And inquired why he was arguing with a customer he said it was because she was rude but he wouldn't let her speak. I have been in this business for 20+ years at every level of management from hourly to district. And I have never seen a "manager" not care as much as this one. Even from watching him work through the window before entering. He had air pods in. No hair net with hair flying everywhere in a pony tail with no hat. But refusing a refund or a credit for future pizza is unacceptable on so many levels since I brought the pizza back. And when I gave him the pizza he didn't even look at it. He just tossed it. That could have been a teaching moment for the staff to make sure that never happened again. Or even an "oh crap" moment for him to realize that the customer was actually right. I know how hard it is to work in the hospitality industry at any level. But having that attitude is only hurting this franchise. And I am baffled at the lack of training this manager has had with dealing with customers in general.
