Through the process, the sellers and their agent send us false documentation about repairs being completed by professional licensed repairman. The receipt showed a false company with fake contact info. Now they are trying to keep our escrow money when the sale was cancelled due to false documentation. Shame on this realty group. This is the first time I write a review on Yelp. We were looking around for a high rise condo near or at Las Vegas Strip online as our second home or may be an investment property. Darren, goes by Dee, showed us some units at the Martin on one Friday evening. My husband fell in love with one of the unit although it was not the one we had planned to see. Dee helped us make an offer and closed within two weeks on an all cash deal. We could have closed within one week, but I was looking to record the deed on my birthday. Dee was very professional, pleasant, attentive, patient. He listens to what his client's concerns.
