The quality of the pizza can improve. I always get thin crust and its never come this way. My edges were burnt, barely any toppings. I was over cooked, ordered delivery so I wasn't able to send it back to wait for a remake. The delivery guy was very polite. Ordered Domino's pizza at 6:00p at the request of my family and was told it would be ~50 minutes for the delivery. When the order did not arrive after an extended amount of time, my daughter drove to the Nederland, TX store and was dismissed from the counter and was told the pizza was "on the way". When you have a problem with your order and the employee refuses to let you talk to a manager, won't give you the managers name so I "can call back later" as I was told to do. I'll be honest upfront: I hate Domino's Pizza. I don't eat it as a rule. For my birthday, a friend gave me a Domino's gift card. I don't let gifts go to waste, so I used it. After all, free food is free food. Maybe it'd be better than I remember? Not really, no. I have two good things to say about this Domino's location: the delivery was fast and the parmesan bread bites were actually tasty. The pizza I ordered...not so much. Frankly, frozen DiGiorno is better than Domino's. The crust is lackluster, the cheese congeals quickly, the toppings have no real flavor, the sauce is bland and flavorless. All in all, given a choice I would get pizza anywhere else but Domino's. Like, say, Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut is great. Domino's is where you go if every other pizza store in town has burned down and the grocery stores are all completely out of frozen pizza. read more

They're food is usually always on point. They are still my favorite pizza place around here and usually have the best deals as far as the online deals go compared to the others. The only other cheaper place is little Caesars but they're pizzas don't top dominos and there aren't nearly as many choices. read more

I understand when systems crash, but when I call to check in an order I placed 45 minutes prior you don't have to be rude! I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery and I saw that my tracker wasn't working so I called to see what was going on. I nicely just asked if the pizza was made or not because if not I was going to cancel. they did not deliver my order. when i called britnee would put me on hold. she would keep me on hold for over 5 minutes each time. i would keep calling back to see when my order would get delivered and they had someone else answer the phone. i could hear the girl laughing in the background and the guy was laughing, then he put me on hold. finally got ahold of them to talk and was told my pizza would be delivered. never received my order after waiting over two hours. never got a refund after being charged for it. these employees are worthless honestly, sad to see a company hire people like this. i received nothing but disrespect from them over the phone. i hope dominos gets rid of useless employees like britnee read more

I've been ordering pizzas from this Domino's for over 5 years and I've never had a problem! They are always great and cooked to perfection! The only thing that I would have to criticize them on is their slicing of the pizza. They never slice the pizza the whole way through (which is an easy fix, yes). So I normally don't have any problems with Nederland dominoes, but the last few times ive ordered from there, the girl who answers the phone sounds like she hates her job from the moment she says hello. They need to have a better greeter than that (first impressions!)I called tonight, 9/16/15 and there she was again and put me on hold. After waiting 10 minutes I finally hung up and called back and she wanted to put me on hold again! I said no I don't want to be put on hold again after just waiting 10 minutes and all she said was "well im with a customer" and then just sat there. No apology or anything, just her normal "I hate my job attitude", so I hung up on her and called the one in Groves and the young lady who answered the phone was nice and cheerful and took my order right away and my food was ready when they said although I wasn't too happy about having to drive to groves when I live in Beauxart Gardens. read more
