We had the pleasure of touring The Aviator, earlier today (5/26/24) and spoke to Alexis, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. In fact, both, Alexis (Leasing Agent) and Carissa (Assistant Manager) provided exceptional service, making our tour an outstanding customer experience! We initially visited The Aviator several weeks ago, however, it was only after today's tour by Alexis, that we have decided to move forward as soon, as a specific unit of our preference becomes available. Alexis did an exceptional job showing us the model apartment, beautiful pool, gym, recreation area, business, and conference center, including all other impressive amenities at The Aviator. She made us feel welcomed, and comfortable. Thank you for all your hard work, Alexis! #CustomerExperience #LuxuryApartments #LasVegasApartments #LasVegas #Henderson #Nevada #LasVegasLiving #Apartments #theaviatorapartments #Tour #LeasingAgent #LuxuryLifestyle #PropertyTour #ApartmentHunting #HighlyRecommended #ThankYou #OutstandingService #ComfortandStyle #PerfectApartment #5starReview read more

No washing machine for a month. made two calls and apparently a second call was the end of the world and they caught an attitude. sent a maintenance guy in training instead of the real guy even though i told them the barrel detached and i needed it fixed within the week due to me having a baby in a week. Management is inconsiderate and subtlety hostile. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don't be fooled by appearances-what you see on the outside is completely misleading. The on-site office staff and corporate office staff are both rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and absolutely useless. When you complain, they brush it off like it doesn't matter. To top it off, the on-site office staff have no shame gossiping about tenants' personal business to other tenants'. Completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. This place is a nightmare. I strongly suggest you read more reviews before you even think about renting here. read more

Why do I even bother giving the aviator 5 stars all the time. The assistant manager does not have any sort of management skills at all. Been living here over 4 years and I ask when a leasing agent was gonna be back from days off. " oh we cant be give out that info." She says Since when? What I am gonna do? I had a simple question but she since she wanted to know what it was and I did not tell her she starts acting like the unqualified child that she is, treating others like children. Tired of this place and the lack of good qualified assistant managers. You are unqualified and you know who you are! Not gonna call you by name. Assistant mgr of The Aviator should be enough for the main management office to know. I have had it with your non- management skills. Go talk to someone else like a child cause I am not one!! read more

DO NOT LIVE HERE, I lived here for years and when I first moved in I sent them a picture of a problem with the flooring. After I moved out I found out they sent me to collections without letting me know. Over the flooring even though I had sent them the pictures and they knew it was on them. They keep ignoring me as I'm constantly trying to contact them to solve this issue. They are just trying to get ur money, this company is terrible. read more

I was a prospective tenant for this community but after applying over two weeks ago and not being given so much as an update on my application I am no longer interested. The management team's incompetence and lack of communication is infuriating. This has been the most unprofessional apartment community I've ever dealt with. I've called several times and each time there was an excuse as to why the team wasn't doing the job they were hired to do. First the manager wasn't in, then the holiday, followed by them being behind because of said holiday. I called today, Friday 1/3/25, and once again the manager isn't in. I was told to wait until Monday to wait for a call, as if this isn't my life and livelihood they're hindering. I am in the process of relocating from California so time is scarce. The way they're doing business thus far lets me know all I need to know about this community. read more

At least an apartment here at aviator this month and my entire process from viewing the apartment to moving in, was absolutely amazing. Melissa was the leasing agent who helped me. If you ever get the pleasure of having her assistance, you are in luck. They really care about their tenants. They are very friendly and warm. The community is clean and well kept, I cannot imagine living somewhere as beautiful and comfortable as the aviator. Thank you, Melissa for making my experience pleasurable. read more

We moved in last week. Let me mention that the leasing office (Steffanie) really helped with getting the paperwork squared away. We are thankful for her. Unfortunately when we arrived the place was not clean. Dog fur everywhere from the previous tenant and food splatters inside cabinets and even on the ceiling of the kitchen. My wife spent hours cleaning everything. Base of the toilet was leaking too, which got replaced the next morning. The dryer also wouldn't dry, but was replaced the next day. Other various issues we discovered during the moving process. Bottom line: the apartment was NOT clean or move-in ready at all. However, don't let that discourage you. The previous tenant was probably a dirty shitbag. Anyways, the maintenance staff is awesome and very attentive. The app/website makes it so much easier to have our issues resolved. They are very appreciated by us and made our impression of the apartments change for the better. So far so good living there. As long as the security issues are resolved with multiple car break-ins! Hint for others: This is Vegas...don't leave anything out that crackheads and thieves would see as valuable and easy to steal by quickly breaking a window! Please up the security measures at the apartment. Otherwise, Henderson is a great area with everything you would need! read more

My wife and I leased a sky suite apartment here at the Aviator five years ago when they just opened. We just moved out into our new home. I wanted to take the time to personally recognize and thank Neddi Lopez for being such an amazing manager!! we had a great residency at the Aviator and we highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live! Neddi has always been so kind, friendly, and professional! She has always been caring and kind whenever we needed anything at all! She treats you like family and always addresses any concerns promptly and professionally! She is an asset to the company!! The Aviator has beautiful pools and beautiful amenities as well. Thank you so much for always making us feel at home! Thank you Neddi!! read more

It's been 2 years since I moved in and I'm still loving living here at The Aviator. I guess I'm lucky that the building I'm in relatively quiet. Yes during the day I can hear music playing from the apartment behind me. But at night it's as quiet as a church. Yes when we first moved in there was a pest control problem. But that has been resolved and very seldom do I see any pests. And if we do we request the exterminator stop by and they come and spray and all is good. The maintenance staff is very attentive and addresses any maintenance requests in a very timely manner. The office staff is still one of the best. Always friendly and they always take care of any questions or problems quickly. I guess my only complaint is that the walls are not very well insulated. In the winter months the closest in my master bedroom is very cold. The guest bedroom was unoccupied this winter and when I did go in that room it was freezing cold. The appliances are still top notch. Most of the neighbors I have meet are very friendly. There have been complaints about people not picking up after their pets. I have seen some dog poop not picked up, but not very often. Another issue I have is there is not enough handicap parking spots. Each apartment is assigned 1 covered parking spot. If you have 2 or more vehicles you have to park in an uncovered spot which are in short supply. Where I live there is 1 handicap parking spot by my building. If that is occupied the only other handicap parking spot is 3 buildings away at the far end of area I live in. Still not a reason to cause me to move out. The best part about living here is the location. read more

I recently moved out of the Aviator and wanted to share my living experiences at this property. It was an unbelievable experience for me. I felt like I lived at a resort full-time. The environment was amazing. The staff was incredible. Especially, Mary. I felt at every turn, she was a trusted source. She guided me through everything that was Aviator. As a professional who manages many employees, I wish I had more Mary's. Thank you for the experiences and I would highly recommend this property to anyone in my circle and beyond. read more

If I can rate negative I would. I thought I found a gem on St. Rose. Beautiful neighborhood. Lots of convenient businesses around. BUT don't be fooled. There was so much noise and theft around. Most of the agents are combative and so unhelpful. After a 9 month lease. They tried to raise my rent for a two bedroom from 1515 to 2300 which is crazy. And charged me a CARPET REPLACEMENT FEE for $700. They claimed my dog ruined their carpet. I've had my emotional support dog since he was 12 weeks old. He's 6 now... and the only time he's had accidents was in his puppy years. I've always lived in carpeted apartments and have never been charged this. They are just money hungry. And be careful they will nickel and dime you at any chance. I got a move in special and didn't haven't to pay any pet rent due to my ESA. But I guess they found a way to make up all they couldn't get from me. What a ridiculous property. They followed up with pictures... but other than the furniture marks can you tell me where my pet damage is? I've never had such a terrible living experience from start to finish. read more

Thank God I am gone from this dump. Moved to a much nicer place that is cheaper, it has great construction. I don't have to listen to peoples full conversations, my other neighbor having sex or the non stop rap music at all hours. Good luck filling the vacancies at the prices you are charging, but you are not; unless multiple people live in one bedroom apartments to cut their rent which happens quite a bit but management does not seem to care. It's only going to drive your establishment deeper in the hole! Good riddance! read more

Read the negative reviews they are all true, I don't want to repeat those. The place is an employee revolving door, always someone different in the office. I lived there 1 year, the rent went up every 6 months, so I moved. THE problem was, during checkout, it says on the final statement wait "30 working days" for your deposit refund. So while I was waiting, They did a closing statement which to my surprise I owed $114 after my $250 deposit was taken (OK fine, carpet) the problem was that within 10 days they sold my debt to a collection agency. Much less time than the "30 working days" on their closing statement. Never a phone call, email, no letter. NOTHING, I had no idea until I called looking for my deposit refund. Real underhanded way of doing business. Back gate was broken alot, car thefts and catalytic converter thefts are common, during the time i lived there. Maintenance guys are good, call them they come. read more

This place is absolutely terrible to rent from. They are money hungry. Stay away!! My brothers lease is up, he found a new place and moved in a couple days before his current lease with The Aviator is up. He gave the office manager, Amy Cohen, his keys 4 days early as a courtesy. He already moved out completely, and figured why hold onto the keys?? They said he was breaking his lease early and did not give a 30 day notice? His contract literally says lease ends April 30th. They are now charging him for another months rent plus they are charging him for the free month of rent he received when he first moved in. They said breaking contract voids the free rent. He did not break contract! He moved out when the lease ends. We will be seeking legal action, because charging someone an extra $3000 for turning keys in 4 days early is unacceptable. read more

The moment we stepped into the front office to get a tour we were treated amazingly. Neddy helped us with ALL of our questions. Even after we left we kept in contact with her asking question after question. She would get back to us very quickly. Not only did we love the apartment complex with all of its amenities the front office ladies are some of the best people EVER!!!!! Once we moved in they have made us feel as if we are the most important residents here. Talking to other people who live here they say the same thing about their experience. Lisa, Amy, Stephanie, Jeanice and Neddy are the BEST EVER!!! One of the things we love the most here is the dog park. Having 2 dogs we love taking them to play and to meet other dogs. WARNING there is a resident who lives right by the park who said he was going to call the cops on a Saturday at 9:40am one time. I told this very smart person he should do just that. Call the cops for dogs barking at a dog park. Good job genius. I also have to give a shout out to the maintenance crew as well. Every time we have a problem with something in our unit which hasn't been very often they come and fix the problem ASAP. The aviator crew here makes this place feel like home. read more

We moved out when our lease ended on June 18th, 2022. The leasing office has shown complete disregard for Nevada law by continuing to withhold our security deposit, 51 days since we moved out. On their end, the leasing has not reached out to us regarding the deposit. The first time I reached out to them to inform them that they are late in returning our money back to us, they send us an invoice and tell us we'll get it back. I believe the woman I spoke to was named Stephanie. She didn't seem at all interested or bothered by the fact that they are late in returning our money. It's now been 2 weeks since I last spoke to them and still, nothing has been returned to us. My fiance reached out to them and they nonchalantly tell us we'll get a callback, which of course, we never do. Aviator, this is completely unacceptable. I do not wish to pursue this in court, but if this continues, you'll be compelling me to do so. I'll also be filing a complaint against you with the State Attorney General. Your canned responses to reviews will not suffice, so please make an effort to reach out to me or my fiance (who was also on the lease). You have our contact information. Thank you. read more

They will steal your $500 security deposit regardless of what you do, avoid this place. Moved out over 50 days ago from The Aviator Apartments with proper notice and did everything required and they have completely failed to give any form of notification and have now stolen my $500 deposit. There is a big problem with cars being broken into here, and multiple times have there been random people going from door to door trying to find an unlocked one to break into. As well as packages being stolen. It has been recorded and reported by the residents there and the management does not do anything to resolve it and try to downplay all these crimes and suspicious people that like to target these apartments. The apartment units are poorly constructed and everything looks very rushed even though they like to make these seem like luxury apartments they are far from it don't be fooled. The walls are paper thin and you will hear everything your neighbors are doing and the property is always covered in dog feces everywhere. read more

My boyfriend's car was broken into this past Friday night/Saturday morning. There were many other cars broken into this same night. It would be a different story if only a few cars were broken into but there were 15 or more people that this happened to. This is now negligence on the aviators part. Our gates are left wide open throughout the night letting whoever pleases to come in and out. How were so many cars broken into when we supposedly have security that is around all night!? We pay a high rate to live here and to have to do our own community watch on our cars and not feel safe at the place we call home. We spoke to the security that was on duty that night and he said he saw the car doing the break ins at 2am but the cops did not come until the victims of the break ins realized their car widows have all been shattered at 7:30am. The security guard also said that this will happen again. How are we to have piece of mind and feel comfortable here. The Aviator is not taking any responsibility when it is clearly negligence on their part and all of us are stuck with thousands of dollars in damage and property loss. read more

Rude leasing agents. Been there twice in a week. Sorry I don't have the time to make an appointment l, but am More than happy to wait patiently to be told they can't/won't show anything to anyone without an appointment. Say that first before wasting my time. Should also add last time I waited an hour for them to go to lunch, and when they came back no one acknowledged me for 15 minutes and then asked if I had an appointment. Just moved into this beautiful brand new apartment in Henderson about a week ago as first resident. I just love this apartment. The apartment unit is spacious and very detailed. It is just beyond and above from what anyone can expect. The management staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Especially DJ and the property manager Amy are very professional and will be helpful for new prospective residents. Every unit is modernized and built as a smart home. The gym and its community area is a big plus. I am very much enjoying this apartment life where you can expect to find everything you need to live, play and work. If you are considering moving into a new home, the Aviator is strongly recommended. Hope to see more people to be my neighbors soon. read more

Whoever runs this place needs to immediately fire their sales people, specifically whoever has the desk to the left. Absolutely zero effort in selling me on this place. I came in with my gf in mid July mentioning I have lived in the area a while now and have been comparing places in the area. I was given a price sheet to stare at as if to say "can you afford this place". After looking it over I asked...so what exactly am I getting with this? Do you have floor plans to share? She gave me a clipboard with some sheets on it, never once mentioned a tour or amenities or reasons I should want to live here. She barely said two words! When I asked what is available she told me I can check online. I work in high end tech sales. This girl has no desire to work there nor does she have any people/sales skills. Blows my mind you have this girl representing a new apartment complex. Looking at the other reviews, I am not the only one who had a terrible experience with this lazy employee. My budget was $2400. Money will be spent elsewhere. Shame because the pictures look nice, but that was all I was able to see! read more

Over all very good location and nice apartments although paper thin ceilings which are the bane of almost all apartment complexes. No meaningful ceiling soundproofing but they actually seem to amplify the stomping, slamming, and dropping by above neighbors. Not a big problem if daytime but if they are using their apt as a gym and their toddlers are stomping and running around literally all night you will quickly become a sleepless zombie. Only possible prevention is a top floor apartment. The other perrenial problem is inadequate higher level management from WestCorp in this case - office staff are generally pleasant but inattentive and fail to take action on suggestions. Why is not clear, most suggestions are valid and need action especially those that relate to to maintenance, cleanliness, and appearance. Inadequate trash and pet waste sweeps, inadequate management of garbage bin areas, inadequate maitenance of gym equipment and fan/light modules, inadequate management of gates and entryways. This reflects inadequate higher level management above that of office staff who apparently are not enforcing standards, not appropriately incentivizing or penalizing the on-site staff and are not doing on-site adequacy inspections. To enforce standards one has to incentivizing the staff by meaningfully rewarding prompt and proactive on-site staff decisions and punishing failure to take action when it is obviously required. Other issues such as pet waste may require hiring additional help or contracting with pet waste removal entities. Yes, true many apartment dwellers are disrespectful to others making no effort to pick up after their pets but while they can be identified and evicted other measures can be taken to protect the other tenants from the disgusting unsanitary stinky mess. If one cares a way can always be found to get the obvious done. And if you dont care management can structure things so that they will care . read more

The staff in the office are amazing!! Always responds in a timely manner and gets things done with a smile.

This property sure knows how to make an impression. Of course, in searching for a property, the staff makes a huge difference, but Living in such property also brings up other benefits. The property is beautiful. Stunning from the outside and also very nicely maintained. There are new units being built, and the construction is even done in a courteous manner ( as courteous as construction can be). The units themselves are very spacious and have flooring options to choose from. There are bonuses like Cox cable and Security and smart unit included in the price. The fact that every unit has a door camera is very important for security and safety also. The grounds themselves greatly resemble a resort. The pool is stunning and it has great resort type lounge chairs and tables around. Gym, Steam room and Sauna, Computer room also in the office area. Of course, in a location like this, the staff is extremely important also. They can make or break the first impression or the living situation. The staff at The Aviator is amazing. Lisa is an agent that is very helpful and courteous. I must make a special mention of the property Manager, Amy. She is running her whole team with precision and grace. Its such a nice treat to deal with a manager that is courteous and very professional. Amy and her team are what takes this from a great location to an extraordinary location. We are very glad that they are at the Aviator. read more

My entire time living here has been a disaster. When we first moved in, we had no closets and would not have them for another 3 months. Did we get a discount on our rent for the inconvenience, no. No use of any of the amenities for the first 6 months, again tough cookie. Crooked drawers in the kitchen along with the kitchen cabinet corners smashed in as if they were dropped during install. Jacked up baseboards breaking away from the wall in the stairwell, and only getting worse with time. Door frames jacked up, door in 2ndbedroom leading to bath will still not close properly without having to use force and don't get me started on the pantry door. Exposed nails in said door frames, which I fixed and I should have billed them after one nail punctured us. Paper thin walls, I hear the comings and goings of my neighbors all the time, especially when they are watching porn. Supposedly smoke free apartment but people are smoking weed all the time around me, found out later that my building wasn't smoke free as I was originally informed it was. Dog feces everywhere, gate to dog park has been broken for months allowing your pets to escape if no one is holding it shut. Security gate broken or left open half the time and yes I know it will not stop anyone who is set to break the law but lets not make it easier for them to do so, this is not CA. So-called paid security does absolutely nothing but walk around aimlessly while they are on their phone checking their Instagram or listening to music, how else can you explain multiple cars getting broken into and no one knows a thing. Welcomes you to pre-pay your rent in advanced even if you are going month to month but then will change the amount on you afterwards depending on the market value and you have to pay the new amount, even though you ALREADY PAID for that month and if you don't pay it, they'll kick you out (hey you know that new fridge you paid for last month on your credit card? Well, it is now worth an extra $500 so I'm gonna add that onto your account and you are going to have to pay it or else I'm taking the fridge back). I'm sorry but things don't work that way. If you want people to pre-pay then you have to honor what you had us pay. If you want to change the amount month to month, then don't allow people to pay in advance. In Biden's America, you as an individual have to budget your money more than ever. So, to be told that you now have to pay an additional $570 after pre-paying your rent or leave...... let's just say it's great to see companies gouging their customers or in this case their residents. I already know, I will not see my security deposit back because they will blame all of the apartment defects on me even though that was how it was when I moved in. Do yourself a favor and live someplace else, that's what I tell everyone who asks about my personal opinion about The Aviator. It may look beautiful on the outside but the inside is a whole kind of ugly that I was not ready for. The previous manager Amy did her very best for her residents and was very kind and sweet but this new manager is a piece of work. Shame on The Aviator office/management team for how they treat their established residents and shame on West Corp Management Group for their greed as I now pay $1000 more on a 1200sqft apartment then I did on a 2000+sqft house. read more

We loved living at the Aviator. We were there for almost 2 years. The amenities are awesome and the office staff was always nice and helpful. Stephanie always took care of us and helped with things we needed. Even when we broke our lease to move out she answered all of our questions with ease and guided us through the process. Unfortunately, at no fault to the staff of course, the prices are competitive with the area, but they are consistently going up. Our rent went up about $300 at our lease renewal. That seems to be the way the Vegas area is headed though for housing. We left only because of that and we came upon a more frugal opportunity. However, make sure you check in with them if you're looking around. 4 stars because of the pricing only. read more

My wife and I came here at 4pm to inquire about leasing an apartment, we currently live out of state and are moving to Vegas. There was a sign that said they were out to lunch from 4-4:30pm...which I have no idea why someplace that closes at 6pm would need a 30 minute lunch break at 4pm?? We left and returned at 4:30, entered the office building only to wait several minutes before a woman walked by and said they would be right with us..which never happened. We sat patiently while two women in their office had a casual conversation, a man walked in and asked about a package....nobody lifted a finger to help us. If you own this complex, check your lobby cameras at 4:25/4:30pm on 7-27-2020 and you'll see why you have so many empty units. We did find a wonderful place right down the road which I will be giving a positive review. read more
