I wish I had of read the reviews BEFORE , but being recently new to Texas this Domino's and a couple of other pizza places are close to me. We've ordered from here before and the service wasn't over the top, but it was pretty decent...I would NOT RECOMMEND this location to save my life. I called their customer service to share my experience with this particular location the day after Thanksgiving, how the employee of the store was talking about me, while I was supposedly on hold because my pizza was COLD! The mistake they made was not actually placing the call on hold, because I heard EVERYTHING they were saying about me.. He stated to other employees "THIS F'ING LADY IS ON THE PHONE COMPLAINING ABOUT HER PIZZA BEING COLD, I DON'T KNOW WHAT SHE WANTS ME TO DO"? My complaint to their customer service dept. was not about receiving anything free, it was mostly to speak to the store manager or district manager in regards to this situation. Sitting outside of Comfort inn, and delivery driver (with license of CMH) black Chevy Traverse, long blond hair female. Comes driving thru parking lot like she is in a Nascar race. Squeals tires making turn into covered parking, rushes out and grabs bag from from seat like it's a bag of groceries. I call said number, and was on perma-hold for over 20 minutes. You don't even pick up phone and expect people to order via your fucked up phone system and expect you to get order right? I want to speak to a manager before I go over your head and go to corporate. I hate to leave bad reviews but they just earned on I placed an online order for 2 large pizzas and neither one of them had sauce so I called the store to let them know, the lady that answered the phone told me she's the one who made the pizza and I stated well they had like no sauce so I asked to speak with a manager she then told me she was the manager and she would fix the problem. I was disappointed to read these reviews today. We have been in Red Oak for just over 6 months. We might use This store once a month. The food has always been hot and consistent. Delivery drivers have always been great as well. Today my wife had pizza, my son cheesy bread and I had wings + a sandwich (chicken, bacon, ranch). Everyone happy including myself. I have had Domino's all over the Country and this store delivers a good and consistent product. read more

I am not sure what happened to this location, but the pizza has been horrible!! I recently purchased a pizza and my order was wrong. I asked for extra sauce extra cheese just to receive a dry tasteless pizza. Then when I received a credit they sent me a pizza, but I had to repay for the delivery fee again. (Some dominos insurance) The free pizza I requested was worse than the original! It literally tasted like dry burnt crackers with chicken!! I will not be ordering from this location again and encourage people to go to the competitor. Lets just say when I got dressed and drove to Dallas to offer it to someone homeless verses wasting it. Don't use domino's. We ordered pizza online and never got the pizza. Had to call the store twice and told them to give us a refund.

They are understaffed and Blake who takes orders is quite rude and surly when he is under pressure. Please be aware that I am a polite customer who had normal questions and had to deal with a Domino's employee who had a serious attitude and I was seriously put off by it. It's like he did NOT want me to call back there again, ever. If he doesn't like the job then management should get someone in there who appreciates the opportunity. I have ordered from here several times. There is always an issue with the quality. This time, the pizza was actually raw!!

If I could give less than one star I would. If you want food poisoning or some other illness order from here. We placed an order for a medium meat lovers no pepperoni and a gluten-free sausage, spinach, and jalapeño. Both were completely messed up. That is not the disheartening part. The part that got me was the fact that we sat there and watched employees wipe sweat from their brows, then touch raw cheese, meat, and vegetables then turn around and touch a touch screen without washing their hands one single time. No one more gloves, no measuring devices were used, so there is absolutely no quality control at all. It appeared that the only way anyone clean their hands was to use their apron, all were covered in dirt and the last pieces of a pizza made. This place is actually disgusting and I plan to call the health department. No gloves, no hairnets, equals no Bueno in my book. Tried to place online order using a coupon that had been sent to me. Site said online ordering was unavailable and directed me to call store to order. Called store. She said she could not offer coupon discount that it was an online offer. I told her it would not work and she says she had someone else call and tell her that but she couldn't do anything to help me...then she hung up on me. Called back, she admitted she hung up on me. W arent real thrilled with pizza as a food source, but unfortunately the only delivery options in this area are from some of the pizzerias :) So what we usually order is the pasta carbonnara. It can be ordered in a reheatable aluminum dis or a bread bowl. Contains onion, mushrooms, chicken breast and bacon, and I love it with extra sauce and italian sausage. This is the WORST Dominos I have ever used! Most unprofessional & rude manager I've ever talked to! I have a preschool program and order pizzas for all of our parties. I have had problems with this location before with them running late with the delivery, but I understand things can happen and it always just works out. Today was our Christmas party and the pizzas were to be delivered at 11:00. I received a call at 9:30 am from the manager, Blake, saying they were under construction and wouldn't be able to make the pizzas. WHAT??? I have 25 kids, plus parents & siblings expecting lunch at 11:00!!! Our party was starting in one hour!!! No other pizza places are open at 9:30 in the morning! They all open at 10:30 or 11:00. Absolutely no way of Re-ordering and getting them to the party in time. He was VERY rude, unapologetic, and offered no solution AT ALL! Just said he couldn't do it!!!! I had to leave the school short handed, run to Walmart, buy frozen pizzas, and come back and cook them. Barely getting them ready in time for the party. I was a little disappointed with this Domino's. I ordered one of their sandwiches and it was really dry -- didn't have much buffalo sauce on it, unlike the sandwiches I've gotten from other Domino's. And at most other Domino's, chips come with the sandwich but they don't sell chips here. Three stars because it was still tasty though. read more

I come here at least once sometime twice a week to get a bread bowl. I am so addicted to the chicken alfredo bread bowl. The one thing is I only get one if Elizabeth is working!! Poor customer service with undercooked food. I ordered a pepperoni pan pizza light sauce and well done. Opening the pizza box I saw some cheese and sauce stuck on top of the box. I order a 2 liter Pepsi and I believe it was sitting on top of the pizza or the pizza had been flipped. I pulled up one slice and the topping began to fall off. This indicates that the pizza is undercooked. I called the store to ask for a new one to be made and the manager tried to convince me that the pizza was cooked correctly ignoring the fact that it was not to my liking. He then sent a hand tossed crust pepperoni pizza that came looking the exact same way. I called again this time speaking to the assistant manager and ask for a refund as both pizzas that were delivered were not to my liking and looked undercooked. I sent both pizzas back with the driver. She immediately began to explain the process of pizza making as if I have never seen or ordered pizza from that restaurant before. I advised her that the toppings should not slid off the pizza. She stated to me that the toppings are supposed to fall off. As if the topping are a side item of the bread. Instead of trying to process my refund she became defensive because she was the one to make both pizzas. At that moment i became irate. She hung up on me i called back spoke with the manager again and he then processed my refund and didn't even think to apologize. Saturday evening Dec. 17th, I stopped by the Domino's at about 9:30 paid for pizza to have delivered to my home in Red Oak..told the man to make sure to ring the doorbell, I am on crutches and had to unload items from my car..it may take me a minute to get to the door...NO pizza came..I called just now 2 hours later and the young manager was horrible--cocky,..self righteous---.I told him I paid for the pizza, he said I did not as they cancelled and credited back to my card..as I did not come to the door...but no one rang the doorbell as far as I know... I told him, why don't you just apologize, all I know is I paid for it, and did not get... and I will reorder it tomorrow. A bad experience a few years ago kept me away from ever ordering Domino's again. When we moved to Red Oak, we were happy with all the pizza choices in town. I went to order from one of the other pizza places but their online said they couldn't deliver. I do live in a sub-division, but am right off of Ovilla Rd(the main drag). So then I tried one of the other pizza sites. It wouldn't take my address correctly and when it finally did, pick-up only. Well I tried Domino's again hoping to have a better experience. It was 100% better. Their online site has no problem finding my street. The food is hot and great when it gets to the door. It usually arrives before the estimated time, which is awesome. It is crazy that two pizza places almost next door to each other, only ONE can find my home. Guessing the other will never see my home or money.
