We pulled into the "pick up" drive thru, and not one but two scary men came to our window asking if we had a "pick up." We persistently told them we didn't have one because we wanted to order in the drive thru. They said you cannot order in the supposed "pick up." This utterly confused us, and then we spotted a "pick up" sign that was entirely obstructed from our view by an overhang. We wondered who hired a high school dropout as their architect. We went to park our car away from the supposed "pick up" drive thru, with much difficulty, from the poorly designed parking lot. Mind you, we step out of our vehicle and there is a sealed diaper full of fecal matter tied up on the ground. We go inside, and we were greeted by this wonderful trainee. The worker with the creepy mustache had great trouble teaching the trainee how to enter our requests into the order placement software. He then proceeded to call for the younger male worker with adult braces and a speech impediment to do it for them. I have never, in my sixteen years of living, been treated this condescendingly by an employee/manager. We asked for a pizza with mozzarella cheese when he countered with "normal pizza cheese," and we said "sure." Me and my friend, who were looking forward to our simple pizza and enjoying our night, as well as the trainee, were taken aback by his response in a rude and condescending tone. He made us feel it was our first day on this planet. Then he asked us what kind of crust we wanted, and we responded with "thick." He laughed, laughed, and "corrected" our statement with "so you mean hand tossed." Again, being taken aback by his "correction" of our request, we were befuddled. I have never felt more violated in my sixteen years of living. We were overcome with rage and utter embarrassment. Never dine at Domino's Pizza, New Holt Road, Paducah, Kentucky 42001. Below is an attached image of the obsruction of the supposed "pick up" drive thru. read more

I proudly work at Papa Johns store #83 in Oak Grove. I came to visit my family for Easter and decided to pick up some pizza from the Papa Johns on Lone Oak Road in Paducah. When I went in I asked if I could get my employee discount... After asking 2 people and being ignored multiple times by the manager I was sternly told no. Which is fine! I then said I would like 2 of the $12 large specialty pizzas (because I know what kind of specials are at all of the stores) and she said she can't do that special either. The woman behind the register seemed to have trouble understanding what I was ordering so I said "If it would be easier for you, I can go order online" she then said "I mean your total so far is $45"... $45 for 2 med pizzas? No. Then I firmly said "I'm going to order online. Thank you". I then go out to the car with my husband and my best friend. While I was ordering on the app, my husband notices, through the window, the manager screaming and cussing out the woman behind the cash register. While flailing her arms over by the oven, the manager waves away the woman behind the cash register. The woman behind the cash register starts to cry and freak out. The manager then walks to the drivers station and is angrily staring at us!!! This woman has her hands on her hips and is straight up STARING AT US through the large front window trying to intimidate us. And for what? Trying to order some dang pizzas! We then took our business to Dominos who were glad to take my money. All in all, I think Papa Johns is great. I love my store.
