I've eaten here more than I care to admit. It's easy and cheap. And what you get is easy and cheap. If you stay under like two toppings so the chain broiler can actually cook your pizza you get something average. In general I can say in the 10 to 15 times I've ordered from here too many toppings was never a problem. To me it all tastes the same. The stuffed bread, the pizza. The salad is overpriced. Pizza is pizza you can't mess it up even when it's bad it's good. I'm giving one star because of poor customer service. I ordered over the phone and the lady was beyond rude. She wouldn't let me know of any specials, she snapped at me and said " there the same as always" in a very snappy way. I just ordered a pizza and chicken. She was acting like she didn't want my business rushing me. She didn't confirm my identity to my number. Pizza is often late or cold. Delivery used to be prompt and reliable but the business has gone downhill.

Ordered delivery, everything was perfect and really good. This is the best pizza for the nights you don't want to cook. If you use the app you can track your order and no excuse for messed up order. Would reccomend. read more

Called to find out what was taking so long for my delivery (exactly one hour after making an online order). The gal who answered the phone said it was out for delivery and would take about 15 minutes for me to get it (I live less than a mile away). I asked to speak to the manager to find out why so long a wait. He said they were swamped with orders, they could get 40 orders in ten minutes, there are 5 people working trying to serve 10,000 people, and they are trying the best they can. My order was 7th on the list to still be made. I told the manager his best just wasn't good enough and they shouldn't put on the computer it will be delivered within 37 minutes. He said fu** you than and hung up. I called back to cancel the order and was told it was already. I asked for the manager's name and the gal who answered said it was Vac (?) and I asked for his last name, She did not know it and asked him, he had her hang up the phone. What kind of company hires rude, obscene, unprofessional people to manage other people? Guess I will be complaining to the head office on Monday. The Riverton WY store does not understand curbside pickup. I have ordered 3 separate times for curbside. After waiting 10 to 14 minutes I end up having to go inside to retrieve my pizza seeing more than one worker standing next to the pizzas. I have worked fast food and I understand things don't always go the way you hope that they should. But after getting bitched out because I complain I won't be going back. Maybe he felt he had to stand up for the runner. I did see the runner take a pizza out to a white 3/4 ton pickup truck. So I went in to get my pizza the runner comes up behind me said they had my pizza. I asked what part of a silver car did you not read on the car description? I was also parked right in front of their door. I go to Domino's for their curbside delivery but if after 3 separate orders I can't get it brought out they won't have to worry about seeing me there. I use to order pizza from Domino's once a week. That ended because of their attitude problem. I don't order that often anymore but tried because of their curbside pickup but now that ends.
