The food was fresh and tasty! I love the crisp on the pepperoni. Inside of the store and bathrooms was spotless. Absolutely pristine conditions. The restrooms are also all gender, and include trans people. read more

Ordered pasta. Received noodles that had clearly offended sauce at some point but were no longer on speaking terms. Asked for extra sauce (wild request, I know). Was told absolutely not because "the manager wouldn't like that." Imagine being so loyal to dryness. If you enjoy pasta à la Sahara Desert, this is your place. Everyone else--skip it. read more

My phone has been having trouble getting incoming calls and so I didn't get a message when the pizza was delivered. Unfortunately they took it back which is understandable, but when I called the staff was very sweet and helpful. I'm so grateful they helped me out and redelivered the order, super speedy! read more

I have been ordering from this location for years, and it has gone downhill so fast. They misdelivered my order & it was a fight to get it replaced, which it wasn't because I finally just gave up. The manager kept questioning me & then I waited over 30 minutes & nothing came. Safe to say I won't waste my time ordering from ANY Dominoes. read more

The quality of this Dominos continues to decline. I ordered the chicken legs and they used to be decent. What was delivered today was pathetic and I paid over $40.00. Won't be purchasing from them anymore. read more

Difficult to order online, and the pay portal would not work for me, although I use the same card at any number of other places, including Pizza Hut, where I went to next. Fix your pay portal! And the person who you talk to on the phone needs to learn how to pronounce Cedar. read more

came here to pick up a pizza, we did come early so we did expect to have to go around. we have came here multiple times and have had to pull around no issues, then the 4th time we pulled around they told us someone dropped the pizza, trying to be understanding we pulled around ordered some fizz to pass time, go back and they tell us they have to make it again because they didn't cut it right, we have now been waiting here for almost over an hour, we're super irritated and it's a different worker coming to the window so we can't just put the blame on one poor working having to be the messenger. we understand it's busy, but we have never had this many issues dealing a pizza we order every time we come here. read more

Fast, hot, correct the first 3 things I checked on my order. The pasta dish was tasty & the pizza was perfect!

Very disappointed... so we just purchased a Dixie direct card and thought we were getting a great deal. The card says buy one large or xl pizza and get one free. The guy said to bring the card in and you will get the discount.. so I got there and got my 2 pizzas and he said $19.84 and I showed him the card. I said are you sure about the price it should be an buy one get one free. He then confirmed yes, again. So I left and came home and called the store. A normal price large is 8.99 plus tax. So you really aren't getting anything for FREE... not cool. You are paying 8.99 plus tax per pizza. Not sure if I will be going back after the dishonest advertising. read more

Dominos on Bluff street has been very helpful to me. I needed to reprint my receipt a week later, and they were happy to oblige. Then I needed sales tax removed three weeks later because my organization is tax exempt and I forgot to mention it- they were able to do it despite it being three weeks later. The manager Natalie Gardiner was very helpful to me. They went above and beyond for our company and we appreciate it! read more

I have been impressed every time I have gone. They are always fast and the pizzas are always made to perfection. I order on the app leave my home, and go right to the drive-thru. They always have my pizzas done or nearly done, and the drive thru is very convenient. If you want to try a pizza that is life changing this is what my wife and I always order (we usually use the 2 for $5.99 each coupon) pan pizza with the garlic sauce, bacon, and the philli steak. So dang good! read more

Just plain bad. First time our order had no meat in it Shame on them. Second shame is on me I time ordered 2 for 50% off. I see why. My wife and I are a slice each and threw them away. Her BBQ chicken was almost meatless and my pepperoni had a weird taste. It was the sauce. Needless to say never again. Also I don't like being asked for a tip when I went online and ordered, paid online and drove to pick it up. What's the tip for? read more

Ordered two Cheesy Breads. One Pepperoni and one bacon Jalapeno. The pepperoni had very little pepperoni in it. The bacon jalapeno had zero jalapeno with the exception of one slice on top of the outside. The bacon was also very sparce. We have ordered these multiple times, and they were great. This time it was a waste of money, and we won't be back. I understand times might be hard but if so, make the items correctly and charge more. I'd rather pay more than go without what I ordered. Maybe if you weren't so concerned with tips, you could make the items correctly. read more

ALWAYS GO TO TELEGRAPH OR RR STORE !! I have ordered through the Bluff Street store several times. I have had no good experience there. I have been so disappointed in the quality and that it's a NORMAL thing to have bad product. I have worked at dominos, so I get how they work. I wish I could add the video of me literally squeezing the oil out of the bottom layer of park bites. I will be sticking to the telegraph store from now on. read more

I am SO furious right now. VERY few times in my life have I been treated with such disrespect and insanely poor customer service. I have let this mistake slide OVER and OVER and OVER. We order from one of the 3 Dominos near us almost every week. Usually it's this Bluff Street location. We order all our pizzas "Square Cut" since that's AN OPTION in the app. It's better for our family. It allows for smaller pieces for the littler ones, it seems to go further AND everyone can pick if they want an inside piece or a piece with a crust. It's great. BUT I would say out the last 10 to 15 times we have ordered from this location, we have had them square cut MAYBE one or two times. About half of the time, we just take it and don't complain. Which is saying a lot since we are spending over $100 a month at Dominos. Several times, they have "Pie Cut" it, and THEN realized their mistake and then ALSO square cut it on top of that. Do you know what that does to the pizza? Trust me, nobody wants a whole bunch of 1 inch pieces, it really defeats the purpose. We HAVE had this issue at ALL locations in St. George, but it's been LITERALLY almost every time at this one. Well, this time I thought I would help THEM out and save us all the trouble. So I placed my order on the app and as soon as it said someone started my order, I took the time to CALL and ask them to please highlight and/or circle the "SQUARE CUT" (it literally says it ON their slip they are making it with). The guy was surprisingly unfriendly and just said okay. I'm like...do you want my name? He was just ready to get off the phone apparently when he didn't even know who I was. So I gave him my name and was super friendly, and just said "Yeah I just hate for you guys to have to make them again, so if you could just make sure that they get square cut, that would be awesome!" He literally hung up without saying goodbye at all. ALL my kids that heard me on speaker phone were like, wow he wasn't very nice. So I leave to go get the pizza...the tracker is saying it's "being made" for a good 25 minutes. I'm like, surely that can't be right...so I sit in the drive thru to grab them. Sat there for another 15 minutes with one car in front of me. I got out of the drive thru line and parked to go in instead. The app finally said they were complete, so I alerted the app I was on my way in. Sat there at the counter for another couple minutes. A guy finally came up and asked my name and went looking for the pizza. Had to ask someone else and they said it will be another 10 minutes or so. I said "I'm sorry? Why would it be another 10 minutes, it said complete and it's been like 45 minutes or more since I ordered". The other lady (who had to remake my pizza two weeks ago) said, because we have to remake one of them because it didn't get square cut. I said, are you kidding me? I even called to make sure that it would this time to SAVE you guys from having to remake it. She then got SUPER defensive with me (I mean, I get it, I could see that they were very busy and saw three ladies walking out with like 30 pizzas, which I'm sure put them behind), but that doesn't mean you be rude to your paying customers! She started going off about how busy they were and how it wasn't their fault and they are over here almost dropping pizzas because they are going so fast. I said, "Okay, but what about the guy I SPOKE with over the phone to make sure they would actually get square cut?" Well she didn't even know who I talked to and didn't seem to care. So BECAUSE of all of this, I was going to be late getting my daughter to a function she was supposed to be at, and had to have her friends mom take her super last minute as I wasn't going to be home for another 30 minutes or so. I literally could not believe the way I was treated. Like, if you don't want to pay attention to square cut the pizza, don't have it as an option! We will NOT be going to this location ever again. My kids are kinda tired of the hour long ordeal every week. GIRL you should be ashamed of yourself for treating paying customers that way! read more

Wish I could give this a 0 stars. Our pizza was straight up BURNT. I went into show nicely show them that it was burnt and crisp as bacon and they said, "well this is how it's supposed to be. Very disappointed in the quality of this dominos. Dominos has always been the one and only pizza place I happily go to and enjoy eating pizza at... and although looks were deceiving and it still tasted alright, it was actually the thinnest and most flimsy pizza I think I've ever had :( not too happy, this dominos ruined their good record. read more

Delicious pizza, but it was delivered without having been cut...to a business...but Gino the driver was friendly and efficient!

We woke up in the middle of the night absolutely CRAVING pizza. I was amazed (and grateful) that this location was still delivering so late. I asked that they knocked quietly so as not to wake the rest of the house. The delivery driver, Jasmine, was super sweet and very considerate, and the pizza was perrrrrrfect! I am extremely happy and impressed with both the quality, the timeliness, and the service provided by this location. read more

After a day of tournament play and finals prep all I wanted was a good pizza, called in and ordered, the guy helping me (Chris? Idk somethin with a C) was very nice and answered my questions to help me out. I got my pizza 30 minutes later on the dot and it was PERFECT. I almost didn't wanna eat it because it was so perfect. Worst pizza ever' I love Dominos and this was not Dominos quality. Our pizza was completely raw! The dough was not cooked and it was cold! When I called the store they didn't believe it. They Asked if we wanted to order another one and wait another hour. We had just got into town and it was late. Waiting another hour would have put is eating dinner at 10pm. They refused to reimburse us. They said we could have a store credit. We were leaving town the next morning. No time for store credit. That was a waste of $20 and a $5 tip!! read more

We walked in to order dinner (as a to go meal) and quickly found out that this wouldn't be a quick stop as we had planned. We were traveling in the area and had young kids that were hungry so we figured we would grab dinner to go. The boy that took our order talked so low and muffled that we could not understand anything that he was saying or asking. We had to ask him on multiple occasions to speak up. It was painful to order two pizzas, an order of cinnamon twists and a pasta dinner. With all the food choices in the area, I would suggest going elsewhere to anyone in the area. read more
