    If your A/C breaks, they will take their time in finding someone to replace it. We are all aware the unbearable temperatures that Las Vegas hits in the summer. From Wednesday to Monday of last month, I was out, maintaining an internal temperature of 89 degrees. I received a portable a/c that apparently is supposed to cover 600 sq ft with this tiny little 12x3 inch opening, It covered about 3 square ft. They had to put the tube from one of the windows and it didn't even cover the whole window, so hot air is coming in through a huge crack from the window. I decided to tape the area off to try not to make matters worse. Didn't work. So the dog and I are struggling to relax and having a severe case of heat exhaustion, where we had to get up and scramble to find a hotel and couch crash at a friends for 4 days. Just like it is the tenants responsibility to uphold the terms of lease, it is also the landlords. Btw, when asked for a new portable a/c I was denied because "others may need it." Fine, but that forced us out. With the failure to create a habitable space for myself and animal, I asked for a pro-rated deduction of rent for those days. The answer again, no. While this is happening, it's the last day to pay rent, I needed to speak to Adam again the following day since he's so busy and can't return my calls in a timely manner, but instead as this issue is happening, I get hit with a 7-day eviction notice! The audacity. At this point I am furious, this translates as "we don't care if you pass out and die in the unit, we still want your full 30 days of rent." But please everyone come and live here and suffer with an emergency situation like this when it's so easy to handle if you've ever been a superior at any workplace. Besides that, this just shows how terrible the office treats you, this isn't my first encounter with attitude from that office over the course of two years. I'm not sure the people they have to deal with, but it seems they take their frustration out on the next person that has any issue. Like you are an inconvenience. I've paid my rent on time every month except once, and this is the way you are treated. So currently I am in eviction for the landlord not upholding their terms of the lease. Seem right? I leave that for you to decide.

    There are many things to complain about when it comes to Castile Apartments in Henderson. Besides the abundance of dog feces all throughout the complex, reports for repairs often go unanswered or are simply canceled without notice. We reported the stairwell lights several times now and they have yet to be fixed. This is a hazard, yet nothing is being done. Think twice before renting here, the rent is not worth all the troubles that comes with poor management.

    CASTILE REVIEW I recently had the misfortune of living at Castile Apartments, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The community manager, Adam Parra, and his two-faced assistant, Ron Pangilinan, were a disgrace to the concept of customer service. Their behavior was abysmal. and they showed a complete lack of respect toward residents. First and foremost, Adam Parra spoke as if he owned the entire property. His condescending and arrogant attitude was beyond unacceptable. Instead of addressing concerns and providing solutions, he dismissed residents' issues as if they were beneath him. It was clear that he had no regard for the well-being or satisfaction of the people living in the community. Furthermore, the assistant community manager, Ron Pangilinan, was just as disappointing. He displayed a two-faced demeanor, pretending to be helpful to residents' faces but failing to follow through on any promises or commitments. It was evident that his friendly facade was nothing more than a facade, and his lack of accountability was deeply frustrating. The state of the amenities was equally appalling. The dog park was consistently filled with feces, making it virtually unusable. Despite promises of cleanliness and maintenance, it seemed as The state of the amenities was equally appalling. Additionally, while the apartment complex claimed to be smoke-free, the neighbors frequently disregarded this policy, resulting in a constant smell of both cigarette smoke and marijuana permeating the air. To make matters worse, the residents themselves were incredibly nosy, particularly the lady in front of our unit. Apt 2515. Privacy was non existent, as all they seemed to do was stare and gossip about their neighbors. It created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment that made living at Castile Apartments a daily struggle. Lastly, the overwhelming smell of marijuana emanating from the neighbor right beside..... Update: they forwarded our check to an old address. How stupid? They even asked for our forwarding address and now they mailed it to a wrong address?

    Things you'll find out until you live here: Roaches, crickets in unit, you may find them dead or alive every day, for weeks. Not one or 10, lost count. I had a cricket on my head while asleep & a dead roach fall out when making my bed! They're gone now but it's because it's cold, who knows when it gets warm again. You'll be treated unethically by leasing, specifically from Rhonda; she'll call you numerous times even though you request to be contacted by email & complain that you don't pick up. Before finding out what the problem is she'll say "whatever it is maintenance won't be able to fix it." She'll stare at you like a mean girl while she passes by you, but she'll be so nice before you sign the lease. Adam (manager) who you'll never see or talk to, but he exists, will call you to literally say "move out" & make things up to make it seem like your the problem, without asking what's going on, without trying to seek solutions & send unprofessional emails; Ron will tell you that roaches are normal to have in Henderson, will suggest to buy things to prevent roaches from coming in & will falsely accuse you to not credit your account with one prorated day rent which is their one day guarantee policy of resolving maintenance issues or providing a resolution. Ron will blame the issues on you! When you ask Ron to provide ANY proof of what his stating, Adam will step in & immediately respond to your email NO, ignore your email, being so careless. Your unit will have issues & even if you request to be notified when maintenance will be coming in, Adam will send maintenance without informing you, invading privacy. They are bothered if you have questions about gym equipment, club house, whatever. Some equipment doesn't work, missing pads, you can't use TV's ever or club house after leasing hours. Little things that your not aware of until living here. They don't have yoga or cycling virtual classes & recycling like they advertise. Trash area isn't clean. Lights on stairs, common areas, are off. Not just in my building, in all; but lights inside leasing office are on when it's closed, even if no one is there. Ron's response to lights being off is that they've placed an order for "whatever" but due to weather it hasn't arrived, in 2 months. Maintenance order will be completed like they've fixed it but they don't, lights are still off. You'll have to call numerous times to remind them to take care of issues within the unit. Poop trash cans are packed for days. There's poop all over when walking around. They should send out a reminder to everyone to clean up after their dog just like they do when raising monthly utility rent; they send multiple reminders & even stick a reminder on doors. You'll smell mariguana when walking around & see cigarette butts on the floor, even though it's a none- smoking community. Pool is disgusting, maybe it's like that because it's winter hopefully. I don't even ask them anything anymore, like how to turn on fire pit because they might "not know" or be bothered by it. I've talked to neighbors who have lived here for years & mentioned they'll be moving out due to different management & can't believe how I'm being treated. Hallways are dirty. There will be noises you'll hear from bathroom vent & maintenance will come & without even checking will say it's just the way the buildings are made & nothing can be done. For the cost of rent little issues like these should be taken care of & above all, renters should always be treated with professionalism & respect regardless.

    I absolutely appreciate them for opening the doors for myself and my son. Jessie, De'giana , Aaron & Ms.Bree have been super kind & efficient as a leasing team. I'm truly saddened that they refused to renew my lease after living there for one year due to my negligent &disrespectful roommate. At least they gave me a 60 day courtesy notice to find another place in Henderson. I have nothing but positive memories here. They provide a safe gated community. Access to spa pools, playground, gym, cornerstone park ( u will see ducks, geese & bunnies), and it's accessible to so many restaurants and shops. It's pet friendly even though some pets can be annoying with uncontrollable barking & poop just a la carte'. There is a mailroom & package concierge that is available to tenants as well. Shout out to the The maintenance team for always being on top of the work orders. I'm truly saddened & am going to miss this place. But I will highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to live affordable luxury & be safe.Please don't smoke or play loud music on property so u can make this a long lasting experience. I hope you enjoy yourself just as much as I do.Just be mindful of your neighbors.

    We have been with Elevate approximately a month now. And to keep it real, they've had their share…read moreof opening-the-doors types of problems: massive influx of new residents at the same time, crickets (like the other reviewer has stated, but i -rarely- ever see any other type of insect), and some mixed feelings about the pet-friendliness of the community. However, any issue or concern we have had since moving in has been addressed thoughtfully and respectfully by the entire team here; they know us and we know all of them by name. They provide weekly pest control and even had someone out here multiple times in one week trying to control the cricket problem (which has decreased massively since that intervention). The problems we have as residents, as long as they are brought to the management team's attention, generally get handled. I have no doubt the property manager, Krystal, has her work cut out for her to make this a great property, but I also have no doubt that she can do it. She has an amazingly positive reputation from being property manager at Adiamo right up the road, and I can easily see why. I know Krystal wants to do more than just rent properties to her residents; she wants us to be happy in our homes. She, unfortunately, is constrained on the speed at which things get done due to corporate hoops. With a little patience and time, these will be some of the best apartment homes in the area.

The overall quality of the apartments is poor, with construction and finishes that feel rushed and cheaply done. For the price point, the build quality does not meet reasonable expectations. Communication from the property manager is consistently poor. Emails often go unanswered, and it typically takes multiple follow‑ups before receiving even a minimal response. This lack of timely communication makes it extremely difficult to resolve basic concerns or get clarity on important matters. The maintenance supervisor is fantastic, and several members of the property staff are genuinely helpful. However, the maintenance team as a whole is very unqualified, which has resulted in residents facing unnecessary out‑of‑pocket expenses for issues that should have been handled correctly the first time. While the landscaping looks nice at first glance and it's great that the complex allows pets, the property is not maintained to match that appearance. The stench of urine is consistently strong throughout the grounds, making outdoor areas unpleasant to walk through. This ongoing issue reflects a lack of upkeep and attention to the overall condition of the community. Overall, the combination of poor construction quality, inadequate communication from management, unqualified maintenance work, and poorly maintained grounds has made my experience deeply disappointing. I strongly encourage future residents to consider these issues before signing a lease.

    Update: Welp. This place started out amazing. But ever since…read moreVikki and who ever that new manager is took over things have went down hill quick! Here are the basics. The first time i ever talked to the new manager she lied to my face multiple times. Vikki does nothing besides makes mistakes. I understand no one is perfect, but with the amount of mistakes she has made she should have been fired by now. Heres a wonderful example of a mistake that she made. She sent out an official letter to every resident at ONE60 via usps. The letter stated there would only be a rent increase of $100 a month. When it came time to resign my lease i was told the actual increase was $225 per month and that the noticed we received "was just a mistake". Not once between sending that notice to trying to resign my lease did they ever try to rectify that mistake, or even acknowledge the "mistake". They have failed to give a 24hr notice prior to entering my unit. Then i was threatened with a "strike on my record" because they were not able to gain access to my unit when they never gave a notice. The worst offense though is the build quality of the apartments themselves. In my unit for example if we get a heavy rain storm the corner of my unit in the living room will flood. When I reported the flooding i was told by their maintenance staff that there is nothing they can do to fix it, because it is an issue with the foundation. I had constant issues with my air conditioning unit leaking into my kitchen. Multiple issues with my dishwasher(which they claimed was my fault. Apparently im supposed to thoroughly wash my dishes spotless first then put them into the dishwasher). I was also told by a previous office member to stop putting in certain work orders for my unit. If you are sick of the issue being reported, maybe you should actually fix it the first time. Not get mad at me and tell me to stop reporting it. Then when you try to complain to the hire ups theyll, in short tell you to bad. Why do i say this? Well, i had to email one of the people above the manager on site. Some of the lights on the property have been out for a while and the security cameras were not working. In short what did they tell me? The security cameras are not there for resident safety, but only for the properties common areas. In short they dont care about you. Only their property. To summarize the office staff is incompetent and will lie directly to your face. The building quality is bad(they definitely sped through the building process). They find random crap to install onto the property or units to charge you more money(looking at you brivo crud home system). Finally you dont get what you are paying for. It is a rip off. Over $2,000 a month(plus fees) for a 2bd 2bth. "Competitive pricing". No. Thats another lie. You can move into a 3-4bd 3-4bth HOUSE for the same price or cheaper. Especially after all the fees they tac on. If corporate is reading this or any higher ups. Dont waste your time responding here. I emailed yall over a month ago and you told me to bad, so sad.

    Here comes the truth...In Oct.2022 I met up with Edith the property manager at the time to inquire…read moreabout a 2bedroom apartment for rent upstairs. After signing the lease I was told $120 would be a extra charge for cable and internet. So instead of rent being 1550 it was 1650. than on top of that came the trash, sewer, water, maintance, charges of 100-125 extra a month. I was paying over 1750 a month now. The maintance guys Wayne, and Jacob did a great job the first year keeping the grounds kept up of trash debris,and dog poop. The first month I was there the neighbor complained about everything, but she moved, we got another neighbor, and they were very nice to us. In Oct 2023 we renewed the lease cause nothing changed,nor did the rent. We did get a new office manager Annette. She always made sure we had food, water, snacks, ice cream and activities. Now in 2024 Annette left,and Daisy came. She was doing a okay job at first,but everthing started to disappear. no snacks, no ice cream,even to the last days there was no bottled water. Some activities were still going on,and bday months with cake,donuts and pizza. I was also told by fellow neighbors that everytime someone came to take a position in the office, they wound up quiting. Some residents would come to activities to be told to be quiet by office staff or they had to leave. My last month to vacate,was Oct 2024. Only to find out that my rent was going up to 1750 a month, that did not include cable,and wifi. and that did not include trash sewer,water,or maintance.. After signing vacate papers Zillow had a ad on my apartment for 1545 a month. when I called Daisy to let her know about my rent increase she lied and said it was raised by only 85 dollors. But I have a copy of the lease too that we werent signing!!! On my move out date, Daisy came by with the maintance man going through the apartment nit picking about chipped paint coming off the window sill due to poorly sealed framing that was not properly caulked, they want to charge me for this...lol Than after confronting maintance personal in the 2 year time frame about the paint in both bathrooms not haveing a good job and paint chipping away they want to charge us for it,but yet they also fired the painting company people that did the job. Weve showed maintance the flooring bulking and coming up and they again said dont worry about it. Living here the first year was better than this last year. Its been aweful,and Iam so much happier now that I got out.

A nice and smooth move into a beautifully remodeled apartment. With all new full size appliances, flooring and paint. The trees are mature and the grounds nicely managed. The entire Lido team have been fantastic with our mom. 5 stars all the way!
