Well...... I don't know what to say... We ordered two pizzas and some wings and just about 2 hours into it we checked on our order and they said another 45 mins!!!! IT'S PIZZA!!! This is what they are suppose to be great at!!! Soooo bad, so disappointed! Again this is the second Dominos that has so incredibly disappointed me! The store was 4 mins. Away!!!! I usually don't order from chain pizza places I like to go to my local pizza shop but I was in a time crunch today and quickly ordered on my way home off the app. They had multiple deals on the app list and I thought I got a lot for what I paid. I got two medium one topping pizzas, garlic bread bites, cinnamon twist, and a 2 liter soda for $25 with tax. I fed three hungry boys and myself and had left overs. Staff seemed super busy and customer service wasn't amazing. I did notice they recently did a facelift of the interior, I had never been inside before today but always passed it and you can tell it was deffinatly an improvement from the way it looked before! If you need something quick for dinner would recommend. read more

The owners treat the high school employees like crap and delete hours from time punches to avoid being fined if kids work more hours than is legal. Kids stay late and don't get paid for working after the legat time at night for a minor at this location! The couple that runs this franchise create a belittling environment to work in for students and make kids feel they will get in trouble if its busy at the time they need to clock out if they don't stay longer. If you are a parent looking for your teenager to learn responsibility, practice money management or just give them the opportunity to save up for a first car and gain self-confidence through working... avoid this place! The food is mediocre, it's dominoes lol. Nobody is expecting a revolutionary dining experience. I'd rather buy a quick affordable pizza at any number of locations in town other than one I know for a fact bullies/degrades youth and violates safety laws in place to protect minors at work! First jobs often suck lol but respect is owed to everyone employed, and kids don't get that here. read more

Got off from work did 12 hours shift an all I wanted was a large pizza to be delivered. I live 5 mins away around the corner for the lady who answer an told me my address won't process whatever that (means) so I can't receive deliver but I can come in, highly disappointed. So I order threw the app. And it went threw perfectly. I guess this how you treat new neighbors. Highly disappointed. read more

Avid Deals and Local Flavor coupon vouchers are JUST TOO HARD for the staff to figure out how to redeem at the Ephrata Location - ALWAYS have a problem ! After they couldn't figure it out - had to pay cash and the pizza wasn't cut ! Duh ! Three times in a row we ordered delivery. Three times in a row, it took over an hour and half to get 1 pizza and some cheesy bread. Three strikes, you're out. Every time the pizza was just barely warm and the cheesy bread was cold. We call and complain and nothing happens. Guess we'll be getting pizza elsewhere. This place sucks. read more

To start the food was not bad, my pan pizza tasted pretty good, a lot better than the regular pizzas they have, and my other food was cooked perfectly. But...My order was not correct, and there was nothing they could really do unless I drove back there...that is what you have delivery for! So I am not sure about going back to this specific one...we will see. read more

This review is totally based on one very poor customer service experience. The pizza, as always, was excellent... once we got the pizza we ordered. I placed the order in advance on the web site. When we picked it up and got it home, we noticed that they had reversed the toppings on one of the five pies we ordered . We had ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza, which comes standard with green peppers mushrooms and onions. We asked for no peppers, and for onion and mushroom on only half. What we got was half green peppers... no mush, no onion. I called and told them one of the pies was wrong and they questioned me about what I ordered and what was wrong, etc. they finally got what I wanted straight, and told me I could come get it about 10 min., told me to bring back the one that was wrong, then hung up... no offer to deliver it, no "sorry for the inconvenience", nothing. I had a house full of people and I had to excuse myself to go get the pizza. When I got to the store, I was already unhappy. Input the box on the counter, a young lady asked if she could help me and I told her who I was, why i was there, and that I would like to talk to the manager. A young man called into the back and said there's some guy here that wants to talk to a manager. I raised my voice and called back to the same area that the guy who wanted to see the manager wanted to know why there was no offer to deliver the pizza that was obviously someone behind the counters error, not the customers. The young man then started to come toward me and said, hey, you know what? We're a little busy tonight. I responded saying if you can't handle the orders, you should'nt take the orders. He was grabbed by a young lady I assume was in charge and told to walk away... now. She then handed me a box and said that she had remade it and it was right this time. I asked for the name and contact number for their regional manger and the name of the young man who thought it was a good idea to mouth off to the customer who had to come back for the right order. I was told no, they were not giving me any of that information. I asked why I had to come back to correct their mistake. Why was'nt an offer made to deliver the correct pie? She said she didn't think that was an option... I sad "you didn't think delivering pizza to my house was an option??? You work at Dominos!!" I then sat down in the waiting area while I tried to contact customer service through the chat option on the website. No one wasanswering. An auto response Told me I had to leave a complaint in an email. I do not expect a response. read more

So...I have always thought people writing these types of reviews were paid off. I can tell you that this is not the the case. I don't usually write reviews, but the local Domino's in Ephrata used to really suck, but whatever has made them not suck is certainly working very well. Their pan pizza is incredible. Seriously, order a white sauce pan pizza with onions, chicken and bacon (or order 2) you will understand what I am talking about! I want to add beef in there as well and will see how it goes! read more

Staff is willing to please. The gluten free crust has been refined to perfection. MMMMM. They are always prompt and courteous.
