UPDATED REVIEW: This is our 'go to' Domino's, being less than a mile away. Ordered pickup/takeout lunch for my wife's class - 7 pizzas, a sandwich and a salad. App did not allow me to placed a delayed/timed order for today, but when I called, they said go ahead and submit it, then call back and we can adjust the time. Worked like a charm. I like using the online/app ordering because then I can verify the order and also get updated tracking. They did a great job with the order, as always. Service was fast, efficient and courteous. Food was picture-perfect quality (for Domino's). Still recommended. read more

Absolutely outstanding service time and time again. This is likely the busiest Dominos around Dayton, and I always go here on purpose! The food today was hot and tasted awesome as always. Today, there was an extremely large order before me. The manager explained the situation, gave me a time line for when it would be done, and she apologized multiple times. Excellent customer service! 10/20/2021 downgraded review: Not surprising another piss poor review for this location. I had a really bad experience today with the local Domino's. I tried to order 2 for $5.99 each deal and one of the items ($5.99 pizza) kept coming up as $7.24 so I had no choice but to call in. I was expecting to get a freebie (as they have been promoting ONLINE and on NATIONAL TV) with my order but I never received one of the freebies. I asked the driver and he said call up the store and they will help you. I called in and the idiot female on the other end said it's not our fault and hung up. I tried calling back again and the guy who answered hung up on me twice. This is unacceptable, childish behavior!! They wouldn't make it right! I want this issue to be corrected! So I have contacted and complained to everyone. I will be posting everywhere I can. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! They probably won't do their best for you either. BTW, part of the food was burnt too. This Dominos location is fast and very good. Our food comes on time, every time. We have never, in five years of delivery, had them make a mistake with our order or forget something. They are patient and friendly with our barking dogs and nice to our kids when they come to the door to "help" get our items. They are always fast, friendly and the drivers are clean. This Domino's has prompt delivery service but sometimes the quality is less than desired. Sometimes they have a tendency to forget toppings or add the wrong toppings. The garlic on the pizza crust can be a bit over powering at times. read more

Dominos is hit or miss with little consistency. You never know what you're going to get. I always order the same pizza, bacon and triple pineapple. It would seem that pineapple has become an extremely expensive canned fruit to buy because dominos can only afford to put 4-6 pieces on each slice. I would have expected this for just one ingredient , but for triple pineapple? I ate 2 pieces and the rest is getting pitched in trash. read more

This is probably the most unorganized establishment I have EVER stepped foot in. My friends and I called to order a pizza to be delivered to University of Dayton dorms. An hour later we received a call saying our order had been ready for pickup for 45 minutes and our pizza was getting cold. We apologized for THEIR mix up and went to pick up the food. When I walked in I was not greeted or anything until finally someone said to me "So do you have an order to pick up??" After this rude commentary I had had enough. I told them the name of the order and they said "FINALLY!" and gave me the pizza. I said we asked for delivery so I was wondering if we could get any discount and they said no because I said carry out. What happened to the customer is always right?! After paying I asked where the drinks we ordered were and the lady told me to go to the cooler and get them myself! Overall there were about 10 workers doing absolutely nothing, a very rude woman who took care of me, and quite possibly the worst costumer service I have ever seen. While ordering via the app and attempting to apply a coupon code that specified online ordering only, we experienced a problem where the coupon was applied, then removed after selecting payment method. Upon calling this Domino's to discuss our problem, the lady answering the call was very short and advised us that she couldn't do anything about the problem and we'd have to try ordering via a computer. I am without doubt that a manager could have fielded the call, applied a comparable discount, and solved the problem their corporation's system created. However, the lady answering did not even hint at escalating the issue and was adamant that there was nothing the store could do. I'm not so certain. The coupon worked fine when ordering via the browser and immediately upon placing my order, I was offered a link here, to Yelp. Which I am now glad to offer my feedback via. Domino's: Your food is delicious, thank you for that. Your app however, needs work and your associates need advised on how to better handle a customer who is having difficulty with the app. A simple "Let me get a manager for you" will suffice even during the evening rush. If you specify that a particular coupon is for online usage only, you really must understand your app meets all the definitions of online as it is merely a simple shell serving a custom webpage. Either fix it or specify "PC Browser Only" on your coupons. read more

I placed an order from this location while at work. I order from them a lot since it's down the road from one of the sites I work at. Normally they are semi good with getting your order right, they normally have a problem with the whole light sauce thing, you always get a gallon of sauce on your pizza. Today I ordered a bacon and cheese hoagie and instead of having the steak patty, cheese, bacon, onions, and BBQ sauce like it's advertised, it had the patty, a gallon of BBQ sauce and onions. So pretty much, I got an over sized, over cooked McRib. I also ordered a medium pizza with pepperonis, extra cheese, light sauce and bacon. It came with pepperoni, a gallon of sauce, no bacon, and no extra cheese. When I called and talked to the manager, she told me it was an ordering error and that I didn't order it with bacon or light sauce (I order the same every time) and made me apologize for their mess up. She was vary rude and didn't give me her name. She did offer to remake the food or give me a credit toward a future order. I told her to give me a credit as I don't have time to sit and wait for a remake to show up. But she is only going to remake it the way they already made it, not the way I ordered it. Not professional at all... If you can order from a different location, you should!! On a brighter note, the delivery driver, Thomas was amazing! Wanted a quick lunch. Ordered, online, their chicken bacon ranch on a thin crust. Their little graphic let me "watch" my pizza being prepared, put into the oven, and when it was ready for pickup. The young man who waited on me (probably the same guy made the pizza) was very nice, quick, helpful. The pizza was great. I got a pepperoni pan pizza on the 11-2-14 & it had NO sauce on it at all...so I called to let them know & they gave me a credit for a nother one for free. So I ordered a nother pepperoni pan 5 days later & I told them to make sure it had sauce this time & had explained to them that the other pizza didn't have any sauce on it at all. So I got home & the pizza had no sauce on it again & it was under cooked too/ will no longer get pizza from there anymore for $8.99 for a med. one topper . I will go back to Papa Johns read more
