After dealing with this store I contacted all credit bureaus and put a freeze on my social as my intuition kicked in from this whole experience.

She explained everything clearly and demonstrated the changes in a way that was easy to understand. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solution.
