Zach and I think her name is Dani we're real rockstars thanks for the pizza! I appreciate the kind words to my dog!

Great value great people! Awesome pizza awesome experience would recommend to my friends!

We ordered online for pickup. It said 13 minutes and when we got over there, the lady said she was backed up 4 orders and it would be another 15-20 minutes before she even got started. We asked for a refund and she apologized. Her boss didn't show up and she was doing her absolute best. I don't blame her in any way because she was trying but someone needs to check on those bosses. Either have them fired or hire more competent employees to fill in when they leave the rest of their staff high and dry. read more

When 30 minutes turns into 130 minutes. Door dash or Uber eats is quicker than going direct to the restaurant.

I order here from time to time and I never have a issue. Delivery drivers are always nice too.

My pizza was burnt and it was dried out. I got a pan crust because I like the crust and the crust isn't edible.

This place is terrible. We ordered a pizza before closing and when we got there after closing and the people inside ignored us when we stood in front of the door. They saw us clearly and continued to ignore us. We even called and heard the phone ring but they didn't pick it up. They got in the car and left and flicked us off on the road. Horrible customer service. Should be fired. read more

I never liked Domino's as much as Pizza Hut or Papa Johns, but since this one was only a mile from my house, it was my go to pizza place. During non rush times if I ordered for delivery they'd quote me a half hour delivery time and it would usually arrive in about 15 minutes. I wasn't thrilled to see them close. UPDATE: They've reopened, same location, same phone number.. new owner. :) read more

worst pizza ever!! waste of money!! all 3 pizzas ordered were dried and wasn't even cut ...we had to rip the pizza apart!! horrible!! will never order from them again! read more

I was moving into a new home in the area and needed some pizza for the moving guys. I went online to order but the Domino's website would not let me as it said that the Hugo store was "Closed at this time". I called the store to see if they were open as I was sure they would be (it was a normal weekday). This is the conversation I had with the asst. manager (I found out it was him later): Me: "Hi there, just calling to check that you are open". Asst. Manager: "I wouldn't have answered the phone if we weren't! (A "duh" under his breath at end.) Me: "Of course, and that is why I called. However, the Domino's website says you're not and so that is why I was checking. Asst. Manager: Well we are! End of conversation and end of my relationship with that Domino's. 1. What an extremely rude way to deal with a potential customer. 2. What a lack of intelligence. Phoning to find out if a place is open is very common and it's baffling to think how this guy thought it was unusual and demanded such a level of discourtesy. Strange and unsettling person. If this is what you get from a very simple phone call then I dread to think what you get in terms of actual pizza and proper service. read more

This Dominos has to be the worst store for customer service. We were not provided a receipt regarding what we purchased and our delivery came without soda that we had ordered. We called them to let them know that they did not deliver our order complete and they spoke to us like we were lying I will never order from this store again each time we ordered we provided a good tip to the driver but once again we will never order from this store again. Whoever the manager is at this location really need some extensive customer training. read more

Always super quick friendly delivery! However.... We order from here often, but the past few times or so have had huge issues with our pizzas (not cooked..RAW dough) Manager Dustin is rude and every time has been the one who messed up cooking the pizzas when we have had issues. read more

My favorite Dominoes by far! The food is always fresh, delivery is fast, and the employees are courteous and honest. Never a bad experience in the 4 years I've been eating at this location! read more

My friends and I called and asked for the best deal they offered which they responded with 7.99 large pizza we all got pizzas and saw online that we could have got medium pizzas for 5.99 we called back and the girl who picked up the phone was rude and when we asked for the difference in sizes between the large and medium she responded with "well obviously the large is bigger than the medium." When we picked up the pizza we saw that it was 7.99 for three topping pizzas which they failed to communicate to us. Overall the customer service is awful. read more

This dominos sucks. I ordered a pizza with a 14 piece hot wing order and I picked it up. The wings came with no hot sauce so I called asking dominos to fix the order and deliver it to my house being I just got home from picking it up. They said sure and asked for my address. An hour into waiting I called back asking where my hot wings were and the guy on the phone chuckled and replied "yeah the dude who took your order never got your address ha" worst customer service read more

I ordered on a Monday afternoon. It took over an hour to get to our house (less than one mile away). The pizza tasted like it was taken out of the oven 14 minutes after I ordered and should have been taken out 10 minutes after I ordered. The stuffed cheezy bread arrived and wasn't cut. Was also cold. (Not COLD, just very much room temperature.) My daughter always begs for Dominos, we prefer Papa Murphy's or Savoy if we want to spend a little more. Even my daughter scratched Dominos off her list after this one. The delivery person was very polite though. read more

Worst customer service of my life. Ordered a pan pizza for delivery. When I got it it wasn't even cooked all the way. The dough was still stringy, almost like it wasn't cooked at all. When I called and talked to the manager about it he flat out told me I was wrong and there's no way my pizza was not cooked. He told me if I wanted a new one I needed to bring it in. Well I do home care and leaving my client is not an option and I'm not allowed to bring her anywhere. When I told him this he told me "well that's too bad". Seriously? Who does that? So I told my boyfriend about it. He drove 30 minutes to my clients house to bring it to the store to show them and get me a new pizza. The manager (who is like 17 years old) was also extremely rude to my boyfriend as well and when he was asked to make another pizza the kid replied "it's going to turn out the same way anyways" he threw the pizza in the garbage and then asked my boyfriend to call me and ask what the toppings were because he didn't want to dig it out of the garbage to look. I used to order here once a week for my client since she is not able to go out to eat ever because of her condition, but sadly I'm extemely upset about all of this so we will not be having dominos nights anymore. read more

The dominos is fine but I have one problem. I ordered double pepperoni on half the pizza and I was disappointed to find that one slice on the pepperoni side had a small amount of pepperoni. read more

usually i order online and have a great experience from this store. regardless of what we order, it always gets to our house quickly, hot, and for the most part, pretty good. however tonight my fiance and i ordered a medium pan pizza and wings for dinner to share. the online ordering system didnt update after we placed it, and while the food got here quickly (they always have great drivers who are friendly and chat at the door, id give 5 stars for them) and hot, we were not thrilled with the outcome of RAW pizza dough and burnt, broken chunks of wings. not appetizing, and now thats 25+ dollars down the drain. read more
