Took me a while to get around to do this review. I used to love this complex, then it became more and more difficult to enjoy the living experience that they promise. My wife and I lived here for over five years. We moved there in 2019 and our old property manager, Arjay was amazing. The complex is fun, safe, in the event that he would host were second to none. Then he left. New management came in. There became nothing joyous about living there. My wife and I after five years were virtually kicked out of living in the complex. no reason given. Never once was there a complaint. No neighbor had ever complained about us. We had no violations. We were late a few times paying rent because of financial reasons, but always paid it within a couple of weeks, including the penalty. We left her apartment in pristine condition. the fact that I am disabled, with peripheral neuropathy, made it very difficult for us to leave. We never had any intention of leaving. We made all of our friends since we moved to Las Vegas in that complex. We were given a notice prior to moving out that they would not renew our lease. We were shocked. There was absolutely zero reason for them to do that. Tamina, the property manager, Did not like the fact that I was a vocal about issues that would happen in the complex. I don't think she is a bad person, but I think she was persuaded by her colleague, Elizabeth. In my opinion, Elizabeth is the most vile human being that could've worked in that complex. She actually had a former resident banned from coming into the complex. He was a 65 year old exemplary resident and a very good friend, with two amazing kids who basically grew up there. She actually called 911, and had the cops disparage him right in front of his children. I hope people will read this. I hope people will understand that there are so many complexes in Las Vegas that treat residents and guests better. We have since left, and found a complex we like much better. Management where we are treat us like family. I am very sad the way things ended up with La Vie. Now I am no longer allowed to live in any property owned by the management company. For absolutely no reason whatsoever. My wife and I are in our mid-50s, and all we did was care about the other residents And quality of the community we lived in. If you were looking for a home in Henderson, drive past this property. read more

I love the area! Lived here for a year, there's trash valet service available on weekdays. Overall staff is friendly. Holly, the assistant manager was very helpful and accommodating. Maintenance is usually on it that same day. Everyone with pets picks up after themselves. Buildings are well lit, pool and gym always seem clean. Only downside is walls are THIN, you can hear everything, neighbors doors and alarms going off. Side gate didn't always work and rent increased substantially. The increase is a given but considering the price, might as well move to Summerlin. Overall just remember yo cover all holes you make in the walls & take pictures of everything when moving in to ensure you get your deposit back! read more

I mean I no longer get bugs. The area is pretty nice but I'm barely home. Rent is cheap for the area and they are pretty nice with me. read more

I moved in almost a year ago, and have no plans of going anywhere. The staff, amenities, location, and my apartment are amazing! Whenever I need anything, maintenance is there the same day or when I schedule it, the office staff replies to any inquiry quickly, and the grounds/amenity areas are kept in immaculate condition. My apartment has everything I need to live very comfortably. The neighbors are all friendly and respectful of each other. One of my favorite things is the 5 minute walk to grocery shopping at Sprouts, Target, or even if I need stuff for the home. I love it here! read more

This apartments are awesome no complaints at all. It's quiet you hardly see cars around here. I would definitely suggest this place but point out that the gym is extremely small and it's not a place I want to workout at it's asking for trouble you might accidently hit someone while your doing your moves and all he'll might breakout but again it's a beautiful complex their right by clothing and grocery stores and also health stores and cvs and Walgreens and a gas station 5 minutes or less up or down the road it's an awesome place you gotta live here read more

Was very interested in this place as it is in a good location and it looked nice. Walked in and was told that they have a 45lb dog limit and I have a golden retriever. This breed is at least 55lbs and up. Yet online they have a "pet friendly" picture with a lady and a golden retriever??? False advertisement. read more

I hate to say it but I USED to love living here. Moved here straight from the East coast without even seeing the place in person and we still loved it. The staff, maintenance every thing; we loved. NOW...it has been three years of living here and its increasingly becoming a headache. My NEW upstairs neighbors for one are a nuisance. They are slamming, dropping thumping all night long. Quiet time is from 10pm until 9am. These folks are noisy well past 10pm. It is constant. I have lived in an apartment my entire life. So I UNDERSTAND apartment living noise. However, As I type this they are up there slamming things around and dropping sh** on the floor. Sometimes it sounds like canned goods being flung around the floor. They also have this rumbling scrubbing type noise that's going on. I have complained multiple times. I have sent videos capturing the noise. I have gone to my neighbors directly. Management is doing nothing about it. He tells them he is being quiet and not making any noise above normal living noises. Which is a BOLD FACED LIE. The office staff keeps telling me to let them know so they can come and hear it during business hours. But my neighbor is rarely home at that time. He gets in around 12am and starts his bullsh** when the office is closed. Just the other night, AFTER 10pm, he and about 5 other people were moving furniture and stuff in/out of his apartment....ALL. NIGHT. LONG. But again... nothing is being done about him. Its just his word against mine. But for two whole years I never had this problem with my previous neighbors. I also never hear my surrounding neighbors. But ever since this idiot above me moved in, its been nothing but problems. Also, there is an increase of pet feces being left everywhere near my building. There's actually been some feces placed on the bushes as "decoration". There's been some smeared in a straight line down the walkways. Theres been giant wet piles left in the parking lot. Its a mess. Ive taken several pics and sent video of some that I caught in the act. The maintenance is awesome in keeping the property clean when they are notified. But they shouldn't have to clean up after these tenants not following rules. There's a lease agreement for a reason. Put these people out! Catch them! But the complex refuses to get cameras on the property to capture who's doing this and fine them! Aside from capturing poop, there should be cameras in the parking lots anyway for safety purposes. Literally anyone could break into our complex, damage our vehicles and commit theft and would not be caught. No cameras. At least that's what I was told when I asked about cameras for people leaving dog poop. I hate to move because I have two tiny kids now. And Im settled and comfortable. But my comfort is wearing out. The rent has gone up $500 since moving in on top of all the other BS. Im just so irritated and fed up. Especially with my upstairs neighbors. read more

Been here for over 6 months now and the ladies at the office are SUPER friendly and kind! Always willing to help out any way they can. Quiet / calm community neighbors are friendly as well. Maintence are always on top of everything super quick response as well. read more

My husband and I currently live here and it'll be a year we've been here in March. So far it's been great! We use the dog park a lot and they clean it every week! Staff is friendly and have yet to run into a problem with that. Maintenance has always come either the day I report an issue or the next and have always fixed the problem. Pool and gym are always clean, neighbors are friendly too! There is a trash pickup service available but every time we put our trash out for it to be picked up they never came even though it was tied up, so we never leave it out like that anymore. Walls are pretty thin and I can hear our next door neighbors alarms going off, but we love living here and will report any issues we may have if we decide to move out. read more

Sadly, All good things must come to an end. We moved into this Apartment and loved every minute of our time here. Unfortunately, we are moving across the country and must leave these wonderful office and maintenance people who have become our family. This facility is a hidden gem and please consider giving it a look. You will thank me for this recommendation. If we ever return to Henderson, we will come here without a doubt. read more

Ever since the new management took over it has gone excessively down hill. Aside from getting rid of the daily breakfast which drew many in the actual customer service element has turned to complete garbage. There are some friendly faces within the office face to face but that remains all there is. Attempting to get ahold of anyone, attempting to get anything done requires demands and absolute proof. This was clear cut with this community like so many others. It was built up with promises and expectations and a good community and then sold to a company who comes in, guts things, ups prices, then looking to take those last gouges at people when they move out. Needless to say this community is no longer what it was built to be. Cost more, get less, the La Vie way. read more

Nothing but an amazing experience here at La Vie. I wanted to wait awhile before reviewing, but now that it's been about 8 months since I've lived at La Vie, I can't say enough amazing things about it. I feel like I have my own home because it's so quiet and beautiful. The staff in the office is amazing and just so much of a better experience from the last property I lived at. Love living here read more

This is a review of the staff (or sorry excuse for one). Trust me, if I could give it negative stars, I would. When we walked in, the lady in there didn't even get up from her desk, just yelled "Yeah come in!" from her office in the back. We went in looking for a 1 bedroom and the lady said they were sold out for my timeframe. I say "Ok, well we'll look somewhere else" VERY RUDELY, she replies "What were your intentions when you walked in here? You're never going to find an apartment this far out!" Umm excuse me? My intentions were for you to do your job and not be a sarcastic jerk during the entire conversation. THEN, she tries to swindle me into paying an extra $200 a month for the model home because it has a pool view. Why would I pay $200 to live near a noisy pool? I wish I could remember her name but she sounded like she was from the east coast. Maybe she should go back because that's not how things work here in Vegas. Here's some advice for people considering these apartments: TURN BACK NOW! If they're rude to your face, how do you think they're going to treat you when something goes wrong with your apartment? To Ms. Know-it-All in the leasing office, the next day, I viewed both Elysian West (REAL luxury apartments in Summerlin) and The Martin (Brand new, on Ft. Apache) and they BOTH were able to show me apartments available this summer with exceptional customer service. Also, they are both cheaper. Sure, these apartments are sold out now, but I can't imagine that being the case later on down the line as long as this quack is working there. Last time I checked, this city has no shortage of apartment complexes, I'd gladly pay more to deal with a competent office staff. read more

I would like to start by saying I am a resident and absolutely love my apartment and the property. It is stunning and wonderful. However, today I met one of the office staff Andrea my first experience with her . I was having issue opening my mail box and went into office to ask for help . I am about to undergo back surgery on Monday in which I explained to her as we went to mailboxes. Under the chance my pain and physical limitations could be part of problem. The mail box was very difficult to get in even for her yet she blew it off in my opinion . Stating I just needed to give it elbow grease. She then stated sorry that I was having a bad day but that she wasn't . I felt that was condescending and sarcastic and frankly rude to do to someone that is truly in pain. I replied stating I wasn't sure if she was I intending to be sarcastic but the remark wasn't needed . She then said she would pray for me. In my view most caring people who would genuinely would mean such a comment would never have told me sorry for my bad day but hers was great . It was unprofessional and beyond rude . I can only hope management addresses her customer service skills. I love this community and I won't let one unprofessional impact my living experience. But I do expect some kind of response and thus not be ignored . read more

Although I dont live here, my cousin recently moved in and I stayed a couple days with her. The units are new, clean and gorgeous. The layout is perfect and the leasing staff is so sweet. The pool area and lobby is swank! The gym has a great selection of various equipment and there are plenty of common area spaces where you can work, hang out it even grill a nice meal with friends. We're going to check out the billiard room tonight. I'll post pics tomorrow. Super amenities at competitive pricing for the area. read more

I was one of the first tenants when I moved in.  Everything was great until new management company took over. This new company replaced everyone including maintainance people and things went down after. I loved the actual unit and amenities but I did not want to stay longer when new contruction work started bombing the land across street from my unit. The biggest issue is when you move out. You will not see your deposit back. They will find any reason to charge you no matter how clean your place is. Normal wear & tear is going to be your fault. When I moved in, previous leasing office agent told me they were not going to charge me for the holes in the walls. I punched a few holes to hang frames. However this new management office charged me a lot to repaint the whole room. In addition to that, they charged $150 cleaning fee even though I left the unit spotless. They charged whatever they wanted to charge with every excuses they could find. They did not give me itemized bill so I had to go back to ask in person. Save your $500 security deposit and live somewhere else. There are tons of great apartments in Las Vegas with better reputation. read more

Very thoughtful, prompt and kind management. They keep the upkeep of the property gorgeous! Love the pool! This is the only apartment complex that has swimming lanes in the pool that I know of. This is great for a swimmer like me. Great place to live!!! read more

Under new management. Everything about this community is horrible now. The gates stay open even though you're paying for gated community. I complained about this and their response was denial. So I took pictures of gates open daily. After a year living there, I lived through proof of crap construction. I could hear every sound of my upstairs neighbor. I left apartment spotless! They kept portion of deposit for general carpet cleaning. And there was literally 2 rooms of actual carpet not entire apartment. Isn't general cleaning standard normal wear and tear, which falls under the non refundable fee (350.00)paid at lease signing not deposit(500.00). New management is gouging everyone there. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

Not a resident but had a pleasant experience. Very nice new and modern apartments. Toured multiple units. Gym and pool area feel very luxurious. Leasing agent very polite and took a lot of time explaining things. Only downfall was way over budget. read more

My fiancé and I will be joining La Vie and we are so excited! The property is brand new and the community feel is very warm and inviting. You can feel the enthusiasm from the office staff and can tell they enjoy their jobs and care about their prospective and current residents. We were talking with Andrea and I must say, the phone was ringing, people were waiting to be helped in the lobby and she was able to attend to all of us and make us feel like family. You will also love the nearby shopping that you can walk to. The price is right, too, as we have been looking for apartments for over a month, now. Thanks, Andrea! read more

I moved into La Vie in 2016 when the property was first built and at that time the property management was amazing--hosted monthly events, amenities were great and the community was taken care of. A bit over a year after that, a new property management company took over and it was down hill from there. The community events were reduced to a couple times a year (at best), the community upkeep started to be less frequent (more trash floating through the community, gates left broken..), and the management team became a bit clueless (nice but pretty much incompetent and inconsistent).. I finally bought a house and left this spring. Even though I gave proper notice and did my part to ensure final payment was made, they repeatedly failed to contact me (after multiple attempts by me to contact them), failed to send me an invoice (after telling me they would multiple times when I was able to speak to a person) and so when the amount due posted to the portal, I paid it in full and they still put my account in collection--before the payment was even due!! I contacted them several times and was advised that it would be taken care of and 2 months later, I'm still receiving calls.. Steer clear if you are thinking about renting from this company.. read more

The property puts on a first-class exhibition of style and facility upgrades. Very very clean brand new they do a great continental breakfast as well as 24-hour access amenities I highly recommend the location for rentals as it ranges anywhere between 1065 and 1500+ for a one bedroom to 3 bedroom and the pool facility is fantastic and the management staff is awesome. I highly recommend talking to Andrea or Misha as they will take care of you as they did me. read more

I had the best experience with representative Andrea Bates. She was very friendly, informative and helpful! the grounds were beautiful.

This is based on previous owners: sad to say pinnacle no longer runs this complex. Staff and maintenance crew is gone. New staff and maintenance with new company which is from Utah. Complex is barely a year old. Unfortunate but great place to live. Quiet. Most of the time tenants comply with rules. Parking isn't a issue but people who know not to park under covered spots do so anyway. Previous staff sent out a e mail to remedy the problem which was obeyed until new company took over. Hard to park in covered spots when one apartment has four cars and you have one. Pool area was always clean and maintained. Continental breakfast I heard will be taken away. Time will tell. Rent increase? I hope not. Would rather pay for a home then to pay high price for an apartment. Might be pricey for some, so don't expect to pay $900 for a two bedroom. Great area. Let's hope this place doesn't skip a beat. Would be a waste read more
