It originated at a Ford dealership where he was a Master Technician. It was obvious he was knowledgeable and CARED about the work he performed on customer's vehicles. Since I started watching the channel he got an opportunity to partner up with the new owner of this place. The Ford dealership he worked at was too far for me. Brighton is much closer so I gave it a try for some maintenance I needed. I cannot say enough about the experience!! Rich and his team did a great job. I was left dealing with new problems that did not exist before, wasted time, unnecessary anxiety, and the burden of figuring out how to fix damage they caused. No accountability, no proper resolution--just excuses. A mechanic's job is to repair vehicles, not create additional problems for customers who trusted them. This experience has caused significant stress and disruption, and I would never bring my car back here again. Wayne's guy in the garage proceeds to gaslight me and say these lights have NOTHING to do with the work that they did and that it was a computer issue. Lies. These lights have lit up my dash for months. They come and go. Another mechanic verified that this was the result of poor work when changing my brakes and now it is really expensive to fix. And now that the sensor for my abs is messed up, getting other work done on my car triggers more related sensors. Now tmps is going nuts as well. My car had ZERO computer issues and ZERO abs issues before theh did my brakes this last time. They should be responsible for these repairs! But they proved to be dishonest! If you make a mistake, OWN UP TO IT! I can respect that and have been loyal for years. Wayne is great but the guys in the garage really screwed me this time and tried to make it seem like they didn't. For this I will NEVER patronize them again and don't recommend that anyone else do.
