He makes the to explain medical terms and anatomical functions of your conditions and best available procedures to correct the conditions. Furthermore, he is comfortable with going into greater details about how the procedure/ procedures will improve the medical conditions. I was so surprised that after decades of my mother having spinal surgeries and epidurals by traditional orthopedic surgeons, she was left is severe debilitating pain. Her only recourse was pain medication, which left her tired, sleepy, and hopeless every day. She had a L5/S1 fusion and c4/c5 herniated disk surgery, and recently was diagnosed with spondyliothis/ degenerative spine condition. To make matters worse, the L5/S1 fusion has compacted the above vertebrae and worn down the cushion in L4 to the point of bone on bone. We had been searching for a remedy for years, and we're only offered cortisone, epidurals, and ultimately fusion surgery (again), by doctor after doctor. Until.... We met Dr. Wu. In 15 minutes he explained an outpatient procedure that we had never heard of, that for the first time - actually made sense! So we gave it a try. In 15 minutes, Dr. Wu completed his recommended procedure on my mother. In 2 days, she was walking without a walking stick/ cane, not needing wheelchair assistance, not debilitated by severe pain, nor completely dependent on medications like nerve modulators, or opioid pain killers, or muscle relaxants to maintain her daily activities. A week later, I am truly amazed that his work has reduced her pain by more than 60% and now she is walking and smiling and laughing again. She has improved drastically, and now I am blessed to enjoy holding her hand while walking together - something we have not done since I was much younger. I missed so many years of this special experience with her. Thank you so much, Dr. Wu; for giving us new memories to rekindle. PS. Thank you for diagnosing and treating my bursitis. I can bend my knee again and walk without a painful limp. I had no idea the problem could be fixed so quickly and feel so much better! Sincerely, Yamina

Thankfully, I was able to see Isaac just a few days after the injury, and my visit gave me so much comfort and reassurance. I had also started experiencing neck and shoulder pain, which Isaac quickly recognized was most likely from the way I had been using my crutches. He corrected my technique, showed me the proper way to use them, and immediately helped relieve some of the discomfort. That alone was incredibly helpful! Isaac was very thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on and gave me specific exercises to do at home so I can be proactive in my recovery. I'm hopeful that with the right care and exercises, I'll be able to get back to running, yoga, and my fitness classes soon! I'm planning to see him again in a week to make sure I'm healing properly, and I'm so grateful to have found someone I feel confident trusting with my recovery. I would definitely recommend Isaac to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring sports physical therapist!

We had our initial evaluation with Dr. Isaac today, and we were impressed with how thorough and attentive he was throughout the evaluation. He took the time to carefully test and assess her knee, explain the areas where she still has deficits nearly seven months post-op, and demonstrate additional strength exercises that will help her continue making progress. He also corrected her form to ensure she is getting the most benefit from her strength training program. We appreciate the time and expertise he provided and are looking forward to working with him to help close the strength deficit and, most importantly, get our daughter safely and confidently back on the pitch!

Due to the quality of the surgery and excellent PT, I enjoyed a fast recovery period. Dropped the walker within a week and stop using a cane within three weeks. Both my PT and the PT at the hospital said Dr. Tiberi was their first choice. Given my speed and ease of recovery, I can now see why he is so highly respected and sought after. The optimal window for this surgery is within 3 weeks of the injury, but because of the MRI delay, Dr. Nuccion wasn't able to do the surgery until 6 weeks after. 5 1/2 months later, I am still not fully recovered, but I am well on my way doing light pushups and resuming tennis. I don't know what full recovery looks like a couple of months from now in terms of my strength and athletic capacity compared to before, but it's 100% guaranteed to be far better than the massive limitations I would've had to live with for the rest of my life had Dr Nuccion not been able to pull off the surgery despite the delay. She saw that I was wearing sandals without socks. The gal helping me kept asking if I had a sock. I said, no. Do you have a ped or socks I could buy from you? She was snarky and said, no. Kept telling me that these are all new products and all sales are final. She also mentioned twice that she did not want her braces to stink after I tried them on. WTH! That in itself is really insulting to say to customers. I am wearing new sandals and I just took a shower before I got there. I needed the brace to I just purchased the one that fit. The store does bill insurance for products and services but, she told me flat out that I would have to pay for the brace and bill my insurance if I wanted to be reimbursed. BY THE WAY, THE BRACE IS NOT REFUNDABLE AFTER YOU LEAVE THE STORE. Like I didn't hear it enough during our interactions. I won't be returning when I need to change to another brace in 6 weeks.

See The Trainer was the vendor that provided the brace (not my knowing). I only received one brace but See The Trainer insisted I got two and hired a collection agency to retrieve the money. I didn't even use the one brace I received and actually returned it to the store. But they insisted I got two and sent letters to my home and the collection agency continued to send letters, so I sent them money, and now, they have my brace (which I never used) and have my money (for the brace I never received). I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as I think they may be involved in some insurance scam or something. I hope you all have a better experience dealing with these guys.
