We have received the best service imaginable and were thrilled that we have meet and have our rep, John Son, who has been very professional, honest, committed to our needs, and ensures that everything gets done the way we expect it to, and that he is so personable and friendly, which we now call him our friend. This is our very first brand new house together for my wife and I, and with the friendliness of John, not to mention he is one of the most knowledgeable guys in this trade and has taught us a lot, that we are thankful for all he does and the people over at Home Service Plus. They have made everything that we needed assistance with taken care of quickly and efficiently, and it was done with superior quality and exceptional customer service. We still have time left on our warranty and I'm sure we will have to been in touch again, and we will not hesitate to contact them, even after the warranty expires, as we trust John Son to come back and take care of anything we need. Exceptional service and that John always checks on us when he is around makes us feel even more like part of the Home Service Plus family. Thanks John Son and staff!! - The Cavaco's read more

We recently moved to our new house back in February of this year and we had some issues that needed attention. We contacted our Home Service Plus company through their easy request form online and the very next day we were getting scheduled for service, WOW!!! That's some fast service response! My wife wasn't happy with the quality of work done in the build-out of the house and especially the kitchen but I can honestly say that Alan Summers has saved the day for us. His mission has been to make my wife as happy as can be with the quality of work being done now and has gotten her approval on the details. Once again, wow, that's exceptional service and going above and beyond to make my wife happy and love her house again because she was very upset on how the house was given to us. Mr. Alan, Mr. Bridges and Mr. Bennett, your attention to detail in this process has left us speechless and extremely happy. My wife says, "Alan a very big special thanks to you " she is loving her kitchen again. And I end my review by saying, Happy wife, Happy life. THANK YOU guys for everything. Buying a new home can be extremely stressful and not knowing if there may be any issues that may arise is terrifying. Thank god for home service plus and there amazing team. I bought a new American West home in October of 2015 and they gave me a home warranty service for my first year to take care of any issues. Alan Summer's with home service plus should be the standard of what customer service should be. He is very attentive to detail and went above and beyond the call of service. He contracted out all of my repairs and there wasn't anything major (drywall cracks, water pressure, stucco repair) and did an amazing job on communicating each and every process. He would be at my residence for every repair to ensure it was done correctly and done to his standards which ironically is higher then mine. I am a real reviewer and the only reason I made a Yelp account is because the community needs to know how great this company is and how they preform at a much higher level in the industry. Thank you home service plus and a special thank you to Alan summers for making my home absolutely perfect. read more

First I didn't believe that, it will not be happened from my previous experience, but less than half hour, Randy call me and letting me know, him and his team on the way to my property. When Randy show up with his team, I can feel they are very professional and willing to help me with my problem. within a week, my problem had been solved, what's a "A" team. Thank you all for your great job. read more

This week marks one year in our brand new home. Our service technician has always been Alan Summers, which I love because I do not like to deal with different people when it comes to our home. Alan always makes sure that we are completely happy with each repair visit. He goes above and beyond to schedule all the correct repair people while still working around my family's hectic schedules. Alan checks up on all the workers in our home before, during, and after each repair visit, he makes sure we were satisfied with the work before he has us sign off on it. Alan communicates well with his clients and all of the repair companies/vendors and follows through with all the deadlines set for repair completion. I will definitely recommend Home Service Plus, as well as Alan Summers, to anyone in need for residential repairs of any kind. read more

Kenny H from Home Service Plus has coordinated and himself done pristine repair work on our newly built American West home during our warranty period. He is always on time and goes the extra mile to deliver optimal results. I would recommend HSP to anyone who is very particular and stringent as to home repair expectations. Wanted to add on an update... Our home warranty just expired, and Kenny and his team did a fantastic job buttoning up all final repairs in one single day. We had multiple trades scheduled for the day, and all showed up right on time. I would recommend HSP to anyone. The year long relationship was stress free and all work done was exceptional. read more

Alan at Home Service Plus is the best! Our home warranty expired a month ago, and Alan always said they would still be here for us and he stayed true to his word. Last night our bath faucet would not turn off and we called Home Service Plus at 11:30pm, and Alan called us back! Although we were out of warranty, Alan offered to come by that night to fix the issue! We told him we already shut the water off, he was there first thing the next morning and fixed the faucet himself! We are so very grateful and appreciate the service we have received from him. Like my wife mentioned before ALAN you are the BEST! THANK YOU read more

We were fortunate to have Alan inspect and coordinate everything for our service calls. He is clearly very organized and professional. There was never one detail that he missed. Alan even helped me fix my ottoman while we were waiting for one of the contractors to finish! I don't think you could ask for better service than what he provided for us. The office staff has also been extremely polite and professional throughout the process. They were always friendly and very accommodating when I had to make some last minute scheduling changes. We are very happy with the work and follow-through we received from Home Service Plus. Alan was our main contact and we also had help from Randy and Ken. Alan and his team were excellent in all aspects of diagnosing problems, finding solutions and solving issues. Alan was exceptionally good at setting appointments, being punctual, and making sure all sub-contractors did what they were supposed to do when they were supposed to do it. In short, I highly recommend Alan and Home Service Plus to all those needing their services. Jon F. read more

This is for Alan, Mic, Randy and all the service staff - This is our 3rd American West Home and have always had a terrific response when we called to have service done (not very often, though). The repairs were made in a timely manner, the workers are respectful and always on time for the appointments. We have always been pleased with the jobs that were done and the respect they showed for our home and us. Thank you does not seem adequate enough to say, but I will anyway -- THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU! read more

I live in a beautiful American West home and had Home Service Plus send out a tech to help with a few things. Mic was the service rep that came out and WOW! What a wealth of knowledge! Lots of experience and knows exactly what he is doing. I had questions about things that weren't even related to any kind of warranty and he had answers for me on the spot! I had a great experience! If my house wasn't built so well I would have no fears of having Mic come back out to fix the problems! Thanks Mic! read more

Home service plus was very helpful, and provide good service. Mr John Son has come twice to help me with fixing my doors and also toilet. He was very professional and very polite.
