Workers thought it would be funny to put absolutely no cheese on the one side of the pizza we asked for light cheese not very happy

The food was fine, it's dominos so it's fast food pizza. The issue I had was the rude workers. I ordered through uber eats and was wondering when my food would arrive because i live in the dorms and didn't want to leave the delivery driver hanging so I called the restaurant and asked about what time I should expect my food to be here since the app didn't tell me and she rudely says "how would I know that? your driver is out with your food and I'm not him" and hung up. I was so shocked someone could be so rude over a harmless question. DONT WORK IN FAST FOOD IF YOU CANT HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE read more

I have ordered from the Plover location many times and have always have a great experience. The staff are always friendly and greet with a smile. The pizza is accurate as ordered and tastes great. That you Plover Dominos. read more

Well, after my last review Domino's listened and got rid of the horrific answering service! Way to go!!! Unfortunately, they hired someone that isn't very intelligent as a manager. I live 2.1 miles from the Domino's store at the end of HH /66 West and have been ordering from them $50-$60 orders 2-3 times a month since we bought this house in 2001 because the food is great and they are literally the only delivery we can get because of the railroad on the Point side. Called to get our order and as sometimes happens. I was told they don't deliver to my address. Usually I explain and they say oh yeah and that's it.... Not these two and given how EXTREMELY rude the manager was, I will never give Domino's another dime without an apology... not holding my breath! read more

The pizza is actually good for a chain pizza place. There are different crust options so you can find one you like.

Ordered Pizza at 5:26. They said give them 30 - 40 minutes. \This I can live with but when they showed up 1 hour and 22 minutes later that took the cake. Excuses, are like you know what, and even Domino's Church street has them. Last time I ordered Never again will I order from here, I will take my business to Bills or Pizza Hut. When Mark owned this place prior to passing there were no such problems and you would have your food with in 20 minutes. Our committee received word that Domino's had revamped their wings. We had given their wings a horrible review a couple of years ago and wanted to give them redemption. After trying the Buffalo flavor 8pc for only $7, I've got to say that there were major improvements. The first impression however, was lackluster. Some wings appeared to be abnormally small. Some drums didn't even appear to be drums until you bite into them. The sauce was above average, but there wasn't enough; some wings were naked in the 8pc. In our last review of Domino's wings, we discussed how the bones were rubbery and this time they were not. They were oven baked so the bones could easily be pulled out. The chicken itself had an odd taste here and there. Today they've earned a 6.1/10, but they have much to improve. read more

I ordered a 40 piece wings and 98% of it was fat on all 40 wings. When I called to complain I was hung up on not once but 3 times total and put on hold for 20 min. When finally was able to talk to someone and even offer for them to come and get the box of fat I was met with a we can offer you a credit for more wings . As a faithful customer the customer service and food quality not only was appalling but also unprofessional on their part. I will no longer order from them and advice you to be cautious this cheap chicken they are ordering is going to cause a law suite one day. read more

Just took 20 minutes to get my order in over the phone after the app didn't work, had 4 separate transactions that are still pending because no one knew what they were doing with no word when they will go away??? Asked to talk to manager and she seemed upset at me that it wasn't working? Staff seems to not know how to do their job or was under the influence of drugs or something?? The absolute WORST pizza place in point. I've ordered 3 times and every time my order has had hair in the food, as well as at least 1 dish being wrong. I called when I found the hair and let them know I found it politely and didn't ask for a refund. When I called now about my order being wrong and hair, she basically said "what do you want me to do about it". Unbelievable. No more wasting money here. read more

I have loved dominos since I was a little kid and they've always had amazing food and good service. Today actually they forgot my drink and were very apologetic and offered to deliver it to me. Love every team member and the work they do during covid. read more

I will never go here again. They messed up my order but I didn't realize it until I got home ( I live 20 miles away) I called and the manager offered to remake but because they were busy I was told it would be a two hour wait....ok...(no really but whatever) so since my hubby was still in Town, he could pick them up so I didn't have to drive all the way back. He got there ( at proper time) and was told that the pizzas weren't even in the oven yet. Cashier offered us a refund and my hubby said sure. Hubby called me on the phone to let me know what was going on. While I was on the phone with him the manager comes to the window and starts yelling at him saying she told me four hours (I would never have agreed to that) , shoved the receipt for the refund in his face and said "enjoy the pizzas you already got" and slammed the drive-through window. I don't care how shorthanded you are, or how busy you are, there is never an excuse to treat a customer like that !! Never ever going back to that location!! read more

Pre ordered over 12 pizzas ( the week before). Showed up at pick up time to be notified that the manager and cook didn't show up so there was nobody to make food. No phone call or anything so I could make arrangements. I am now at another pizza place waiting for food as I have over 30 people expecting lunch. read more

Called dominos for the first time in about 6 mos, and they told me their computers have been down since yesterday and there's no way to order a pizza right now.... so I said "so you guys are closed???", and they said yeah pretty much. The place is a joke. Get it together!!!! read more

Ok. I know it's only Dominos. Expectations are already low. But... the service here in Point has gotten down right pathetic. As I write this I am watching the "pizza tracker" for my current order. This order was placed at 5:56PM. It is now 6:19PM and my order is still in the 'prep' stage and has not yet hit the oven. I have been a regular customer of this place for a couple of years and have seen the reliability, timing and all facets of service erode and turn to dust. The food is OK for the most part... but getting it in an acceptable time frame is not something this Dominos seems to be capable of executing. Pizza finally came out of the oven at 6:27PM. My pie then proceeded to sit there in the 'quality check' stage for 20 minutes when at 6:47PM the pizza tracker switched to 'delivery'. Pizza arrived at 6:52PM. Basically an hour. It was no longer as hot as it should be and had cheese running off of one side. My experience with this Dominos has me ordering the pies uncut. This way my oven is preheated and I can get it back up to temp. They leave it uncut about 70% of the time. The other 30% come cut, even though they were always ordered uncut. read more

Domino's is a great place to get inexpensive food for a family. They usually deliver faster than the estimated time they give you. Just this weekend, we received a card in the mail from them. They were offering us a free appetizer and an apology for our order being delivered late. We don't even remember a late delivery at all. But in their minds they were and in consideration, offered a free item. read more

Quality check way too long. 5minutes to make, 3 hours for quality check. Still waiting on delivery, I'll get back in touch with y'all with an unboxing. Pizza is subpar/mediocre. Recommend jack links beefs stick. I had given them 2 stars prior but broke out a one star because they forgot the icing for the lava cake. Very terrible customer service. Gave us an attitude while I was ordering my stuff. While we sat down to wait for our pizza they were talking so much crap about customers ordering things last minute when it was barely closing time. Rude workers, complaining about us when we can hear. The lady especially was very rude, loudly complaining and yelling about the order, when there is still and hour and a half left until close. So unprofessional to have paying customers hear that their order is a waste of the workers time. Complaining about our order the entire time, while we are sitting in the dining area listening to the rude comments about us. read more

We order at least twice a month for delivery. The pizza is always good and hot! If you do ever have a complaint it will be corrected immediately. Their business is to stay in business and they enjoy pleasing their customers. No we do not work for them nor does any of our family, but in this day and age when fast food is getting a bad rap I think that when someone does a good job they should be praised for it. read more

I just placed an order using the Domino's iPhone app. I submitted the order, not realizing that the app had my old address on there (I do not live in WI anymore) in addition to my new address and called the Stevens Point Domino's to get my order canceled. The girl that answered the phone was polite and quickly canceled my order. I used the app again to attempt to place another order using my new address that I spent 2 minutes typing in and saving. I submitted my order and lo and behold, it sent my order to the Stevens Point Domino's again...I see the app has a few kinks that need to be worked out. I called the Point Domino's to cancel my order again and this time, a male employee with an attitude answered my request with a snotty "Again?" Yes, again, and I'm sorry but it wasn't my fault so get your panties out of a twist and learn how to be more polite and friendly to customers on the phone, douche bag. read more
