My family and I frequent this location, either by pick up or by delivery. The food always is a hit with my family. We usually get pizzas and pastas, and for the price, why not? When you go in the service is good. There are no places to "dine in" so don't go in expecting a place to sit. I usually get "car delivery" (they bring the pizza to your car). It makes it easy to let them know they are missing something. The biggest reason for the three stars is for delivery. Each time I order, something is missing, then I call in, they tell me they'll make me one and send it back out. They don't. So I call back in, then they say the same thing. It doesn't show up. Just keep doing this and it does show up, but it's exhausting. So the most recent time they told me they'd make one (parm bites) and send it out I didn't bother calling back. I just used the dominos pizza insurance and got a free pizza. Maybe I should just stick with pick up. read more

On 8/13/26, I went to Dominos located at 4120 Chiles Rd-Unit B in Davis, Ca around 4:30pm. The visit started off positive and ended up very negative. I ordered a large thin crust pizza with green pepper, olives, beef and paid $15.00. I expressed disappointment with the amount of green pepper and the female said to me "really" when I said I want my money back. The male employee said the green pepper was "measured", which increased my disappointment. How do you "measure" green pepper? I told them I'm going to file a complaint about their rude attitude towards me. These yelp comments are just the beginning and I will be sending a complaint to the corporate office, which I have located. I don't recommend this rude location. read more

Had a sudden craving for pizza, and glad that there's a Domino's open nearby during 7/4. I checked on their website & they had a carryout deal, it was $8 for med 1 topping pizza which was not bad at all. I was especially curious to try their stuffed crust since I usually get that at another pizza chain back in Asia. Picked up my order, it was ready, hot, & fresh. I tried it right when I got home, honestly was quite impressed. The stuffed crust was filled with mozzarella & had a nice garlic seasoning dusted on the outside super flavorful. I went with the NY style crust, garlic parmesan sauce, and chicken topping. The chicken was definitely on the stingy side though, very small thin pieces, not a lot of them. Kinda disappointing for a protein topping. Also, kind of wild that they charge $1 for crushed red pepper packets now... I haven't had Domino's in a while so that was a surprise. read more

I tried placing a online order for a "special" being advertised. I had a difficult time ordering online due to being handicap. I called the Chiles rd. location. A nice woman answered explaining I couldn't have special offer and couldn't accommodate me, but try again or call back if I have more issues. So I called back and a lady named Adriana answered. I explained the problem. She was extremely rude and stated she couldn't accommodate me at all in her rude phone etiquette. I told her I would post a review on Yelp due to her rudeness. Since moving to South Davis last year, my bf and I have been ordering pizza to go from this Domino's. We have never had an issue until recently. When picking up, my bf mentioned how the workers typically are on their phone, don't greet him, and just look like they don't want to be there. Also, their pizzas have become poorly made. Today (2/20/25 @ 9:08pm) we ordered online using one of their coupons. Thought it was a great deal. When we got home, noticed just from the box the pizza looked different. We decided to still eat it because not all pizzas are made equally, right? Well... one thing for sure is that pizza should be cooked thoroughly! After a few bites I noticed the pizza was a little soggy. I removed some of the toppings and reached a layer that looked like melted cheese. Except it wasn't melted cheese.... It was undercooked/not cooked dough! My bf refused to believe it and continued eating his. I took an isolated bite of the stretchy white goo to confirm it wasn't cheese and sure enough it tasted like dough. Please hire better workers and train them better, Domino's. Which satisfied more than 4 peoples late night cravings. A normal meal at any restaurant is easily $13 per person. 5/5 because it was fast, tasted good, and only wasn't super delicious because I choose a bad combo. read more

I was a little weary about going to dominos in general just because i've had such bad experiences. However it was my first time at this location and it's under new ownership apparently as well -- don't know if it's new management or this location but the pizza and garlic bread knots with marinara dip was amazing. It's so buttery and soft, really good. The store was clean and nice looking, the service was great too. The gentleman at the register was friendly and the workers seemed nice too. Def going back 10/10 read more

Good place good service, but be sure to check your food before you leave the shop, they might make a mistakes, but once you pointed out, they will make you a new one right away and you can keep the old one, basically you can get it for free if they make a mistake. read more

Came in to order a pizza and Buffalo wings. After paying, guy follows me outside to tell me they don't have some of the ingredients for the pizza I ordered. I ask to see if I'll still be charged the same and he told me yes, so I decide to have him correct it but decide last minute to just keep the charge because this sounds like it's going to be complicated for maybe a dollar or two difference, not worth my time because I'm starving. I come back 10-15 mins later to pick up my order and they tell me my food isn't ready because the guy refunded me. Instead of calling me on my phone on a number they collected from me to tell me there was an issue, or go outside to look for me in the parking lot which was fairly empty (re:2-3cars in the immediate vicinity), OR FOLLOW ME OUT AGAIN, they waited to tell me the issue when I come back inside to pick up my food which was told to me will be ready in 10-15 minutes. At the bare minimum, make the order so that payment can be fixed when the food is picked up. Obviously, I understand this place is busy and they're amazingly understaffed and probably underpaid, so as a result I am eating Little Caesar's pizza because at least they don't have a problem with running businesses. I'll buy my wings from Fire Wings, later, too. Stay away from this place unless you don't mind having low confidence in accuracy or speed or expect some problem solving skills if something does arise. read more

I ordered an Hawaiin pizza and a bbq chicken pizza for carry out. I also ordered the Parmesan garlic wings. I asked for the sauces for the wings and was charged even though I thought it included the sauces. When I got home, I realized both pizzas were incorrect (Hawaiin had veggies including a bunch of spinach under all the greasy cheese) and the Bbq chicken pizza was actually the Memphis pizza. The cheese appeared to coagulate and it was so disgusting that my family and I couldn't even finish a slice. The Parmesan garlic wings looked nothing like the picture and the sauce had pooled in the middle and looked like glue drizzled on the wings. I will never order from this dominos again. Either I ordered poorly (very likely) or their prices have gone way up. I ordered a large pizza for delivery and it was over $20 and not that large. I was expecting Dominos to be cheaper. On the flipside, the pizza was higher quality than I expected. I was suprised though that the delivery person knocked on the door and had us sign the receipt during the Covid shelter in place. Update: I called and they're sending a driver to reimburse the overage charges. The lady on the phone was very nice about it. Still I don't think this mistake should have happened but I appreciate the gesture. This morning I checked my bank account and found that domino's overcharged me on my delivery order for TWO ITEMS!!! They doubled the amount of my tip without my authorization. I had clearly written the tip. I'm very upset. Ethically this is a dishonest business practice. I've lived in Davis for 20-plus years I've had plenty of pizza I worked in a pizza place for probably 10 years between high-school and College and I've got to say this Dominos makes a good product. There pan pizza when you ask for it well done is incredibly awesome for the price and I can be pretty picky about pizza. Hope they keep up the good work. Never been to a Dominos like this. There was a lot of in restaurant seating. All the other Dominos I have been to are just pick up. I love the idea, but it is an odd location for this setup. It is off the freeway surrounded by car lots. A bit out of the way, but I like how there are seating options. I just picked up a pizza. There was a lot of staff. Terrible pizza and service. I ordered ahead online to save time, but when I got there it took 15 minutes for them to give me my pizza. When i got it it was undercooked and had PATCHES of missing cheese. I asked them to remake it and it took another 20 minutes of waiting. Once again, there were missing patches of cheese. I did not want to wait any longer for them to remake it again, so I just left with the pizza they gave me. I ordered pizza for delivery and the app said my pizzas were delivered. Come outside and there was nothing to be found. I spoke to JOHN "the supervisor" and he was unacceptably and extremely rude to me. He implied I was lying about my order being delivered, argued on the phone with me, as well as spoke condescendingly to me. John continued to mumble under his breath and sigh loudly in frustration when I was trying to see where my order was. He even mentioned that his driver delivered it because the driver was sure there was a doordash order on the porch implying that I am lying to get something free. Come to find out his driver had it the whole time when he double verified. This is after John got into a huge argument with me. This is the worst experience I've had at Domino's and I regret getting pizza from here. John needs to seriously work on his communication skills and managing his emotions ESPECIALLY when talking to customers. read more
