They keep taking over two hours to deliver pizza. When you order it says 30 min but then takes forever. I keep giving them chances because I know they are short staffed sometimes but I am done with them. There is much better places for pizza anyhow for the same cost!! read more

Asked for double cheese. Received it at home. The pizza was barely even 50% covered in cheese. Paste was dry . Called back and they say they no longer do double cheese because of corporate. What a shame! Its bad enough when they are historically put bare minimum on it then when u pay for it they add nothing more. Will not return. The competition in town is much better. Never heard of a pie place that would not add double cheese if you paid for it. read more

The pizza was fine but they are rude. When I asked him for the speciality pizza they tried to charge me $20 when I explained to them that when I called in the recorded message said they had a special going on. 15.99 for a specialty pizza. I said well why would you charge me $20 when you're message says 15.99? He said if you don't ask for the special rate you don't get a special rate and I thought that was pretty obnoxious. Then when my husband went in to pick the pizza up they were rude to him. They didn't say hello and they didn't say thank you. This place needs a new manager. read more

Pizza came out of the oven at 5:11 arrived at 5:49. We live 2.1 miles from the store. If we wanted service like that we use Creno's. Pizza wasn't fit to eat. Pizza barely warm and salad was same temperature and wilted. Dressing was warm. Unacceptable. read more

Third time I have ordered delivery and they got it wrong. If you order from them do it online. Problem is where I live they do deliver, but online dominos.com says I am out of the zone. Called yesterday around 5 pm to order, put on hold for 12 minutes. While wife was on hold I called on my phone they answered and ready to take the order. Proceeded to order 5 of the 5.99 items, 2 subs, 1 pizza, and here is the part they never get right the specialty chicken. One spicey jalepeno,pinapple, they ask 8 or 12 piece, we say whatever is 5.99, ok and also one plain chicken.These are all boneless. They sent us one plain chicken wing with blue cheese, and one plain chicken with ranch...ahh. 2 times before this we did deliver and our order was way more then we thought, they always sent large chicken instead of the 5.99.Thought I had it covered ordering the 5.99 but they still managed to get it wrong. So order online if you can, and pick it up, that is always right. usually though if Im picking up its villa or drummies. This store makes great pizza and the employees are very nice, USUALLY. I called and ordered a medium pan pizza. She told me the price and hung up. I thought for a second then called back. I asked if she had told me $14.98 for 1 med. pizza. She had an attitude from the first second. I order often, if it's delivered you get tipped very, very well. I ordered my pizza an hour and a half in advance online, it was supposed to be delivered at 2pm, I accidentally put a 3 instead of a 2 for the address, I had received a missed call from Theresa the driver, I tried to call back but there was no answer so I called into the store and they where being very rude over the phone, the gentleman then informed me she was loading up orders to be taken out and would drop mine off, my order arrived at 2:37 I was about to hand Theresa her tip when she said angrily next time make sure you put in the right address, so I put the money back in my pocket. I felt bad about the situation because I had entered one wrong number but after the man on the phone getting an attitude with me then Theresa, I was done. My pizza box was smashed and my pizza was cold and rubbery to eat, I order from this location every week this is the first time I've had an issue like this, but I will never be a customer of theirs again if this is how they treat their loyal customers. I love how fast they are, food is reasonably priced and friendly. What I don't love is how inconsistent their food is. The main reason we started ordering from Domino's again was due to the garlic butter crust. Rarely do we find that to be consistent here even when it's been mentioned to them. Also, I know that their special priced pizzas are a great deal but if you tell me you're giving me a two item pizza please do so. Don't give me a 1 item pizza but split between to toppings. read more

I don't generally leave negative reviews as often times it's just a matter of personal taste, but in this case it's a shame that you can't leave less than one star! After living in our house for almost 15 years and ordering delivery for from this location for most of those (and dealing with all kinds of issues and mistakes), we called to order tonight and were informed that they don't deliver to our location because it's about 200 yards south of their delivery area. No great loss I guess as when they did deliver it was always hit and miss and you never could guess how long it might take, if it would even come at all or how much of your order you might actually receive. I will miss the one guy taking orders on the phone who would get confused when you told him the actual month of the expiration date on your credit card because he didn't know how to convert it to a number. I won't miss the pizza, but I do miss customer service. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the Domino's in Johnstown, OH. While the pizza isn't fantastic, it's a hot meal after a football game or some school function. They have been delivering to our house for at least 10 years!!! We call tonight and they won't deliver here anymore! The pizza is great, but the employee's make you feel like your in the twilight zone. They're extremely unorganized, messing up orders, arguing with each other, and rude on the phone. When people come in to pick their pizza up they're usually hungry and don't want to wait on you to fix their order because you couldn't do it right the first time. read more
