After inspecting the unit and the thermostat, he explained possible issues and solutions in detail. Ultimately deciding to move forward with a replacement as the unit is on the older side of its lifespan. With Kyrin properly explaining the matter to us, it made making the decision to move forward with a new unit easier. He was very courteous, polite, and respectful of our house. We look forward to working with him again this upcoming week and have full confidence that our issue with the AC will be resolved.

Unfortunately, my experience changed once the technician arrived. After discussing my concerns, only a very limited inspection was performed. The technician checked my refrigerant lines by hand and, during the process, tore part of the insulation covering the lines. The insulation was left damaged without being repaired, repositioned, or taped back together. I explained that I had recently cleaned the system myself and had been experiencing performance issues afterward. By the time of the appointment, the system had fortunately started operating normally again. Despite my concerns, the technician did not perform what I would consider a thorough inspection of either the outdoor unit or the indoor head unit. Several areas I asked about were dismissed with comments such as, "Don't worry about that, it doesn't need cleaning." When I later asked about replacement options and newer systems, the conversation quickly shifted toward sales estimates. I was quoted approximately $11,000 for a new ductless mini-split installation. While I understand labor, materials, permits, overhead, and warranties contribute to installation costs, the estimate seemed significantly higher than I expected. What confused me most was that the technician appeared far more interested in discussing replacement options than addressing the maintenance concerns I originally scheduled the appointment for. At the end of the visit, I was informed there would be a $19 charge. Assuming this was being collected before the advertised coil cleaning service was performed, I also provided a $20 tip. However, the technician then left without performing any coil cleaning service. In the end, I paid for a service call, had insulation on my system damaged, received very little troubleshooting or maintenance assistance, and never received the coil cleaning that was advertised and expected. I left the experience disappointed and feeling that my concerns were never properly addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I had known for some time that a replacement was imminent but I procrastinated a bit too long. Using the Yelp contact feature, I urgently reached out to 4 or 5 different contractors to get someone out here as well as to get me a ballpark figure for a replacement. Water Heater Pros were among the first to respond as well as offer a time THAT DAY to perform the replacement and the associated costs. Talk about a no brainer! I was so happy and relieved! The tech was on time and soloed the whole deal. Really amazing to me. Fantastic work, clean, efficient, thorough and just like that we were back to hot water and no leaking. When you find a company that does what they say they will do for the price they quoted, you feel a sense of confidence knowing that there are still good folks out there doing an honest days work and Water Heater Pros is one of them.

I told him I needed to obtain a few more quotes before I made my decision. After obtaining two more quotes and reading past reviews, I hired Mundo. Mundo was professional and on time. He replaced the unit in approximately 1.5 hours. He did a great job on the installation and had the best price with an 8 year warranty on the water heater, along with a 4 years workmanship warranty. You won't find a better deal around.

They did a complete bathtub replacement and shower plumbing refresh a few years back. They just recently replaced our kitchen sink and installed an reverse osmosis system that they recommended due to it's ease of use, which is a big help. They installed a water heater with a re-circulation pump and water softener. They also installed bathroom faucets and new hoses to our washing machine and steam dryer. They do good work and charge a fair price our my opinion. We couldn't be happier with this family, who are also are the most pleasant people to work with, including Jerry's wife, Helen, who handles scheduling.

Despite it being a holiday weekend, Jerry came out first thing the very next morning and replaced the entire valve for $600, including parts and labor. That was especially refreshing after a much larger plumbing company had quoted us nearly $3,000 for the same repair. He didn't simply install the valve and leave. He opened multiple faucets and thoroughly tested the system to make sure the pressure remained stable throughout the house. He brought it down to approximately 64 PSI, explained how I could periodically check and adjust it myself, and offered to return and make things right if we experienced any problems. He was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. It felt like he genuinely cared about doing the job correctly and making sure I understood everything before he left. That combination is increasingly difficult to find. He is absolutely our plumber from now on, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Eli Dumaguit was one of two technicians who came out today, and he educated me on way more than just scheduled maintenance. I now know the importance of having your air ducts and condenser coils cleaned. If dust is collecting on your air supply vent, you don't know what dead skin cells and other particles are blowing back into your room. For example, my place was built in 1974, and two diff owners lived here and changed hands before I became the homeowner in 2014. I'm looking at all this dust collecting on the air supply vent and wondering if the air ducts have ever been cleaned. That means I could have dead butt cells from 1974 blowing all into my rooms. But I wouldn't have known that if Eli didn't bring attention to it. Do you understand how disgusting that sounds? All that dust collecting on top of your books, tables and tapestries could contain dead skin butt cells. Go clean your air ducts everyone. Long story long, I made an appointment with Eli to take care of the dead butt cells circa 1974. And if your AC unit is installed on your roof like mine, you might have bird feathers blocking your condenser coils. Condenser coils basically release heat back into the open air and based on what Eli told me, failure to release heat efficiently leads to future problems and a shorter AC life span. Eli even compared pictures of my coils with my neighbor's coils. My neighbor's coils were so bad it looked like a black and white flamingo. But I don't like my neighbor, so I don't really care. My revenge is I'm not gonna tell him about 702 plumbAIR. Go call Bubba's Discount HVAC & BBQ. Shout out to Tyler Dale too, the second technician who came out that same morning to flush my water heater. He actually remembered me and my residence. His services were used during a past water overflow issue. He educated me on upgrades and improvements since mine is approaching its 10 year life expectancy. I've been living with this really "not good" water. The older you get, the things you neglected almost becomes 1st priority. So we talked about water softeners, reverse osmosis, and conditioners to help address minerals and sediment in the water, which can also affect the health of your hair and scalp in the shower. Women will instantly notice this one. But these upgrades will have to wait because I can't have too much going on at once. I gotta focus on the AC unit first, then I'll focus on the water heater. But it's good knowing you have a company that's consistent with valuable service and technicians who take the time to educate you and look out for you. Trust me, I've been through my fair amount of not so great technicians. 702 plumb AIR has been my last and final stop since 2021 or something around that year and they never miss.

Would absolutely never recommend this company…read more I hired this company in April of last year for an AC tune-up to get the system ready for the summer, especially with my in-laws coming to visit. Keep in mind, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the AC prior to this visit. The technician arrived and promptly started taking things apart only to tell me that the fan motor and dual-run capacitor were failing. Other than that, he essentially just hosed down the bottom of the AC unit, which honestly is something I could have done myself, and then put together an estimate for repairs that ended up costing over $2,700 before leaving. I was under the impression that an AC tune-up included basic cleaning and maintenance, including checking or cleaning the air filters and making sure the system was operating properly. Instead, the entire visit felt like it was focused on finding repairs to sell me rather than actually performing a tune-up. I ultimately declined the $2,700+ repair, and guess what? The AC is still working perfectly fine today. Based on my experience, it was very apparent that the technician was primarily focused on selling me a repair rather than providing the tune-up service I had requested. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this company.
