Update: Now my refrigerator went from the heat in this apartment. I have over $600 food in there and $300 worth of medicine. I'm on SSDI and just used all my snap benefits to stock my refrigerator and still, nobody will come out from the emergency line. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but after everything my family has experienced, I feel it's important to share our experience. Living here has been a constant cycle of maintenance issues, including mold concerns, plumbing problems, electrical issues, and now a major air conditioning failure during one of the hottest times of the year. I first reported problems with my air conditioner on July 9. The compressor failed and was replaced, but the problem never went away. The unit continued making loud rattling noises, and the HVAC technician later explained that the replacement compressor was defective and was continuously running even when it shouldn't have been. As a result, my NV Energy bill has increased dramatically. I reported this repeatedly to the leasing office through work orders, emails, phone calls, and emergency maintenance requests. After numerous requests, a licensed HVAC technician finally came out and recommended replacing the entire air conditioning unit. Instead of replacing it, I was told that management had to approve the replacement. Before any decision was made, the compressor failed again. Maintenance then brought portable air conditioners, but one wasn't even installed correctly before they left. My family was left trying to cool our apartment with temporary equipment while we continued waiting for a permanent solution. This is not just an inconvenience. I have Multiple Sclerosis and suffer from heat intolerance. My wife has high blood pressure and other serious health conditions, and the excessive heat inside our apartment has negatively affected both of our health. We also have a cat recovering from major surgery that needs a stable indoor environment. What has been most frustrating is the lack of urgency and communication. Work orders continue to be marked as completed even though the actual problem remains unresolved. I have spent countless hours sending emails, making phone calls, following up with the leasing office, and contacting emergency maintenance, only to continue dealing with the same unresolved issue. I understand that equipment can fail. What I don't understand is why residents have to repeatedly fight for basic repairs, especially when health concerns have been clearly communicated and a licensed HVAC technician has already recommended replacing the unit. I hope management takes this seriously, not only for my family but for every resident who deserves a safe, properly maintained home. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property until significant improvements are made to both maintenance and management's response to serious repair issues. read more

I have had an amazing experience living at Elysian. Starting with the girls in the front office, Claudia and Ashley, to the maintenance guys Joe and Jake. I have always received a quick response from the office, and the maintenance crew is quick to fix anything that may need it. You won't find trash or any nonsense here, which I really appreciate. This is a quaint community with fantastic floor plans. The greenery is rare, especially for Vegas, which makes me love calling this place home even more. I would 100% recommend making Elysian your home. read more

Elysian at St. Rose is a beautiful property! The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The staff is responsive and friendly, specifically the leasing manager Kortney. She is attentive and knowledgeable and truly makes an effort to get to know the residents. Kortney made Elysian feel like home for me before it was even home for me. Love this place! read more

Nice property - recently ground surface re-pavement project was a major nightmare. Property communication and parking was a mess - working late at night have to walk 3 minutes to get home - cause have to parked on the street. Even communication said - they added on patrol around property - 5 nights in a row - I didn't see any patrol. read more

I have lived here for over 4 years. Over the last year, this complex has slowly but surely gone downhill. They're towing people out of their assigned spots, none of the amenities are kept up and our mailboxes are in such a poor state the post office is holding our mail. The cockroaches are also absolutely out of control and absolutely disgusting. If you care even a little bit about your quality of life DO NOT LIVE HERE. The new company who bought this complex is incredibly predatory. read more

Kylie Eddins So I moved here in 2021 it was great we really didn't have any issues until we moved out! Here's why, so yes I do agree with some of the charges there was some damage unfortunately from our dog and other problems but no one can tell me those old cabinets of pressed wood are worth $400, maintenance people were cool until they took apart our washer panel promised to come back and fix it they literally laughed about it and said they jimmy rigged it temporarily so we could use it until they could come back with the parts yet we got charged $100 for that and the charge says it was our fault! So they took our entire deposit(no biggie we saw that coming) yet after the deposit and the pet deposit we owe $784?? Let's crunch numbers our deposit was 1648 the pet deposit was $250 so 1898 total! Mind you if you google what a pet deposit is for it's literally for damages caused by a pet, Is that on the bill? Nope! Also there's some random charge that just says damages for 245 but doesn't specify what the "damages" are yet everything else is so take away that and the $100 that was due to maintenance failure that leaves 439! 1898 minus all the damages listed we would literally owe only -188.34! Tina wasted no time sending to collections which sucks because I really did enjoy my time there and absolutely loved Tina until we told her we were moving then she was rude and she even ended up having an argument with my new landlord it was wild! Unfortunately when we moved we were in a rush and should have prepared more but I also saw how someone else went through the same thing I stand by the review! You probably wonder why so late well initially i was going to leave a review right after the nastiness we dealt with but I didn't want more issues but after disputing and all the bs it's time to tell the truth! A beautiful place to live until you try to leave and all the rules about the patio are just sad you can't even enjoy it and decorate! Do better! Ps- I forgot to mention the roaches and the mice! Beware if you don't believe me just walk outside they scatter as soon as you step outside and we did see a few mice roaming the parking lot as well! Also expect to be towed every 5 seconds you'll always have those stupid tow stickers slapped on for every minor reason, gates always broken, when the security guy wasn't there break ins would happen immediately read more

Clean. Modern. Good management team. Maintenance crew actually shows up. Been here a few weeks and this place checks all the boxes. Located far enough from the strip you can get a few moments of peace, but close enough that if you wanna go get nuts you can. There's a 24h bar and grill within walking distance. Amenities are great, gated community. ANYTHING you could possibly need is 8-10 mins away in Henderson, one of the nicest communities in the country. All of this for an extremely reasonable cost. Highly recommend. read more

My husband and I recently relocated from the east coast to Henderson. We were nervous about choosing an apartment sight unseen, but The staff at the Elysian made the process so comfortable and easy. From offering a video tour of the apartment to helping us figure out paperwork and logistics, the team was amazing. Now that we live here, we are so glad we picked Elysian. We love the pools and gym, and the staff and so nice and attentive. The amenities are great and the staff are so responsive. We also have recycling on site which is AWESOMe. It's a quiet, safe community. We love that it's truly gated--a lot of communities have gates that remain open and we've heard from friends that this has created problems in other communities. We love Elysian and totally recommend it! read more

I lived here for about 3 years. The property is very well kept and the actual apartment is nice. The reason for the 1 star is the exit procedure. I was attempting to buy a home when my lease ended and i talked to the manager about going month to month until i found a home. I paid the extra amount during my month to month for approximately 6 months until i signed a contract on my new home. I was communicative with the manahement and gave my notice. I left on the date i gave them but got hit with several fees and partial rent for the next month. I went back to the manager and asked about them but got the standard "its how corporate does it" speech. I tried disputing it but now i have received a letter from a collection company. I called the management staff again but they told me that since its in collections it is out of their hands. For my tenure and being someone whom never missed a rent payment i expected better service. read more

Elysian at St Rose is a great community to live in. I have lived here for three years and I like the apartment units and the overall community and amenities. The bedrooms in the two bedroom units are very spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely designed with lots of cabinet space, nice light fixtures, and updated counter tops and flooring. The staff is very friendly, attentive and responsive. All of my maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner. The common areas and landscaping around the property are regularly well maintained. There are also opportunities for community events, which include family friendly activities. The staff will also send occasional emails with updates and reminders to residents, which I appreciate. It shows me that the staff is aware of what happens in the community and strives to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Additionally, they find ways to enhance your living. For example, since I've been living here, they've added recycle dumpsters, Pilates and yoga classes, and an Amazon locker for picking up packages after office hours. In terms of security, this is a gated community and I appreciate that the gates are always closed no matter the time of day. There is also a security guard present. Around the neighborhood, my neighbors are friendly and we greet each other. People are respectful and tend to keep to themselves, which I prefer. I've been here for three years and I've had the same neighbors and also see the same people and parked cars. I don't often see a lot of moving in/out, which I think says a lot about the ease and quality of living here. Overall, I highly recommend checking out Elysian at St Rose if you are interested in living in this area. read more

Lived at Elysian St Rose for a year and left after having to move out of state. It's a smaller community in the southwest part of town. During the time of living there the community was clean, quiet and very well maintained. Work orders were answered in a timely manner and everyone was always nice in the front office. I personally never had issues with gates being open, as I have at other communities, if f they were ever broken they were fixed before we ever noticed. Would recommend!! read more

Brittney Stevenson definitely made our day and see'n these apartments was the highlight of our day, I honestly have a list of 10 apartments Elysian was our 1st stop and she absolutely went above and beyond and out of her way too help us, sell us, and make us feel very welcome. Not often do you get such good hospitality so I would just like to say thank you so much. That was our one stop today, they're so welcoming and nice I'm not giving any other apartment a chance ! Thank you again so much Brittney you are AWESOME! read more

Just wanted to highlight the great staff at Elysian St Rose. They made the process to getting my new apartment here a warm and welcoming one. Brittany and April were very accommodating to my needs and answered all the questions I had before finalizing my choice here. It took several days because I was apartment hunting in several locations in South Vegas as well-- and though some other apartments had friendly services too, Brittany and April's stuck out to me the most. It was clear to me that they are very knowledgeable in their field of work and most importantly they enjoy it. Also noticed that everyone in the neighborhood acknowledged them as they passed. Not only is Elysian the choice for me as far as the unit goes and all the commodities it comes with, knowing the hospitality of the staff, I won't hesitate in recommending this place to anybody else. read more

Lisa the manager is super nice. My situation is of desperation and she has helped me in every way to qualify to rent. At this time I am waiting to see if I'm approved, however, even if I am not, I appreciate her doing what she could to get me in. I've been to many complexes and she has been the only one who was genuinely nice & helpful. That goes a long way with me. The property is nice & small & quiet which I prefer. The floor plans feel like you're in a house. Just no sliding glass doors to the patio. read more

If you're going to inquire about this apartment go and see Tina. She is absolutely wonderful and very helpful. She answered all our questions without me even asking her. We looked at a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. I like the fact that it has a lot of storage space. The community is small and we'll kept. The only draw back is the electric stove. read more

I need to update my original review. The noise complaint cannot be ignored. they are removing all carpets in all units, apparently and the noise level is intolerable from upstairs. We have been experiencing sleep deprivation, no peace at all. It's constant stomping all hours of the day and night. In addition, the insects here are worse that I have ever seen. Huge beetles and roaches. At first it was just outside but now we've seen them inside. I've complained, they've sent the exterminator but then tell me I am the only one complaining. N ow that the weather's cooled off, it's gotten better, but this summer, it was like the rocks were alive because there were so many beetles and roaches in them. Staff is wonderful, I can't take that away, but we can't live here much longer. It's not healthy or safe. I work from home and the lack of sleep has impacted me greatly. read more

Elysian St. Rose I - Two years already here and love it. Everything seems perfect. They have monthly socials, and staff is very personable and friendly - Apartments Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

We have been here about a year now and the complex is beautiful. Across the street from elementary school and a block from the high school. The two bedrooms are spacious- my kids share one very large one. The kitchen is the largest you'll find in any apartment. The pool is simple and just enough for what you need to do there. I don't find it too overwhelming with kids/people most of the year. Gym is FABULOUS. Lots of equipment. Gotta say everything in the community building is always clean and tidy. Love the little living room space with coffee, tv, fireplace and comfy chairs. Some extras most places don't have... Wifi for free at the community area, yoga mats/excersize balls, small doggie park- AND things like lightbulbs and air filters are included and they will replace them for you! Neighbors are friendly, and even with the security issues I have had lately, the management team has been right on top of everything. The maintenance manager Joe is the best. He comes right away, super friendly and knows everything. He even helped install the new chain latch for my door. The office staff is available and makes sure things get done. They are lenient when they should be and tough when they should be, not like other places I've lived prior. I would definitely look into this complex if you don't already live here. Flanked by all sides with empty lots, and right off the main highway make the overall location great as well. read more

WOW!!! is the best way to describe this place. We arrived on Tuesday 5/13 looking for a 3 Bedroom apartment with a move in date of the middle of May. I was originally set on the Sumerlin area. We did some google searches found about 8 or 10 places we wanted to visit. Some were in Sumerlin and some in Henderson. We visited a couple of places on Tuesday. On Wednesday we started out early looking at various places. We quickly found that 3 Bedroom 2 Bath places were hard to find. All the places were nice gated communities, they were all very nice, but none had the WOW factor until we visited Elysian at St Rose. We were warmly welcomed by Tina and Marcy and they made us feel welcome. Again there were no 3 Bedroom apartments available. We were looking for a 1st floor unit which they had a couple available in our move in time frame. Marcy took us to show us a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath model and that is when I had my WOW moment. The floor plan was perfect and it was not like all the other units we saw with off white walls, white appliances and light colored or white cabinets. The walls were a light grey, the appliances were Stainless Steel, the counter tops in the kitchen were a Black sparkly granite. The kitchen cabinets were a darker cherry color. So much nicer than anything else we had seen. But it was only a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath so off we went to look at other places. The only 3 Bedroom 2 Bath we looked at was a Condo in Sumerlin and it was very generic; it had no character or even a hint of a WOW factor. Fast forward to Thursday; we decided that Elysian at St Rose was going to be the place. A 2 Bedroom 2 Bath unit was going to have to do. We tried to start the application process from our hotel, but it just wasn't happening. We drove to the Elysian and again Tina and Marcy greeted us with open arms. Marcy is a true professional and helped us with the application process. She knows her stuff and after a lengthy process we were done. Marcy is professional, very patient and extremely helpful. Had we not opened our search up to include both Sumerlin and Henderson we would have not found this gem. We will be moving in around the middle of May. I will post an update with what the move in experience is like. Thanks Tina and Marcy read more

The staff is rude, they charge way too much in nonrefundable deposits, and then they don't even return your actual deposits. Stay away from this place! You can find something in the area for way less and even nicer. read more

We lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it. The location was great, the overall feel of the complex was nice and was well maintained. If I could give this place a -5 I would. The apt are nice but the staff is not so friendly. I am of African American decent my boyfriend and I. I went in and the manager I think her name was Tina, it was her and another lady with dark hair in the office. I came in and we were discussing prices she told me she would be right back and I heard her say we don't need anymore "black thugs" in the buildings ! Then told me nothing was free until the 1st of the year. That's funny because you have a rent now sign outside of the complex. Little does this lady know I probably make more money than her. But I go back and fourth from vegas to Chicago and looking for a apartment to rent for the year. But she has lost my business which is sad that America has to be like this. But it is okay I found something better. Thank you for the time of telling me I am a black thug. read more

I recently moved I to this apartment complex, and so far it has been amazing, The few residents I have bumped into have been very friendly. The dog park is a nice area for my two dogs to relieve themselves. I wish the gate was a little higher but it's ok you just need to be very vigilant when having your dogs in there. The apartment is very spacious and quiet. The walls aren't thin, I can't hear my neighbors. The leasing process was very painless, the staff was very helpful and polite. Overall I feel safe while walking my dogs around the complex, it is very calm and you can see the security walking around at night. I am very glad I decided to live here. read more

I lived at Elysian at St Rose for 1 1/2 years when I was living in Henderson. My boyfriend and I were desperately in need of an apartment since my boyfriend found a new job around that area. We were living in California then, so I was calling everywhere to ask information about their apartment complexes. We were first time apartment renters so I was doing some extensive research. I came across Elysian and did some research online and was impressed by the size of their 2 bedroom apartments and for the price. They were also located near the 15 freeway so it was an easy commute to work and they were surrounded by a bunch of shopping centers so that was a plus too! I was originally looking for a 1 bedroom apartment but I saw that they didn't offer 1 bedrooms yet..they were still developing that area. Plus I was super happy to rent out a 2 bedroom apartment for a very affordable price. We just turned the 2nd room into a study area anyways. You see I lived in California my whole life and when I saw that their apartment homes started at $900 a month..I was speechless! You will never find a resort style home with that price in California! I was super excited so I decided to give them a call. I talked to Lisa when she was still manager there and she was the sweetest person ever! She was very knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole moving process from California to Henderson very comfortable. If it weren't for Lisa I don't think we would have moved to that property. Most property managers wouldn't go out of their way to make their tenants feel at home but she did. I even had a weird incident one morning where I found a dead crow near my doorstep. I figured it was from the storm that happened the day before but I was really grossed out and chicken to pick it up. I asked Lisa if it was possible to get someone to handle that situation and instead of calling someone, she went out with some gloves, a trash bag and those stick picker-uppers and did it herself. Amazing! Maintenance was always on top of things! Art was awesome and helped us out with our leaking sinks/dishwasher, our broken A/C, and our broken fire alarm. It was hard to reach him sometimes but it was understandable since he was running back and forth to other properties. But he eventually would get to the problem the same day. I guess one of the downsides to living there was the bugs. You don't know how many times I would see huge roaches, crickets, and silverfishes crawling around the place. I guess that's what happens when you're living in the bottom floor and in the desert. It gets worse during the summer too. I suggest contacting the leasing office to have someone spray around the area. If I stayed there for another term, I probably would have moved to a top apartment instead. Another downside is having to pay a fee if you want to terminate your lease early. It really bites you in the a** but its standard for any renters agreement. We would have stayed through the end of our lease but we had to move for my boyfriends new job in California and they needed him right away. We weren't going to pay for 2 apartments at the same time with one being in the most expensive state ever! It was impossible. So we had to cough up a hefty amount of money for the termination fee and other fees as well. I wished they had some leeway for people who had to move for job purposes. Other than that, I had fun living there! I was sad to leave when they constructed new amenities in that area like a new pool, new gym, and a new club house. But I was able to take advantage of their new gym a few times while I was there. Trust me when I say that their new amenities are amazing! They also have free wi-fi internet and cable that are included in the rent, so you don't have to go out of your way to contact your own service provider. Plus it's really cheap to go through the apartment complex anyways. So I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to find a new home in Henderson. It's a quiet gated community that is close to the M resort, the I-15 freeway, near a lot of shopping areas, and entertainment. read more

I have only lived at Elysian St Rose now for 3 months, but I absolutely love it! The day that I went to look at the apartment, Tina welcomed me with kindness and helpfulness. Out of all of the apartment complexes I looked at in the area, this one had the most to offer. The community is small and quaint which means that the people in the office know you by name and everything gets done efficiently. Days after checking out the apartment, I called to ask a few more questions and Tina made me feel like I was already a part of the Elysian family. She was so friendly and thorough, which made the application process a breeze. The day I moved in, I filled out all the paper work about the condition of the apartment upon move in (which was excellent), but I mentioned a few minor spots on the wall. Even though it wasn't a big deal, the maintenance man Jeff was over the next day to paint them and check to see if I needed anything else. It is comforting to know that I moved into a neighborhood where they are quick to take care of their patrons. In addition to loving my quiet new 1 bedroom apartment, they also offer great amenities! I can always pop into the main building for a free coffee and at Christmas time I loved that they had a free Xmas gift wrapping station where you could bring in your stuff and wrap it up with their provided supplies. The gym is also amazing and everyone I've met in the community seems lovely. Overall, this is a wonderful place to call home and I would suggest it to anyone inquiring about safe and friendly communities! read more

The Elysian at St. Rose community is top notch!! I had to move but lived there for two years and it was the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The office staff was always courteous, helpful, and prompt. The maintenance staff Joe and Matt took pride in a job well done and was always prompt to come and fix any small problems that I needed help with. This complex takes pride in the landscape, the grounds, and keeps everything clean and beautiful. My apartment had large bedrooms, large bathrooms, and a wonderful kitchen. Plenty of storage. The front bathroom was perfect for my elderly mom to bring her walker into and use the step in shower with no worries of falling. I was very comfortable and happy with the staff, my apartment, and my neighbors. We became a family and looked out for each other. I've lived here for the past 6 months. I site manager Lisa has to be the reason these apartments are what they are. After looking at several apartments, I called here and talked to the friendliest person. (That was the only reason I decided to take a look at these apartments since they seemed to be over priced for not having all the amenities I had hoped for.) That's when I discovered they are still building on to their complex so the amenities I had wanted are in the process of being built. I am in the large 2 bedroom, and this apartment is huge compared to all the others. I truly forget sometimes that I live in an apartment and not a house. Currently we have construction going on next door and Lisa has pest control out every other week to ensure we bugs don't become an issue from that. (I'm terrified of bugs, so I am happy with that) Also along with moving in I had a list of things I wanted fixed (porch light, appliance light, leveling of the stove, toilet running) and everything was fixed ASAP. I'm use to having to pull an arm and a leg to get things done, but it was a nice surprise that everything was fixed the same day. I really like that this is a quite community. All the residents are very friendly, and noise at nights are not an issue. I am really looking forward to the completion of the expansion next door. (Garages, bigger pool, gym) Also ... If you ever have any questions about ANYTHING .. Lisa is the goto person. If she doesn't know, she knows how to quickly find out. She was very helpful since my family is new to Nevada. read more

I've lived at Elysian at St. Rose for almost 2 years, and my experience has been outstanding. Living here has been exactly what I wanted out of Vegas; a new, clean, quiet place to live, but with easy access to the bright lights and big city! My wife, myself, and our bulldog are currently looking for a new place to live that would be much closer to my company. We have looked at several places around this general area, and none have even come close to the Elysian. We are looking for a spacious one bedroom, that is fairly modern, well insulated, downstairs, carpeted, has a beautiful pool, really nice fitness center with classes, and accepts dogs. They have exactly what we are looking for plus at a reasonable rental price. I contacted Nicole and set up an appointment to tour the complex. Nicole took us and showed us around the whole place, and answered all of our many questions. She has great customer service, and treated us like she knew us for years. Nicole also is trying to get us in on an exact date to save us some out of pocket expenses. We have also have had the pleasure of meeting Tina who is awesome!! We are moving in within the next couple months, and are very excited that we are going to be living in such a great community for many years to come. read more
