She informed us plainly that no substitutions were allowed. My daughter-in-law and I both ordered the chili burger, which ended up tasting more like a sloppy Joe. The burger itself was thin, greasy, and reminiscent of something you'd find in a kids' meal. That said, the restaurant was clean, both the dining area and the restroom, and service was impressively fast. There's also a bar tucked away near the back by the restrooms.
