I asked if he thought the pizza would be cold by then and He generously offered to remake my order, I said no I felt bad because it was my mistake. Then some woman gets on the phone and asks "why are we doing this for you" x2 I was caught off guard by her attitude. She explained what she would have to do to redo the order which sounded like a lengthy process and she seemed annoyed by the fact that this was happening. I apologized for it being a pain in the ass she then said "no we love this" in a sarcastic manner and I said wow you are something else, again caught off guard by her attitude, she then sarcastically apologized for me thinking she was being sarcastic. I decided to come pick up the pizza I leaned over the counter to show her my phone and how the mistake was made so maybe she could understand how I messed up my order and she continued to have an off putting attitude leaning in closer to me as a poor intimidation tactic with a smug look on her face, I then mimicked her with the same attitude asked for a refund she refused to do it with me in the store. I just wanted my refund and she refused and threatened to call the police ON ME?! By All means I wish she would've seeing she has an assault on her record. Then blacklisted me from ordering here, fine by me I don't ever want to give my business to any establishment that treats people this way. ITS PIZZA FOR CRYING OUT LOUD ITS NOT THAT SERIOUS.
