Food is always fresh and hot. The service is amazing never had a problem, delivery is very fast and efficient and the drivers are always pleasant so I don't mind tipping every time I order as they work extremely hard for their customers. Definitely the best pizza place in town read more

Absolutely wonderful. Whenever I order its fresh hot and exactly the way I love my pizza gooey and hot.... My husband and I ordered the lava cakes once before and OMG those belong I'm a 5 star restaurant WOW is all I can say. The management and staff are always so helpful when I need large orders for school pizza parties or booster club functions. They have gone above and beyond to meet early order times and take good care of me. The pizzas are always gobbled up by the kids--and the teachers. Parents seem really happy with them, too. When I first called the young lady Tori was very rude a pizza was not right we've gotten chicken bacon ranch many times there did I have giant chunks of tomatoes on it and the chicken was so tough I don't know if they cook them for they even put it on pizza there is no bacon they didn't have salads tonight and I called back to answer again it was very rude I let her know we didn't get a receipt she said you got to ask for receipt did you know today I'm sorry I didn't I thought people just got receipts with their purchase definitely not happy read more

Not even a one star. It took them 1 hour and 20 minutes to deliver 1 sandwich. I called to find out the problem and she was rude and said they were busy but I'm sure it's on the way. Then when it finally got here the but said we were busy sorry like I was bothering him. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them again. Poor slow service and rude employees wow!!! read more

I don't expect a lot from Dominos, but I'm in town for work and didn't feel like going out. Other Dominos locations have at least been moderately decent in my experience. I ordered some wings and a chicken parm sandwich. I followed the tracker and saw that the food was made immediately and sat in "quality check" for like 20 minutes. I assumed it was a website glitch. No way they'd let my food sit there for 20 minutes. No, yeah, they did. Food finally arrived and I couldn't even eat it. I tried. Wings were soggy and mushy, like nothing I've ever seen anywhere. And the sandwich had that "sat on top of the oven for 20 minutes" dryness. Is delivery really that popular on Monday evenings that it takes over 45 minutes? I guess so.. But here's a hint, if you have just one busy driver, delay the food prep. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. I called, they put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back, they put me on hold and then hung up on me again. I called back the third time and before they put me on hold I quickly told them the problem. The lady gave me attitude and then put me on hold again. After about 10 minutes she gets back on the line. I ask to speak to a manager and she says she is the manager. I try to describe the issue and she starts yelling at me. I'm a reasonable man but that is not how you treat customers. I mean, who do you talk to when the manager is the one being a problem? I never got any pizza from them and they just lost a customer. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering pizza. The pizza was inedible because there was a huge bubble in the middle of it so that meant it was mostly crust. When I called to let them know how awful the pizza was, I was passed around to 4 different people, for a total of 20 minutes, while they tried to find a manager. I am sure that at least 2 of the people I talked to were managers but they didn't want to deal with it and pretended they weren't and put me back on hold again. Terrible service. I was on the phone for about 20min on hold. After waiting they hung the phone up on me. Not only was it faster to order online but everytime i call they seem to just put you on hold longer each time. read more
