Delivery took a while. My pepperoni on my pizza smelled bad and tasted gross. The buffalo wings soggy and lack luster. The cheese pizza had an inch and a half of crust around it and the chocolate lava cake needed to be reheated. The meal was a complete waste of time and money. read more

Somehow, this domino's in marshfield is the only restaurant in the area that has made my food correctly in maybe three months. You'd think simple things like "no onion PLEASE" and "PLEEEEASSEEE go light on the sauce" would be easy accommodations. Despite an "of course!" over the phone, every other restaurant in marshfield always screws up. Dominoes really came through for me. I was pleasantly surprised. Customer service isn't great but i'll happily deal with that anyday if my food is made the way I asked for it. Thank you guys for making everything correctly. We ordered 3 items after a long night, only received 2 of the 3. I called the marshfield store to inquire about the missing item and the lady working said I received it and hung up. Why would I be calling if I had already received it? Then I called back and she was unavailable to speak with me. So I called a third time and she was a screaming and refusing to refund me, my only option was to come pick up my missing item even though I paid for delivery and had already tipped the driver. That store is a joke, Rockland and Hanson always have great customer service! read more

For a chain pizza place, you should know what to expect and the standards. That being said, we order delivery a couple times a month and every time, they've been on time, correct orders, and the delivery drivers are wicked nice and on time. Ordered a two for one deal to only get one item I ordered. They gave me a credit on Caesar salad because they ran out and said next time I order it will be on my account phone number. I called tonight to get my credit on that salad and use the same special and spoke to Emir who claimed he was the manager and general manager and refused to credit me off that deal. This Domino's in Marshfield, MA just opened so we decided to give it a chance. We got 3 Large Three topping pizzas and they made them perfectly. Cooked just the way we like it. While, I thought they could have more cheese on them the kids absolutely loved them. They were ready exactly when they said they would be. They give us plates and forks too. We paid less than $26 dollars for the 3 pizzas! Great deal and good eats can't beat that with a stick! If you don't know where it is its literally right across the street from Rite Aid. Summary: Way better pizza that you would expect one of those chain pizza joints to serve. read more

Heaven knows, we've tried. We've resorted to Domino's when we're looking for something less expensive, especially now. So, after many (too many) visits - last night was our last visit. We've had orders filled incorrectly, issue with the "Assistant Managers" (not management material) and finally ordering with "an earned" reward. After follow the steps that we received in our email for a FREE medium Pizza that the system said we earned, we went through the steps and at the end the store still wanted payment. The lady called over the young man in charge at the time (around 8:00 PM) and showed them the screen - he looked at the offer on my phone and stated, "Oh, that's an offer from corporate, not us. You still have to pay". My response was "keep you pizza, throw it out" - NEVER coming back. There are SO MANY other great choices for Pizza in Marshfield. read more

Yeah it's just a Dominos and that means it's basically fast food pizza. I'm not going to be measuring Domino's pizza against pizza from the North End. That would be ridiculous. But as far as Dominos go? This place is pretty great. I order online and they show up amazingly fast every time. And I can watch the progress from my phone and tell them how they're my pizza heroes. This is a great option for delivery in the area, just remember that it's Dominos fer chrissake! Shout out to HAL, who may be a computer making my pizza, and Kevin who delivers pizzas lightning fast. Well this is a fairly new Dominos location so i give it a little slack as they are not up to par as of yet. I have now ordered pizza from here maybe 4 times and they just don't seem to have the pizza down just yet. Maybe be its because there kids running the show, who knows. We typically love the hand tossed pizza but this location is really turning us away from it as of now. Location is clean for being brand new and the staff seems friendly and polite when i pickup my food. We compare this location with other dominos and its just not the same. I hope they step it up a bit and get on track as we will not make the journey from Scituate to Marshfield anymore for the pizza. its kinda hard to mess up a plain cheese pizza, but they have. They use to have great food. Now they undercook pizza, use less than 1/4 teaspoon of sauce for a lrg, dont cut it all the way through, burn bottoms of desserts because pans arent cleaned propperly, dont send dipping sauce we pay for AND if we complain ( like about the black hairs on pizza) we are told that its not true and supervisor works from home and cant be contacted. read more

My wife went out to go shopping and offered to pick a pizza up for me for lunch. She wasn't going out for a long so I was hoping the call and order process would be quick. I was put on a 10 min hold and eventually hung up to try and call back. When I called back I tried to order the 7.99 carry out deal. Only the biggest promotion they're running. I've had more than 1 bad experience here, I try to give places more than 1 chance because we all have off days. But today was the last straw. I asked a question, didn't hear anything said "hello?" And was then hung up on. I called back and was accused of making a prank call because my friend was laughing in the background. Then yelled at and hung up on once. Ordered delivery. Order arrived but was totally wrong. Driver said he couldn't help. Called store but was on hold for over 30 minutes. Drove to store, a which was empty, and asked why no one was answering phone. Some punk kid in a winter ski cap replied "do you answer your phone when you are mad busy?" Then manager found our 1.5 hr old order on the rack and offered it. Unreal, completely incompetent (it's a pizza) and RUDE staff. Never again. read more

I am a frequent customer of Domino's Marshfield Ma. I almost always use the app and order online with delivery. I have always given feedback of 4-5 stars. Last evening my opinion of Domino's changed. I always use the tracker and have always found it accurate. So I placed an online delivery order. Per order confirmation my pizza would arrive at 6:37 pm. My tracker showed order complete and to "dig in and enjoy " at around 6:50 pm. I called store at 7:00. I was told 5-10 minutes. My pizza finally arrived at 7:20 pm. Two pizzas were lukewarm and tasted like they had been sitting around and dried out. Did the driver deliver them to another front porch and go back to retrieve it when error was realized? (contactless delivery due to pandemic) Marshfield has several very good pizza restaurants. I like to share the wealth and will patronize several pizza shops. Domino's just dropped down quite a bit on my preferred pizza shops. Between delivery fee and driver tip it is not cheap. Too many other options available in Marshfield. read more

Order delivered without sauce for cheesy bread. We thought the store was closed and couldn't do anything about it so we tried to eat it anyway. NOPE! One bite and you know why they need sauce for it! Called the next day to ask for a credit or redeliver. They would only credit us for the sauce. We've got stale bread here, that we paid for, and we're only being credited for the sauce? Because Crystal insists we should've called last night (when we thought they were closed). Forgive me for not knowing Dominos is open 'til 1am. AND Crystal thinks it's ok to yell at customers rather than make problems right. If I received a salad with no dressing would the salad be any good?
