I have been living in this community for about 6 months now, and it's been so awesome. The whole team is nothing but so great to me since the beginning, they are nice, respectful and helpful. I wish there's 10 stars that I can give to this team. I put a work order, and Anthony is very quick to help out and fix anything I need at the apartment. The community is clean, quiet and very safe. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not let the "luxury" label fool you; the management and customer service here are completely unprofessional and incompetent. I submitted my application on April 1st, and it has been a nightmare ever since. I specifically worked with Xavellieya, and despite me being very clear from the start that I hold two full-time jobs, she completely botched my application. I uploaded four pay stubs (more than enough to exceed their requirements), yet I received a notice from RentGrow stating my income was "insufficient." When I looked into why, I discovered Xavellieya only entered one of my incomes and listed the rest as a measly $200 "additional income." The lack of accountability is shocking: Zero Communication: I have been calling constantly. Every time I speak to someone else, they claim they have everything and are just "waiting for manager approval." Broken Promises: Xavellieya told me she would have Marnie call me back after I received a voicemail from her. I waited all day--no call. Disrespectful Treatment: They treat potential residents like an afterthought. I don't care if they accept me or not at this point; there are thousands of actual luxury apartments that treat people with basic respect and know how to read a pay stub. This "ghetto" level of service is unacceptable for the prices they charge. Avoid this place unless you want to waste your time and your sanity. read more

From the very beginning, Rosalyne has been absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond in everything she does -- always professional, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. She made every interaction feel easy and pleasant, and we're so grateful for all her help and kindness. When we first moved in, we had a few issues with our lease paperwork, and the team helped us sort everything out quickly and smoothly. Every time we've had a question or needed assistance, they've treated us with genuine care and respect. It's rare to find a team that's not only professional but also so warm and welcoming. We're moving soon, but definitely not because of this community -- the only reason is that we found a special offer elsewhere. I've been living here for a couple months and so far I love this place! The neighborhood is quiet and nice, i put a work order in and I get help pretty quick, in less than an hour! I've never seen bugs or anything. my only downsides is that the walls are extremely thin and I could hear my neighbor's tv. And there's not enough tesla chargers. read more

I am currently selling my house and after my top two apartment choices fell through last minute, I went to Trend as a Hail Mary (because I need to move within the week). Jamie in the office was so nice and understanding. I came in with short notice and she double checked which units fit my time frame. She was able to show me two layouts and one of them that I saw is the one I will be moving into. I came in on Sunday soooo stressed out, but left feeling at ease. I've had the pleasure of living her for the past two years and like the property and staff. One recent experience that stands out was with Rosalyne in leasing who helped me with a simple matter of a replacement battery for my ceiling fan remote control. Because she's not in maintenance, she had to find one and I couldn't wait because I was on the clock working remotely from home. Not only did she bring it to my door in less than 15 minutes, she also brought me a cappuccino from the coffee bar! Now that's first class service. Have lived here for about 3 years and the management's handling of the apartment conditions and tenant concerns is okay. We experienced a cockroach infestation in my initial unit due to the unit behind us being extremely unsanitary (they ended up getting evicted) and the problem could not simply be not be fixed. I was recommended to relocate to another apartment which was surprising. Not only did this inconvenience come at an additional cost to me, but the unit we were transferred to was handed over to us in a poorer state considering the amount of rent paid. The two electric vehicle charger stations provided by the complex can be out of order or constantly occupied. The management and staff of Trend has hone through lots of changes providing a consistent pattern of decent customer service. One aspect I can acknowledge is that the complex itself is visually appealing and has a well maintained exterior however I found the main issue to be the walls, in particular, are REMARKABLY thin - resulting in a significant lack of soundproofing. This means that every noise from neighboring units, common areas, and even outdoor spaces can be heard with a lot of clarity and considering the substantial amount of money paid in rent and associated fees one would expect a higher standard. While my overall rating for this complex may not be in the best favor I feel obligated to acknowledge a great staff member Ms. Lisa's dedication to ensuring tenant satisfaction, her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond her responsibilities are truly commendable which is the reason for this higher rating. With the moving out process - they did decide to only refund a little more than half of my deposit, which I find to be disappointing outcome considering I left the apartment in a better condition then received. Overall this complex does exhibit a nice appearance and is convenient in location but is important to recognize the constant noise intrusion. read more

While I lived here, it was okay. No issues and maintenance always kept up if I had requests in a timely manner. Moving out was a different story. They charge you for the cleaning fee and took it out of your security deposit, despite that they will need to clean the apartment prior to another tenant. During the walkthrough, maintenance said it was a really clean and well kept apartment, so why are you charging so much for the cleaning? And when you try to call and understand the costs, the assistant manager, Angie, is indescribably rude and cuts you off. Doesn't let you talk, and if she lets you, talks right over you. Not helpful at all and then berates you about what they had to clean and why dust and dog hair is so gross. I truly never experienced anything like this before. The entire staff is great, but she was a nightmare to deal with in the end. read more

I lived at Trend! For one full year, from Oct 20 to Oct 21 never had any issues with the apartment. Place was always spotless, beautiful property, the staff was nice and friendly even tho they did change it a lot, in the whole year I was there I saw a lot of different faces at the front office. They were mostly friendly and helpful. I really liked the apartment along with the property amenities, gym, pool, BBQ grill, cabanas all of that included in your monthly rent. The only thing I really disliked is how thin the walls are like really thin or you have very poor insulation, cuz even when my neighbor was having sex I could hear it yes that kind of thin walls, so I often heard a lot of noise coming from neighbors, aside that had one occasion where they're were robberies around, I'd say that happens on any apartment complex unfortunately. But beautiful well maintained place and all around good place to live. I moved out bcuz they wanted to raise my rent and I was not in agreement with it so I just had to go. If the price was right I'd live there again with no problems. read more

I sold my house and moved in here a little short of 10 months. Tonight I tried to use the Jacuzzi for the first time in that time and it has been broken for over four weeks. The pools were broken for over a month. When I moved in the gym was broken for three months. Last week the mailbox broke. Yes things break but they must be fixed timely. If you do not have the staff to do that then you must get outside help. We don't get a reduction in rent and we pay a lot to live here. Luckily the people at the office are nice but that is starting to not make a difference. Check multiple sites for reviews before you move into a place. Also, if you can stop and talk to some residents. My dishwasher has also been a nightmare for three months. I could go on. read more

Pool and jacuzzi has been closed overs month, gate has been out of service for weeks, EV charges out of service for weeks... and management has not date on when any of this will be fixed. And to top it off they are constantly charged extra fees and raising the rent. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. read more

I really enjoy living here at Trend! I moved out last year when I was trying to buy a home. When that plan fell through I looked at my options and decided to come back here since I had such a good experience my first time living here. Very responsive and helpful management team that are always available. Community itself is really quiet and clean. I always see security patrolling around which is nice. Cant ask for much more in terms of amenities. Pool/spa area is very nice. The gym has everything you need and is kept clean (And never seems to be busy which is nice for me). read more

I LOVE living here at Trend! The management team, maintenance, valet...you name it; they've all been fantastic! My daughter and I have been here 4 months and we've had no problems. If any maintenance issues have come up, they're right on time with scheduled appointments and do their very best to accomplish what's needed as soon as possible. I wanted to take just a minute to acknowledge someone doing something right, we are often focused on calling out folks on the critical side and I feel the staff at Trend need a verbal "Pat On The Back". The person I want to call out is Barbara Gil, she has consistently been exceptional in helping me with issues during my stay at Trend and demonstrates in my humble opinion what a great property manager is every day! I travel about half the month on business, mostly out of state and Barbara has always been available and quick to respond to any requests or issues. For what it is worth she should be listed as a feature of the property in your advertising, she is that good. I toured the complex on Sunday, it was so nice, I fell in love with it. Haha. It's pricey but it includes renters insurance, their fees along with Cox, if I'm not mistaken. Having those in one makes paying bills easier, you won't have to worry about paying different utilities, you'd just have one bill, NV Energy. For being in a busy area, it wasn't too loud. They also offer smoking and non smoking buildings, just for outdoor smoking. Audrey gave the tour and gave me all the info I needed. She was super nice so hopefully I'll be moving there soon. read more

This so far has been the best apartments I have lived in. From the apartment to the staff, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I have lived here for 5 months and I haven't had any issues with them. When I put a request in its usually done the day of or the next day. I love the fitness center that's open 24hr and I like the fact that the pool doesn't stay open 24hr (I have a pool location unit). The manager Lindsey is so sweet and always helpful. The only thing I have noticed is that the internet through Cox Communications does cut in and out a bit, but that is not something they can control so I have had to contact Cox Communication a few times. I currently live here, and every month rent varies 2/300$ w zero explanation as to why, and when I go into the office they always say they'll send out a itemize bill but never do it. Last month I was able to dispute $170 charge on my rent. This month I'm gonna be paying 1900$ , my rent is supposed to be 1540$ the way they charge things doesn't make sense and they have no explanation. I'm not the only this happens too. My neighbors as well experienced the same thing. I would be cautious moving in here. The property and amenities are awesome but the un explained charges are ridiculous. And because of that I won't renew my lease and I can't wait until my lease is up. read more

Ex-resident. We originally signed a one year lease, but found we could not push through to fulfill a year. Constant cockroach and insect issues despite community pest control and our own methods of pest control. The look of the apartments are luxurious but the actual structural aspects were evidently cheap. Quickly yellowing baseboards, nails sticking through where the carpet meets the wooden floors, unsealed corners of the walls where earwigs, ants, and spiders were coming through. We even had red ants in the toilet at one point. Cockroaches bigger than your thumbs ON our bed. Instant parking issue within the first day of move-in. Our neighbor had taken our assigned spot because his had been turned into a handicap. We were told this would be repainted and resolved, but months later, I was threatened with a towing sticker on my car within a few hours of the time of tow. I went to the office to discuss this with Aaron, who told me "I wanted put that on your car so you would come in and see me." Then he proceeded to wipe off the sticker on my car while saying, "I'm not really supposed to be doing this so keep this between us." Not sure what that meant. Trend apartment doors can be opened with numeric codes. They did announce that Vivint maintenance would come, but no specific hour. Maintenance had come in without an announcement when I just got out of the shower.. The code they used was registered on Vivint with a female name but it was two men. As they left, we heard them make inappropriate comments about me through the video recording as they left. Our microwave stopped working about a month or so before we left, and we contacted the office and put in a service request. Never received a response. We never had hot water in the sinks. Our shower could only provide one hot shower per hour, so a secondary person could not shower right after. (The water tank isn't adjustable.) Our lights and the fixtures would turn on by themselves and run all night, running up the electric bill. Security made me feel more unsafe than safe. I would get our mail at night and one specific security man would come in trying to make compliments on my legs. Never got the mail at night again. Trash constantly overflowing. There was broken glass all over the road at one point. The trash is a common complaint by our neighbors as well. Several bikes being stolen in the community, every week we got a notification for people trying to break into cars and checking to see if we've even locked our apartment doors. We recognized that there were many difficulties from the pandemic, but we felt that nothing was acknowledged, especially after Lindsey left. No assistance was given, amenities that we pay heftily for were closed, and there was no help on that end. We felt that the COVID "raffle" for a hopeful discount on rent was a representative of our ability to afford the high cost of living being a silly game or a gamble. Cross our fingers and hope we can afford our rent this month with this game. Several of our neighbors felt the same way. Again, we recognize that these are difficult times but the way things were "played" out showed us that this was not the community for us. Marketed luxury, false sense of security, cheap structure. The cost of living here was high, but I told myself it would be worth it with all of these things I thought I would be provided with. It wasn't. Went into the office to discuss these issues and neither front desk persons were open to discussion. Manager would not come out from the back room both times we came in. We were told we would be able to pay the remaining charges for breaking the lease on the Active Building, but they removed the option, said nothing to us, and sent us a letter from a third party Collections with an interest charge. The Maintenance staff has been excellent throughout my time at Trend. Not only are they incredibly personable but they are able to efficiently handle a multitude of tasks without delay or seeking outside help. The other day Emerson did an incredible job of swapping out the components of my interior dishwasher door and replacing some loose floorboards and Manny went above and beyond to help me out of a jam when I had a flat tire bringing over a compressor to get air in it so that I could pickup the kids from school. How great a job the maintenance team does is a testament to their manager Anthony who not only is excellent at assessing problems and communicating with tenants, but at assigning the right person for the job! read more

Before I rant, the leasing office staff is absolutely amazing. They made most of the timer bearable and on the end really helped us move out when we wanted and made it easy. 1.) the other tenants that live in the complex seem to not care about anybody else besides themselves. On multiple occasions neighbors had no regard for anything and blasted music even after being complained on. 2.) tenants constantly ignored all the rules and went swimming after the pool closed and would be loud and obnoxious at all hours 3.) tenants constantly ignoring rules by not using leashes for their dogs making it difficult for those with dogs and walking to control. 4.) the apartments themselves seemed to be built in a big rush. Drawers wouldn't open or close together, the bathroom door wouldn't close all the time because the Frame was bending even after getting fixed. The shades were so crappy that two broke within the first week. Not worth the money at all, besides the leasing staff, one of the worst communities I have ever lived in (including college). read more
