I have ordered the 32 count cinnamon bites twice. The first time I ordered them they forgot the icing it comes with but I had some to use. But sometimes it happens so I let it slide. I just ordered today 3 pizzas and the 32 count cinnamon bites and they forgot the icing again. This time I didn't have any at home and I don't eat them without the icing. It doesn't taste the same. So, I called and said if they can give me a credit for the cinnamon bites and the guy who answered said no. They could either apply a credit for the missing icing (which is like $1) or I can pick up a new order. Um, who's gonna pay for this gas to pick up something they forgot? After a long day of work and getting home to eat but then having to go out again? Absolutely not! How about you get the order right and not make me waste MY time, MY gas, and MY money! read more

I always order the same pizza. The first time it was wonderful. After that, sometimes it was a tad spicy hot but a few days ago it was so hot that nobody could eat it. None of the toppings were hot. I called back to find out what they put on it to make hot occasionally but this time it was extremely hot and inedible and they claimed they put nothing like that in it. You need to order around lunch time if you'd like delivery by dinner. Jokes aside, it takes an uncomfortable amount of time to deliver. I understand a place may be short staffed, but the last 4 times I've ordered delivery, they've had to give me a free one because it took over 75 minutes (their cutoff is 60 min I believe). It's small In here. Just enough room for one or two people to walk down the aisle.I would suggest ordering ahead of time. There's only one bench in here that sits only two people where you can wait until your order gets ready. I got their 8 piece BBQ wings to go. It took about 10 minutes like they said it would. They were good but not the best I have had. They needed to be grilled or cooked a little longer. I highly recommend that if you want something from them that you order by phone, then come in and pick up your order. They have a loyalty membership here where you can receive rewards for repeat visits. For example, the rewards are 10 points for every order. Ordered my pizza at 4:45pm to have my pizza here at my house by 6pm. Domino pizza tracker said "Tracy began quality checking your order at 5:41pm" so I waited and waited on my pizza. At 6:15pm I called and asked about my order. The gentleman on the phone said they were short staffed and will have my pizza delivered shortly. At 6:40pm I received a text message saying "Your delivery driver, CHASE, is on the way." I definitely understand being short staffed. I honestly believe it's so sad how we can't get people to work now. The people who are working are overworked and underpaid....But I mean I didn't even get notified that my pizza was going to be late, I didn't get an "I'm sorry your order was late," and I didn't even get anything added onto my order for being so late. Ordered my usual tonight- spinach and feta. Received my pizza and it had hardly any toppings. It looked like a cheese pizza with 2 tiny pieces of spinach on it. So I very nicely go in and ask for it to be remade. I got weird looks, an argument on how it was just hidden under cheese and told that it was up to the girl who made my pizza. Wow. Until the last two weeks, I've had a wonderful experience with this store. The last two attempts to order have been terrible. The 1st instance the driver could not find my apartment community and insisted that I was directing him in the wrong direction. It turns out that he was in fact in the wrong area. I called to cancel my order. Tonight, I attempted to give this restaurant another chance, but I was informed that drivers no longer approach apartment doors. Interesting that as of one week ago, this was not the policy. I obviously cancelled this order as well. The customer service personnel was rude, short on answers, and unwilling to further explain the date in which this policy changed with Dominos. Apparently the tracking is far from correct. I ordered online and decided to pick up my pizza. The tracking said it was in the oven, so I figured by the time I arrived, it would be ready. They need a lesson on customer service. Driver didn't show up at our house. When I called, they couldn't find my order and then blamed it on me. Then discovered the driver couldn't find my house, called the wrong number and then blamed the reason the order was cancelled was because they didn't have my correct number. Terrible experience. Made a big order. Took them over a hour to bring it. Order was incomplete, then the driver lied about our order. Had to drive there myself to get treated with such derespect. Man, that was some good pizza, we don't have a domino's were we live but do have 3 other franchise's there. This was very tasty and the delivery was fast and friendly. I tipped well as the pizza was so hot when we opened the box we had to blow on it before eating, as if they were right in the building. Our family has had an excellent experience with this Domino's Pizza location. We've lived here for a year and order often. Their Gluten Free Pizza is amazing! I've tried all other places and the only gluten free pizza that comes close to being as good as Domino's is The Mellow Mushroom. I will continue to order from this location.
