I wish I could give it negative stars. Have had nothing but issues ordering from them and today was the last big one, it isn't really even the employees, it's the manager. She's probably the most snobby person I've ever dealt with. I understand they get busy, but when you order pizza online for pick up, it tells you a half hour to 45 minutes and it's ready, so you go to the store to get your food and another 45 minutes later (now 1.5 hrs since I initially ordered) and I call the store to ask them, the manager got on and said she didn't care what the email says and it'll be another 45 minutes. So I responded ("you're telling me that my email said 30-45 minutes and now that it's been an hour and a half and you're telling me it'll be another 45 minutes?" She said "thsts exactly what I'm telling you and if I don't like it she can cancel the order because she doesn't want to talk on the phone or deal with it". By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. But by golly 2 hours later I finally get my pizzas. read more

I love Dominos we only buy it about once a year due to living to far away. Today I ordered a larger order and when it was ready I headed down to pick it up. There was a gentleman behind the counter making pizzas who did not even say hello. He just continued what he was doing. So I stood at the counter and waited in total silence. It wasn't until 3 ish minute later a gentleman came from the back realized I was there and gave me my stuff. This is the Best Pizza I have ever had! Unlike the Lady who didn't like the way the thin crust pizza was cut...well I LIKE it. Thin crust pizza is too flimsy to be cut like regular pizza! Last summer I stopped by and did carry out for the first time. As I watched my pizza come out of the oven I also watched the manager pick the onions off my pizza that was supposed to not even be on my pizza. No big deal, except he had a cold. I knew that because I watched him wipe his nose on his finger then search for more onions...not once, not twice, but three times. Poor thing must have been really sick, thank goodness he had his apron to blow his nose on. They made me a new pizza. After giving Domino's another chance I decided to order for delivery. It was good, my children loved it and so did I until I had to pull a giant, and i do mean a very thick hair out of my last bite. It makes me sad because it really can be a good pizza for delivery. My kids LOVE pizza and even though it isn't the best they don't mind Domino's. I get that it is essentially fast food pizza and with fast food pizza the only bonus is that its cheap. But man, what does annoy me is square cut round pizza. I don't know why, whatever it is bugs most of the people that I know. I think it's the tiny one inch pieces of freaking crust because they cut it too small, who knows. What I do know is that every time I call this location and ask for the simple request of pie cutting my pizza they forget. Probably because the people making it don't cut it, the delivery drivers do, at least that is who the supposed manager blamed it on the last time they messed it up. What are delivery drivers who carry money and put their hands all over a smelly steering wheel full of germs all day even doing cutting my pizza? Please tell me they wash their hands 50 times a day! But then, perhaps it is lack of communication skills? Who knows, but it isn't that hard of a request, is it? And when I call for the fourth time to say "hey, you forgot...AGAIN" and all you say after a long awkward pause is "um..im sorry, I will make a note on your account to never do it again" instead of offering to fix it, that annoys me more, infuriates me even. So basically, this location sucks! From now on I am going to the competition. Perhaps they should get a numbered menu like most fast food joint, "I'll have the number 2 thin crust, pie cut pepperoni"..make things easier. read more

This dominos has the worst customer service, one of the workers decided to point out my physical disability and when I asked to speak to a manager to resolve the issue I was kicked out of the store, not to mention, I went in to dominos tonight, I placed and over the phone order for 2 sandwiches, they said they would be ready in 20 minutes i showed up a few minutes early to be on time and I waited an additional 25 to 30 minutes. When I voiced my concern they did not care and they said i also could not get additional toppings to my sandwich. When I got home I called the other local dominos and asked if additional toppings were an option and they said yes of course. So I called the store back to ask why one store can and one cant and they said I was lucky to be served because I was kicked out, but mind you they pointed out my physical disability and didnt care at all. I would give 5 stars because the store is great but the piss poor website and the totally unreachable support for it make the overall experience worthless. Cant get home delivery even though the store says I can. Cant get web support to fix this so when we want pizza delivered we have to call it in. Not to mention overall the website is a confusing mess and the only thing that works right is the popup ads trying to force something else on me. As a professional web developer I can say with confidence this web team sucks!!! read more
