We would love to leave a review for Domino's Pizza here in Marshall. Unfortunately I am unable to do so. We ordered a large pizza and two sandwiches at 6:10 PM. The app said the order was completed at 6:50 PM. It is now 7:30 PM and the order is still not here. Marshall is a smaller town. Only about 23k people here. I don't understand why it would take over an hour and a half to get here. So we called them at 7:30 PM and they said that they left it outside on our trash can. They claimed they knocked on the door, but they did not. We had our TV turned way down because we were expecting the delivery. However, now that it is here, I can tell you this. The sandwiches look like they were just thrown together and possibly burnt. The pizza looks OK, but it is very cold. I do not know why they feel like they needed to lie.. If I could give them zero stars I would. Thank you for absolutely nothing Domino's. read more

Have been a customer for years, their quality has dropped beyond what I can even believe. They do not honor domino's specials. They say must order on line to get the deals! The on line was having technical issues. Yes that happens but no help from the store in Marshall. Unlike them for sure. Extravaganza Large slight portions and taste just wasn't there anymore. On hold for over 39 minutes before I gave up. Would like to say this is the first time but it's not. I have had multiple times where after waiting on hold for a prolonged amount of time I have just given up. I guess Pizza Hut will prove to be the superior of the pizza places like always. read more

We ordered on line. 2 Pizzas, bread bites, lava cakes. It was in the delivery car 24 minutes. It looked like day old pizza. My dogs wouldn't even eat it. I guess the driver thought he wasn't getting a tip because we didn't tip on our card. So ours must have been last on the delivery. I still gave him a 9 dollar tip. I used to be a Jabba-Hut man through and through when it comes to ordering delivery pizza after a few too many uh, glasses of 100 proof water... but after some major issues with Pika-Slut I promptly made the change to my local Dominos and wow. What an incredible difference. Every single order and experience has been spot on with them. Contactless delivery is seamless and they leave the order exactly where I say inside my garage and not on top of my wife's car like Plaza-Nut. Great people here. I even made it a point to call and then stay on hold for 15 minutes one night after receiving my order just to thank them and their team for such outstanding service and quality. Don't listen to the other reviews. They don't understand the importance of ordering quick food when you're uh, well, you know.. drinking 100 proof water. read more

Pizzas are usually pretty good but, we had their Philly Cheese Steal sandwiches the other night. Don't bother ordering! They were absolutely the WORST! I could count the pieces of meat on one hand and very few grilled onions. Won't be ordering that again! read more

I ordered from these jokers at 9pm. At 9:45, it showed as delivered. I called and was told that since the recent tornado knocked out my porch light, that they won't deliver, that needs to be stated somewhere. They still charged me and expected me to come pick it up. If I had known that their drivers were too lazy to knock on a door, I would have called pizza-hut. They knock every time. I will never call them again. Horrible management! read more

Was on hold for almost 20 minutes then was asked to hold once someone got on phone. Took an hour and 15 minutes to get the pizza and it was stuck to top of box and was cold. I've been dealing with Domino's here in town for quite a while now. I used to love this place. But, lately, they have gone downhill. The last order before today, the pizza looked like someone got hungry, took a couple of slices (Thin crust), and moved the rest around in the box, to conceal the theft. O.K. Maybe I was being a little paranoid. But this time, I've had it. I ordered pasta. There was a time when the pasta came with garlic bread, was cooked very well, and filled the container. NOPE,NOPE AND NOPE!!! First off, the delivery guy put the boxes on the floor, instead of coming in, and putting them on the desk, or giving me the option of taking them off of his hands. The pasta was burnt. No garlic bread and only half filled the container. From now on, I'm ordering from Little Ceasars. I am done with Dominos in Marshall,TX read more

My son likes it. That's good enough for me. I personally prefer really thick Chicago style pizzerias.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The food is always hot and delicious when we get it!

First off, I have no complaints about the food itself. It tastes great. The delivery is fast and friendly. My only complaint is in the quality control. For the second time, I did not receive the marinara sauce I ordered and, this time, they didn't even cut my pizza! I'm really disappointed because usually the quality is great. I hope this doesn't become a trend or I'll be finding a new pizza delivery. read more

I order Dominos online and get it delivered by the local chain. They won't deliver to Wiley College past midnight due to being robbed several times, but they pull up right outside my office whenever I need them to. I track the progress of my order online and it all gets delivered in a timely manner. I've only had one issue with my order when they sent a 1-piece lava cake instead of a 2-piece but they quickly offered to make it up to me next order (which they did). Pizza is good, delivery was in the time the online order stated - but, they did not bring hot peppers and cheese as I asked for in delivery instructions. There was no explanation given when they did not bring any. The second time, I called to ensure they would bring it. The manager informed me that they no longer give out pepper and cheese packets. I'm sorry, but that is a deal breaker for me. I have heard this is the "wave of the future", well the wave for me is to discontinue using any pizza establishment that does not give out peppers and parmesan. 2 thumbs down for being cheap and "cost cutting". read more
