In a tiny town like Daleville, it's hard to find anything to eat after 8pm. They really do turn off the lights and roll up the sidewalks around here. I was happy to find they had a simple Dominos Pizza so it was time order up my typical cheese and jalapeño pie. I ordered it on the phone and walked down to pick it up. It was ready by the time I got there, fifteen minutes or so. It was hot, fresh and made just right. It really hit the spot for my wife and I after a night of visiting strip clubs. The parking lot and the building were clean and well maintained. The staff were pleasant and my pizza was awesome. Easy five star rating. read more

I would like to say a huge thank you to the delivery driver for not knocking or ringing the doorbell upon deliver as we have a newborn plus a loud dog and have tried to be cautious of people knocking or ringing the doorbell, especially when baby is trying to sleep. The Domino's in Enterprise is our go-to carry out pizza place. We have ordered pizza from them many times and have never had an issue. The ingredients have always been correct, and the pizza has always been cooked to our satisfaction. They also have really good deals every week. We have yet to find a reason to go anywhere else for carry out pizza. read more

Our pizza was burnt, the buffalo ranch pizza had no buffalo sauce. Argued with the "manager" as she told us there was nothing wrong with our pizza. Then a little longer until she agreed to give us a refund. But "couldn't give us a receipt" to prove it was refunded. She was rude, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Missing items, crushed pizza, and arguing with a manager in training, actual manager, and the district manager for over 20 minutes to have the order remade. After finally getting them to agree to remake the pizza, it took over an hour for them to deliver the corrected order. Will be they last time I order from this location. If you have read any of my other reviews, you know that I hate chains and will go out of my way to support small(er) business, but the area surrounding Fort Rucker just doesn't have many of those when it comes to pizza. For Enterprise, this is among the better, if not the best, pizza you're going to find for the quality and price. My husband and I have tried Hungry Howie's, Marco's, Trifecta, Red Brick, Mellow Mushroom, and Fire Stone (in Dothan). Save for Mellow Mushroom (which is expensive, especially given the fact that it is in podunk southern Alabama), everything else both sucks and is not worth the cost. We ordered a large Wisconsin 6-cheese with Brooklyn-style crust and a medium Pacific Veggie with the crunchy thin crust. With an online only coupon that gave 50% off of all pizzas at menu price, this was a steal, and it was ready for pick-up within 15 minutes of my ordering. We enjoyed both thoroughly. The location appears clean and doesn't have that gross greasiness that sticks to you for hours afterward (ahem, Hungry Howie's and Trifecta). I ordered a buffalo chicken sub, no blue cheese sauce, no cheese, and got basically bread. When I called, she said that the chicken was pre-weighed, and that it just looked like alot of bread because their was no cheese, and that type of bread is just breast. She did offer to remake it, and they added "extra" chicken. She offered to add veggies to fill it out . The second sandwhich looked essentially like what the first should have, just with added veggies. I have never had an issue before with their food. 15 minutes after eating the sandwhich and I feel HORRIBLE. Maybe it is coincidence, maybe not, but I won't be making another order to find out. read more

Dominoes has awful service lately. They have always been my favorite pizza place in E'prise. But not now. We ordered around 30 dollars in pizza's & bread online and got nothing like we ordered. When I called the lady manager wanted to argue with me. So we no longer order from Dominoes. Hen they no longer have a manager (assistant manager,I think) who wants to argue with you, then we might order again. I've got to give it a 2 because of the manager. read more

Went to the one in Enterprise, AL today and again was very disappointed with our pizza. The last two were very disappointing. Ordered a 3 topping large thin crust with bacon, pepperoni and onions. I opened it up in store and commented there was no tomato sauce showing and the lady said it was under the cheese. She then gave me 2 things of marinara sauce. Then I commented there were very few onions, and I mean very few, on pizza and she had no comment. The bacon that was on it was charred, again very very few pieces. Even the pepperoni was sparsely placed on pizza. Again no comment. Got home and there was NO tomato or marinara sauce anywhere on it. Part of the crust edge was actually burned.I had bought one 3 times before and it was the best pizza I had gotten from anywhere but the last few times were way below par. I will not go back to the Domino's in Enterprise again. read more

Poor service with a bad attitude. They burned our pizza about a year ago and refused to do anything about it. Pissed me off and I refused to do business with them again. I had a memory lapse and ordered another pizza from them last month. They totally messed up the order and AGAIN...they refused to make it right. Thirty minutes after the Dominos tracker said that the pizza was out of the oven, we called to inquire why it was taking so long for delivery (we live about 3 miles from Dominos in E'prise). Manager was unconcerned but told us it was on the way. After another 10 minutes with no pizza, we called back -- got a different employee who told us that (1) the manager was not there even though we had just spoken with him, and (2) the pizza might take up to an hour for delivery (!!!). We told her to cancel the order. She would not give us confirmation of the order cancellation. When I asked again to speak to the manager, she argued with me and then hung up on me. Driver arrived about 5 minutes later, very apologetic. However, the rude behavior of the employee and the dismissive attitude of the manager were enough to earn a no-star review. After 23 years of doing business with our local Dominos - we are done with them. read more

I called today and ordered three pizzas and cheese sticks for delivery. All of my credit card information was taken for payment and was told it would be 20 to 25 minutes. After waiting for an hour I called back and was told they could not deliver to my house. This is after they delivered to my house last week but now all of a sudden I'm out of their delivery area. I asked if they deliver to hunters Ridge which is across the road from where I live and was told yes. Not understanding why all of a sudden they could not get out to my house now. After I called back to find out where my food was I was told sorry we can't deliver there but you can pick it up. I told him that was ridiculous and I did not understand why they did not tell me that when I placed my order. I was told they called me back five minutes after I hung up which is not true because I looked at the caller ID on my phone. They attempted to call me 20 minutes after I had placed my order. By the way I did not mention that today was my birthday and I really appreciate them making that day special. Family and friends waiting on food and dissed by the local dominos. Last month was my parents anniversary and they weren't feeling well so decided to order in instead of going out. I asked them to wish my parents a happy 32nd anniversary..... They went above and beyond and not only did that but also decorated their pizza boxes with Happy 32nd Anniversary in Sharpies and did designs.
