Eat at your own risk!!! If you order pan it'll almost certainly be undercooked. I gave them the benefit of the doubt in the past but it happens too often to be a mistake, now it's a pattern. Not cut as order, not prepared as ordered, not seasoned as ordered. If you don't get what you ordered get your money back because they can't be trusted to prepare your order as placed. And follow up if you don't get your money soon because they'll hope you forget so they don't have to refund you. You've been WARNED!!! read more

When ordering my pizza my estimated delivery was 32 minutes. After over an hour I decided to call the store. Was put on hold and after 10 min of waiting was hung up on. I called multiple times after that to again be hung up on. By the time I got an answer I was told the tracker was wrong and after over an hour my order still wasn't even done. I asked who I was speaking with and he claimed to be the manager. After giving me no estimated time when my food was going to arrive or any sort of compensation for the inconvenience I was hung up on. read more

We'll I ordered a sandwich and hot wings. The sandwich was good but the wings were so hot as in spicy. They actually hurt the roof of my mouth and tongue. I had them delivered and took them back the next day. The manager said they all come from the same bag. We'll that leaves it someone put something in it. I'll never order there again. read more

Domino's Pizza 7787 Oswego Rd, Liverpool, NY 13090 We ordered 2 large pizzas, 16 bone-in wings, and their new "Tots" to try, as well. The order was made late on a Monday night. Delivery was very much later than the original projected time. The delivery person arrived stressed and haggard. She said the store was VERY busy. (after 11pm on a Monday?) It seemed more likely to me that they were understaffed and poorly managed. All food items were lukewarm, at best. The pizzas were dried out, having obviously been left at the store for an extended time before going out for delivery. The Tracker statuses verified this. The bacon on the Bacon & Cheese Tots was charred to charcoal, making them inedible. The sauce on the wings was applied in a scant "squiggle" with a squeeze bottle. NO ONE does this. The chicken, itself, was undercooked, with the exterior of each piece being an unappealing moist, mushy texture. Domino's website ordering process is annoying as hell to use. The complaint/customer service-linked process is no better. Upon entering a complaint, their website responds by offering either a "free medium pizza" or "20% off the menu pricing of the next order". After wasting $60 and well over an hour on my order, including extra fees and a 20% tip to that poor delivery person, these 'make it right' gestures are TOTALLY inadequate. The food had been reduced to garbage by poor handling and poor operating management. I WANT A SIGNIFICANT REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD. I left my phone number and requested a call-back. The order was placed late evening on 7-24-2023, and I used my same name for the order as I use here on this social site. Let's see if the store manager or anyone else at Domino's cares enough to call me and make this right. This complaint/review/message will be repeated at several other online review sites. read more

Ordered cinnamon twists and someone took the time out of their day to mix the cinnamon glaze with barbecue sauce. Tried calling the store to make this right and it just kept ringing for 20 minutes before I finally gave up. I would eat at this place at your own risk. I ordered pickup on my app before getting my family dinner on Rt31 and the app said to arrive to pick it up 19-29minutes later. I got there 30 minutes after placing my order and i still waited 25 minutes in store for lava cakes. All the while; listening to the girl at the register(i believe her name was Hailey?) openly bad mouth the people calling in to place orders and complain. [she was quoting 30 minute carry out times over the phone as well] While i waited for my LAVA CAKES; i watched as multiple people had much less of a wait and carried out multiple pizzas. Upon my arrival home; i open my lava cakes to see a smashed mess. Never again! This location needs a few new employees who can handle the customer service environment up front and a few extra hands in BOH so if you're looking for a job; im sure they are hiring. read more

Won a contest for a free pizza, planned the evening's meal around it (yeah, yeah.. it's Domino's, I should have known). Ordered a medium 2-topping pan pizza online, set the pickup time, and the order was placed -- without the correct pickup time (which *was* set). Husband got the email alert it was ready (right after the order was placed), called the Domino's to ask what happened and why the pizza was ready an hour before it should be, spoke to the manager, who flat out refused to make him a hot, fresh, new pizza for the set pickup time (an hour later). Website error caused us to have a soggy, cold pizza. EVEN IF it wasn't website error and was user error, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE dictates you provide a solution. First time to try Domino's in over 10 years. And the last time. Won't even go there again for free. Terrible customer service. read more

I get the buffalo chicken pizza from this location on my lunch so far I have ordered it on 3 separate days and each time the pizza has been cooked perfect, tastes great and we get fast delivery times. They now are the only pizza shop I order from. The only issue I have is 30.00$ for a large it seems a bit much or I'd order more often. I'm a little peeved. I order from this location all the time and now I'm told they no longer deliver to Radisson.. yes I understand that I could just go out and get it, but that's not the point. This Domino's was ridiculous. We had been driving for hours and wanted to eat a simple, quick dinner before heading out early tomorrow morning. We ordered one pizza at 10:41 pm and did not get it until 12:35 am after being promised a wait of 15 minutes to an hour! This location apparently left one person in charge of the entire place on a Saturday night which caused our order to take an incredible amount of time. We called this place multiple times on two phones. I called ten times and was not assisted once! The one time someone answered the phone for me all I got was a "How can I help you?" And I heard absolutely nothing else. I would expect whoever manages this establishment to understand that a Saturday night at a popular pizza place requires more than one person to handle! I will never order delivery from this Dominos again. Literally took 2 hours to get my pizza after ordering online. The online tracker told me it was delivered after 35 minutes, definitely wasn't. Talked on the phone with them 3 times and all told me to wait 10 more minutes. My house is incredibly easy to find and has giant numbers on the front because I get a lot of package deliveries. Ordered at 5:15pm, received it at 7:15pm and it was cold, had to reheat in the oven. Seriously, just go pick up your order, or better yet, go get it from a different place completely. read more

The pizza was great and all but a bit expensive. It was 12$ for a medium pizza for just me and my friends while we were just hanging out. But when I ordered a medium pizza, I expected a medium pizza. Sadly we got a tiny 8 slice pizza that I paid for the all of us and could only fill up two of us. I ordered a plain cheese lrg pizza. The special's price was$5.99. I ordered it via phone picked it up. When I came to the counter it was ready and I paid via debit card. The screen shown options for tipping. I selected the "No tip" option. The man at the counter became stand offish. I asked him "what have you done to deserve a tip"? He said " lots of poeple include a tip in a huffy voice.He completed the sale and turned and walked from the counter without another word. Pizza's always hot, and perfect to my order. It gets to my place in a timely fashion, unless they're busy. Taste is like any other Domino's, you either like it or you don't. The staff is super friendly and helpful and all the drivers i have come in contact with were very courteous and a delight to talk to. read more

Told me it wasn't ready yet which was fine we waiting another 10 min and went in and the pizza wasn't even being made yet after they had already told me it was being put in the oven.
