I never really liked dominos until I moved here. I can always depend on them when I don't feel like cooking and they are always fast with their deliveries. The delivery drivers are also very nice! We probably ordered from here once a week and the only not-so-good experience was this past time when we ordered a bread bowl pasta and they gave us a regular bowl. But I called and they fixed the issue promptly. We've had their pizza (sorry but Papa John's will always have my heart lol but it's still pretty good), their pasta bowls which are my fave, their garlic knots which are amazing, and their hot wings which is also one of my faves! If I could give 0 stars, I would! I have ordered numerous times from the St. Robert store and had my order delivered to my house. When I ordered online today, the app processed my order, charged my credit card, prep the 4 items, and put them in the oven. Then someone decided that they will not deliver the order, since it is past Taylor Hills and sent me an email. When I called them, they told me that stopped delivery past Taylor Hills over a year ago! Funny that I had pizza delivered a couple of months ago and numerous times before that...no problem. If they really do not come out that far, the app should not accept my order!!! Now I have to wait several days before the money is credited back to my card. I asked to talk to a manager and the woman on the phone told me that she was the shift manager; her boss was not in, but will be there tomorrow. Although some pieces were already eaten by the time I took this, this is how the pizza arrived. It was all toppled on top of each other in the back. Cheese stuck to the bottom of pieces when you went to go grab a slice. It was a little rough. My husband immediately notified them that one of our pizzas was mangled through a review. Within minutes of the pizza being handed to us and probably hardly a minute of Garrett submitting the review, we were called. They confirmed which pizza and without skipping a beat told us another was being made. I accepted and hung up. I told Garrett, he literally said, "I only did that to let them know to be more careful!" I clarified how bad the pizza was(I hadn't gotten up to look yet), and Garrett conformed we could still eat the pizza; it would just be a little different because we'd lose cheese on parts. I immediately called back because we don't like to waste food, and told them not to worry about another pizza. They still gave us credit for another pizza for next time! Let me tell you- the speed on response, the "want to make it right" attitude, and the still wanting to make it right at some point gesture was awesome! I was really impressed with their willingness to make our pizza right! Other than this one pizza today and the hiccup with the app not working right for a few months, we always have a great experience with this location. They are timely with what they expect their delivery to be, they are always courteous, and we just overall enjoy the interactions with this establishment. read more

I called to place a PICKUP order , the call was to a call center that takes the orders and dispatch's them to the dominoes you want. I placed the call at 11:45 and I simply ordered one medium hand tossed cheese with pineapple and Parmesan bread bites. The guy on the phone even said let me hurry up and put the order in as they close in a little bit. Not even 2 seconds after he said okay the order is placed i received a call on the other line . I answered and it was dominoes telling me they're sorry they can't make my order they're cancelling it because it's too close to closing time and the team has already been cleaning and closing the kitchen down. They received my order a good 10 minutes before the closing time of 12 midnight. I didn't realize whoever is working at the time determines the closing time. I also didn't realize that they can also decide to close their kitchen down and deny orders before the time they actually close. I thought when the closing time is 12 midnight that means I can order food up until the time they close. And they're supposed to make food up until the time they close, and if an order is placed close to the time they close , and will take time past the time they close to make the food, that they still have to make the food.. because the order was placed BEFORE they close at 12 midnight... But I guess I was wrong and I guess the employees can just decide to cancel an order whenever they want. And I guess they can decide to close whenever they want. I've worked at this exact dominoes , and we've never denied orders because it was "too close to closing time" We have accepted and cooked orders at 11:59 and I have delivered said orders well after closing time. Like I said I guess I just wasn't aware that it's up to the discretion of whoever is working that determines when they're actually closed and I guess the posted closing time of 12 midnight isn't accurate and isn't to be relied on. I've ordered food from many places and never had my order been canceled because it was placed "too close to closing time" I honestly just think that's bullshit and whoever was working tonight just didn't feel like making my order. I'll be sure to talk to the general manager or the franchise owner or corporate or whoever , and I expect a free 17$ worth of dominoes because I was denied my dinner tonight because the employees just didn't feel like making my food. I experienced trash service tonight The guy from the call center gave me better customer service than the actual employee working at the location I was trying to place my order. My experience was complete bullshit and it was obvious that the employees didn't give a shit and they were happy to not make my food. Short story: Messed up my my address twice and then when I finally got my food on their third attempt, 3 hours after I ordered it, it was the wrong order. Please read the longer version!! Longer (and much more entertaining story): I ordered pasta and bread sticks. They told me it would take up to an hour to deliver even though I knew they were a 3 minute car ride away from my hotel (I mean, we all order delivery because we don't want to get dressed and drive out there, I can't be the only one). I didn't want to be a jerk, so I told them it was okay. I sat in my room, and when my order didn't come after 90 minutes, I thought it was time to give them a call. I called and they said that they did, in fact, show up, and knocked on my door, and tried calling my hotel room from the front desk. I thought, "Maybe on the off-chance they did all of this in the 30 seconds I was peeing in the restroom, that I missed it"(which I knew was BS because I would've heard them knocking and my phone ringing from the bathroom if they had). So I, again, decided to not be the jerk and very hesitantly placed my order again. It was then, to my dismay, that I was informed it was going to be another hour before I would receive my order again (like, you had my food prepared earlier, so did you just throw it away when you couldn't find me?!?!), but I was hungry and busy studying for a course, so I allowed it again. After another 90 minutes, I noticed, out of my window, a Domino's truck driving out of my hotel parking lot. Confused as to why it was leaving when I had yet to receive my order, I went to the front desk to inquire. The hotel front desk told me that the deliveryman was trying to reach a room number and customer name that wasn't mine (as if my voice really sounded like an "Amy"). When I made a very angry call to them, asking about how this miscommunication with the deliveryman occurred, the individual who took my order very unprofessionally gave me a BS excuse about how he was under a lot of stress, was forced to work overtime and missed out on a hot date. He then continued to tell me how "sorry" he was and that he would ensure that my order would get to me in a quick and expedient manner, even if he had to "deliver it himself". After 30 minutes, I finally hear a rapping at my chamber door. The deliveryman hands me a bag of food along with a liter of Coca-Cola (which I didn't order, but assumed, without asking, was my consolation prize for such atrocious service). I signed off on the receipt, ignore his request for a tip, and closed my door. I open my bag of food, and to my utter astonishment, it is not the pasta and bread sticks I ordered, but a cold, crappy pepperoni pizza! Haha! I thought a practical joke was being played on me at this point. I called them up and, unsurprisingly, they feigned ignorance of not knowing my situation and telling me that, "That's what the system had me as having ordered." I was so hungry at this point, I ate the pizza anyways, and intended to write a very strongly worded Yelp review. In conclusion: I've received bad service before, but this was beyond horrendous. Never, have I ever been treated with such sloppy, unprofessional service. Even with my feeble attempts to empathize with them and allow such long delivery times, I was still met with disappointment. This company should be ashamed of such an awful service. Before you jump to conclusions, this was my first time ordering from this particular chain, so, no, I do not have a prior history of being an awful customer with them to deserve such [mis]treatment. read more

Gave them a last chance because they used to be great. But the past few times I've ordered I used the tracker thing only to see that the driver leaves the store almost two hours before I even get my order. Last time I ordered I got the chicken kickers and didn't get the hot sauce or ranch that comes with them. So I essentially got plain chicken nugget things and I called the store and asked if maybe the driver forgot them in the car or something and they told me there was nothing they could do and they were too busy to bring me any sauce. Food is really good. Too bad the General Manager treats his employees like dirt. I walked into the store to place a carry out order and heard this exact conversation. Employee walks into the General Manager's office (where several other employees are standing around and talking with the General Manager). General Manager says, "What do you want, and I swear to God if it's something stupid, I'm going to lose my SH**!" Employee responds, "I just need a waterproof band aid because I have a cut on my finger and I was going to wash the dishes." Manager's response, "Get the F*** out of my office." One of the other employees standing there says, "Why didn't you just hand her the Band-Aids? They are right above your head."
