After seeing Hills to Sea recommended repeatedly in local Facebook groups, we finally decided to…read moregive it a try and now we're wondering why we waited so long. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It feels upscale without being stuffy, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting from the moment you walk in. We started with the crab rangoons and then ordered five sushi rolls: the Creamy & Crispy Roll, Crunchy Crab Roll, Black Dragon Roll, Hawaii Roll, and the Volcano Roll with spicy tuna. Every single roll was fantastic. Not "some were better than others" fantastic. Not "we found a favorite and tolerated the rest" fantastic. We genuinely loved every roll that came to the table. The Volcano Roll with spicy tuna was my personal favorite and an easy 10/10, but honestly there wasn't a single thing we ordered that we wouldn't get again. The presentation deserves its own mention. The rolls were beautifully plated, complete with gorgeous edible flowers and thoughtful garnishes that made everything look almost too pretty to eat. Service was excellent. The food came out surprisingly quickly, but not all at once. Instead, the rolls arrived in small groups, which actually made the experience even better because we could enjoy each one before the next arrived. For two people, five specialty rolls and crab rangoons came to about $80, which is completely reasonable and honestly pretty standard for quality sushi. We will absolutely be back, and we've already started recommending Hills to Sea to friends and family. If you're a sushi lover in Lancaster County, put this place on your list immediately.

We walked I and I informed the woman we wanted to dine in and she just very rudely asked "what do you want?" We didn't even have menus so surely she couldn't be asking what we wanted to eat, so I said "to dine in" and she said again "yeah what do you want?!" I told her a table... she said they don't do table service anymore. She was the most rude person I've encountered in a while and appeared she was working alone so we promptly left. Place was extremely dusty and dirty. After 25+ years of going there we will not be back.

I'm legitimately convinced this place is a money-laundering operation. In summer 2022 when I was…read morevisiting my hometown of Lancaster, I randomly went to this Pizza Hut on a whim because I haven't eaten at one in years. The parking lot was completely empty, so I didn't know if they were still in business; it was a Friday afternoon, so this was a red flag. When I entered, the angry guy behind the counter asked what I wanted [in a suspicious, demanding tone] - along the lines of "What do you want, what are you doing here?". I awkwardly ordered a large 1-topping pizza (which cost like $22), and after I paid I sat down at a dining room bench. He yelled at me and told me to get up because the dining area was closed, so I had to sit at one of the chairs by the door for about 15 minutes. When I finally got my pizza, it was merely room-temperature and tasted like it was made in a microwave. Mind you, this was a Friday afternoon in the summer, hence the desolation of the interior as well as the clerk's aversion to customers sitting down seemed absolutely ridiculous. I'm surprised this place is still in business, as I was recently in Lancaster in late 2022 and this store was still there - granted also empty again, whereas the Burger King next door was filled with customers. Blaming the economy or recession on their poor business is no excuse, because again, Burger King was jam-packed when I went here, as were the nearby places like the coffee shop and video game stores which were within walking distance to this Pizza Hut.

He even said he was charged 49 dollars and 75 cents while on our end the total that was charged said $39.24. He even on the call with me threatening saying this was "fraud", he was gonna file a report and said my parents restaurant was extra charging the customers when it was a delivery online order through door dash and we had no control over the grand subtotal of his order he ordered ONLINE through a THIRD PARTY, he added he was going to post this on social media talking about how terrible out establishment was because we wouldn't give him a refund nor give him a second General Tso Chicken that he never even order nor paid for. I told him he could take this up with our online website company and door dash I can even hand him their company's phone number hence they were the ones who charged him not us. But he kept insisting for a refund or we "remake" his second General Tso Chicken he didn't even order nor pay for. The screen shots of proof is sent in our restaurant GOOGLE REVIEW, the screenshots just show that we only received ONE order of General Tso Chicken instead of two like he insisted and a voicemail message that he sent me when our phone line disconnected by ACCIDENT. if anyone sees any videos on any platform like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok please reach out to my email chenminx7@gamil.com as this is a highly big misconception and this customer clearly didn't want a solution to a problem that wasn't even caused by me or my parents and our restaurant.
