I love this place! My friends and I occasionally come here for lunch, and we are always impressed! My favorite meal to get is their stuffed avocado, they have the option of having either chicken or steak and I always get both. I've also had their Mexican taco plate as well as the "Mexican flag" enchiladas- and I totrecommend them both as well. The service is always great and the staff are very friendly and efficient, they do get pretty busy occasionally but I've never had a bad experience here. The ambiance is very welcoming and casual, and always clean! We love this place and recommend to everyone!!!

I love this place. Great food, good margaritas, amazing music. One of my fave places.

Food here is worse than Dollar Tree frozen food. I added the sour cream to try and mask the flavor and saltiness. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Food is disgusting! this place deserves no stars! The stars it says it has were bought no way anyone would rate this place that high!

I love this place. I call the queso "crack queso" because it is so good! I usually get the Laredo trio. Nice little place. I recommend.

Mexican food with no spice or heat. Very blah. Service poor, and food did not taste bad, just very tasteless.

We had seen the place on Yelp and planned to grab something quick to go, but it turned into a great stop. The location is fantastic and convenient near the airport. The hostess was welcoming right away and directed us to the bar so we could place a quick to-go order. At the bar, the bartender gave excellent service and convinced us to try a couple of tacos along with the yuca fries and plantains we originally planned to order--and I'm glad he did. The Tacos Al Carbón were outstanding: grilled fajita beef with sautéed poblano and onion on flour tortillas topped with pico de gallo and guacamole. The steak was tender and full of flavor. The beans and rice were just right, and the plantains with coconut sauce were a perfect addition. The bartender also recommended a Stone Delicious IPA, which made the short wait enjoyable. We grabbed a Tamarindo agua fresca and bolitas de yuca for the road--light, flavorful, and perfect for the drive. Great food, great service, and a great find near the airport. Definitely worth stopping in.

For appetizers, we enjoyed the queso verde which was very green with roasted poblano, & corn. We chose to add short rib to it as well and it was quite tasty. Definitely more of a liquid-y dip than a queso fundido style. Along with a trio of salsas and chips. I had the beef fajita for my meal and I enjoyed it and it his the Tex-mex spot for me as well don't have many Mexican restaurants in SoCal that serve fajitas. It was a nostalgic treat. My friend got the short rib enchiladas with queso oaxaca, red chile sauce, crema, radish, cilantro, queso fresco & caramelized onion. She really liked it as well even though she said the red chile sauce was spicy for her. My margarita was tasty as well.

All three of the people that came by to refill coffee and water and to check on us (multiple times) were very nice. We were fortunate to arrive at the perfect time for a Saturday morning, as we would find out in just a few minutes, as we watched the wait list grow. This being our first time, we weren't sure of the seating situation. I walked to the back, where the to-go pick up was located, to find that we can sit anywhere and that someone would come and help us. We did, and they did. I suggest you stop in and give Curuba a try. Very reasonable prices, lots of menu choices, wonderful staff, oh, did I mention the coffee? I love dark roast coffee, "Just black, please". This Columbian coffee is dark, rich, smooth and flavorful with an aroma that hits the senses with every taste. If you're a dark roasted coffee fan, stop in for a cup to go. You'll be back. And even better, the coffee comes from Columbia. They purchase it from a local importer (I believe). They provided the url via QR code. We believe in the "Buy local" philosophy. It's nice to see businesses doing business with local businesses. THE BAD: It's a small restaurant. Making a reservation (Open Table) is likely a good idea. We happened to find it at a slow moment on a Saturday morning. OVERALL: We're fans. I'd love to take our friends and family for lunch, or tell them about our new find. However, there are some things better kept to oneself.

I came here with a work group and we were seated somewhat quickly. First off - their house-made salsas and black bean dip were incredible! I could've made a meal from those alone! We had delicious cocktails and passed around a sampling of appetizers - pupusas, tamales, and plátano fritos. I ordered a trio of tacos that were great, along with a prickly pear margarita (amazing!). The brisket taco was the real standout of the group. Overall, my experience at Gloria's was great - delicious food, attentive service, and fair portions.

From the moment you step into they foyer, yes there is a foyer and enter the main building the decor, the music, the live plants, the colors - ALL of it are straight out of a tropical resort. We chose to sit on the covered patio, think lanai. My husband and I couldn't get over how much it reminded us of our vacations to tropical resorts. The famous chips, salsa and bean dip has not changed, thank goodness! The menu hasn't changed, but we were able to partake in the brunch menu on this Sunday morning. I stuck with my favorite Tropical Salad with fresh mangos and berries topped with grilled chicken. My husband enjoyed the brunch menu Breakfast Tacos with fresh fruit and enjoyed the hearty portion with brisket. Our kiddos stuck with the kid's menu grilled chicken and chicken nuggets - all were pleased. They were especially thrilled the kids menu comes with a scoop of ice cream! The service was the usual friendly and speedy but not rushed. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will be back to this beautiful new location!
