Rhino Shield. 3. All you need to do is power wash and the dirt will come right off. None of these are true and we spent over $30K for this paint/service, which is not worth the money at all. We also hired a professional power washer and the stain/dirt did not come out. On June 3, 2026, we sent them pictures of my house showing peeling paint and staining. At first they were going to send a person over to check it out, then on June 4, 2026, Martin called to tell us he would have to come out himself and gave us some excuse about the stain and peeling paint. He said the problem was efflorescence, but he never came out to test for this. He also said that he would have to check it out himself and let me know a date/time that weekend. He never called back (4th Lie). They sell very expensive paint (yes, you do have to paint again) and customer service is terrible!
