After talking with staff, then the manager, I asked for the contact info for the district manager and they refused to give it to me. Contacted customer service the same day and they said they will refund my money. Offered a lame apology, and ended the call. They finally refunded the money today, September 2, 2023. I walked in about 30 minutes before their posted closing time, only to find the doors locked. I knocked, and the cashier, who was clearly too busy on her phone to care, opened the door just enough to glare at me and said, "We're closed." I told her the sign said 10 PM, and she just shrugged and muttered, "Yeah, well, we're done for the day." I was stunned. I tried to calmly explain that I was there before the posted hours, but she immediately snapped back, "Well, we're not serving anyone else, so you can leave." At this point, I was shocked by her attitude--no apology, no explanation. Just an attitude that could only be described as *Karen* level drama. She didn't even offer to let me place a quick order for a pizza to go or anything. It's like she thought her job was to make customers feel like an inconvenience. I even asked if I could just get a pizza to go since I was there in time, and she actually laughed in my face before shutting the door. Seriously? Little Caesars, get it together. There's no reason to be so rude and disrespectful, especially when you're closing early for no reason. I'll never be back to this location.
