Waited three hours for delivery. Never got delivered I had to go pick it up myself. They do not answer the phone. The lady that works there is super rude and tries to fight me saying that she had called me back when I received no call. Got my food cold only got back my tip and delivery fee. read more

The food was good and delivered hot, however I paid extra for the honey barbecue dipping sauce but it wasn't delivered with our food! The driver said he would come back with the dipping sauce, we gave him a hefty tip, knowing he wasn't coming back. Bad experience. Please don't waste your money here!! I wanted this right jalapeño and mushrooms. I see this whole pizza with everything. My kid only wanted the spinach and pepperoni on his side. I didn't get to take a picture of the horrible "buffalo" wings It had a sort of drizzle on them and they were under cooked. The "manager" hung up on me when I asked her full name she said it was "Becky" I called I asked for the manager again and it was a whole new person saying they were the manager she just said what do you want me to do about it. They said they would give my money back I hope they do since I placed and payed online. This is my fault for giving them a second chance. My previous order was messed up as well. I returned to this location today around 1300 hrs hoping that they would have gotten their act together but alas it was just wishful thinking. The same male employee who proclaims to be the manager again took my order today. Being the same guy who messed up last time I didn't have my hope up to high. I had ordered a lg deluxe with extra sauce, cheese and sausage along with the addition to black olives added. When I got home I opened the cover only to see that he made the pizza with extra sauce and sausage along with normal amount of cheese. Nothing else--no , onions, pepperoni in addition to whatever else goes on a deluxe. See picture included with this review. I noticed that when Dominos page was loaded on my phone the average review was 1& half stars. You would think corporate would do something about the bad employees that work there. so, about a week ago, I ordered 2 pizzas, one simple 1 toping beef. It was done well, and tasted good. The other was a speciality pizza, Cost around $18. Large (14") Brooklyn Memphis BBQ Chicken Whole: Jalapeno Peppers, Honey BBQ Sauce, Cheese, Premium Chicken, Onions, Cheddar Cheese, Shredded Provolone Cheese. Very standard, I only added Jalapeno Peppers. What I got was a Cheese Pizza with red sauce and Jalapeno Peppers. I Contacted Dominoes and received absolutely NO response other that here's your case number. if i wanted a cheese and jalapeno pizza, i would NOT have paid $18 for it. NO fix, no reimbursement, no contact. I will not order from them again unless they go to fix the problem. read more

Be careful using your credit card or debit card here on a pick up and not leaving a tip. Because at the end of the night is when they key in the tips and they just add their selves a Tip to your credit card weather you leave them one or Not... And I doesn't matter if you Zero the tip out.. They add it anyway... I really don't like Thieves .. SO YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... This location used to have decent service, three or four star rating. I am not sure what happened after the lobby was remodeled, but I've been unsuccessful ordering three different times now, and I am not apt to keep trying. Three times I or my wife have spent more than five minutes on hold placing an order, and each time they have been out of the gluten free crust. The last time, my wife spent so long on hold, she was able to place the order over the web while waiting. Nobody ever answered. Then, about the time I arrived at the restaurant to pick up our web order (20 minutes later), Dominos called her back to say they were out of gluten free crust. Again. It's a shame to see things go so far downhill, hope they get it together. We used to order three pizzas, wings and breadsticks several times per month. read more

First time I have ordered Domino's from this location in over three years. Previous issues with delivery and quality of service and food prevented me up until now. Thought I would give them a third chance. This time went very well food was hot when I received it and was delivered in 30 to 40 minutes. The quality of vegetables and meat on the pizza was outstanding. Ordered boneless and bone-in Wings two separate orders everything was delicious. Last week I ordered some pasta, cheese stuffed jalapeno bread, the chocolate cake thing and a 2 liter coke at approximately 5 phish. After the 1 hour mark I called and nicely checked on my order, the guy on the phone asked my phone number and said my order was "on it's way now and started they were busy as all get out, to which I told him I understood...45 minutes later...nothing...i called, got put on hold for a minute and then the call got dumped. This happened 3-4 times because at this time, roughly 7 o'clock I was hungry and wanted to go get something else. Instead I was held hostage because they wouldn't let me say 3 words..."cancel my order". It was after 8 before I got my order...pasta was great...breadsticks were amazing...the cake they forgot about in the microwave...anyway, the point of my rant...the man that said it was on the way at 6ish lied. Not because he had to....he probably does that alot....I had already told them I understood they were busy. I will not buy from them again. Yeah This dominos has given me multiple problems. and I'm a frequent customer. i ASKED THEM TODAY IF THEY COULD DELIVER A PIZZA AND AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF OF WAIITING FOR IT I CALLED AND THEY SAID IT WAS ON THE WAY. So I waited for another 30 minutes and they finally called me back, just to tell me they cant it down my road. I have a house full of kids no way to get any other foodd and they tell me this. So i called them back and asked if they could meet me down a better road. I was going to walk. Then they tell me it will be another hour and a half? WHEN THEY WERE JUST AT MY ROAD. Normally this is a place that I order from and everything goes well but today was different. When I called to order a guy answered the phone like they normally do but you could tell by the sound of his voice that he was annoyed. He asked if he could help me and I answered yes. Before I could tell him what I needed he had asked if I was there. I answered yes and he went hurry up and order. Due to his rudeness I hung up the phone. Not wanting to be treated that way. Within a minute Domino's had called me back so I answered. The same guy was on the phone and very hatefully and forcefully he asked me why I was trying to reach them. I hung up the phone not wanting to respond or be treated the way he had just treated me. He called back a customer which isn't the way you treat your customers. Have had multiple problems with this location. Recently I've ordered for delivery and they didn't know where I lived when I lived just 4 miles away. The pizza never got here that day. I've had pizza delivered with the delivery guy carrying children in the car and even a giant dog hanging its head out the window! Who wants the possibility of dog hair in their food!? When ordering online you can see when they left to deliver your pizza. They've driven around with my pizza in their car for over an hour before it even got here. Thanks for the old pizza! I've given them chance after chance and I'm disappointed every time. I'm done with this location. The manager lets all this go on and can only say "sorry" but I only have one driver. So hire more people! Not to mention when you mess up this bad you should try to do something more to keep the customer, like a refund and free pizza. Something should be done! They need a new manager. I don't know how this location stays in business. Probably because it's the only place that delivers, but if the competition in town started delivering it would definitely put this place to shame! read more

The food is excellent but gosh there are so many times when something is a problem. I have ordered 3 times in the same week then get the excuse that they went to the wrong address. When it is good it is good, they just don't seem to make paying attention to detail important. I just placed an order for $15.97 worth of dessert. That is not a huge order, however, I have placed 7 other orders in the last 6 weeks. They just called to tell me they can not take my order because they are too busy tonight and they have 25 other orders that are ahead of me. If I were a franchise owner I would be celebrating the business, not turning down orders. It is Friday night surely they not only expected to be busy but would want to be busy for job security. read more
