I ordered their cheesy bread tonight, and besides the fact that it took twice as long as any other Doninos I've ever ordered from, my food is raw. The dough is very doughy and very clearly raw. The cheese isn't even melted all the way. For obvious reason, I can't eat this. I used to work at Dominos and we would never ever send this out. I felt like delivery took forever considering it's 0.5 miles, but hey maybe I'm not the only one ordering pizza! None the less the pizza smells great, the app makes it easy to order and track, the delivery dude was pleasant and they were open late! God bless America. When in Alabama there is not much open past 8 p.m. for anyone who is traveling like we are in these neck or the woods... We are from Miami and staying in Fairfield inn and suits so heads up if your out late psssh eat early. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Made my order online there was no place to make notes for my allergy concerns nor my substitutions needed. I called to have them to have them change their gloves and to make my wings all flats and they said no like what?!? They would not make my order the way I wanted it. I've ordered delivery from this location multiple times with no issues. Logged in tonight and placed an order for delivery and was contacted after it stated my order was in quality control . The person contacting me stated that my home was outside of their delivery area . I told him that I've received multiple deliveries from this location and he stated that it was a mistake . I asked how they could make that mistake multiple times and all he had to say was sorry you're outside our delivery area . I asked to speak to someone in management and he stated he was the general manager . Very rude and offered no compensation other than sorry . He also said it wasn't his fault that it's allowed me to order online multiple times for delivery . This location is 6 MILES away from me !!! It's been years since I tried Domino's Pizza! I was delighted on the friendly and quick delivery service. The pizza was very warm and crisp when I received it and delicious. The flavors were very good and the meats and veggies on the Brooklyn style tasted fresh and good. I think I would have liked a little more cheese, but was still good as is. I ordered 3 pizzas and an order of cheese bread to be delivered. They brought them and when I opened the pizzas I found one was completely wrong. It was supposed to be sausage and the gave me a chicken pizza. I called the store and was told they would remake the whole order but I had to come pick it up. When I got there they gave me 2 fresh pizzas but gave me one pizza and the cheese bread that I brought back. When I asked the y said no we were just remaking the incorrect one. The short bald dude that worked here in December 2022 has a major chip on his shoulder. I think he's the manager. Rude for absolutely no reason. Hostile demeanor. No clue what his problem is but he might just be mad about being short bald and working at dominos in his late 30's. When I told a coworker about it they knew exactly who I was talking about and had the same experience. Plus he didn't make my pizza right so there's that. I just spoke to and dealt with a complete moron from Dominos. I called the number the only number Maria that was listed and tried to place an order over the phone. Apparently their phone system isn't working because it went straight to the store and the gas it's all you've got a call the call center how are you gonna call the call center when the only number listed as a number that comes right to you? Rude like he couldn't answer that so he said well I'll just take your order so when I began to ask him about the specials he said we don't have any specials on the phone you have to call the call center or order on the Internet. There again if you can't call the call center how are you supposed to call the call center to make an order with the call center when the only number coming up is his number? Dominos can keep their Peter I'm not begging anybody to sell me their damn pizza I would not recommend doing business with this location in Daphne Alabama. read more

So disappointed in Domino's Pizza . we order there on a daily basis almost and about two months ago we ordered our pizza and it said delivered and 45 minutes later we still did not receive it we tried to call and call and call and no answer . finally we drove up to Domino's and when we walked into the restaurant there were employees in the back dancing around to loud music and when I spoke to the manager she said that if they're busy it's their protocol not to answer the phones when I explained about my pizza the two delivery drivers said that they did not have it and left . The manager went outside and asked them to recheck to make sure they did not have it one of the drivers name Dylan said that he was not going back in to check it and just got in his car and left . we went home and sure enough one of the drivers pulled up and delivered our pizza . So they did have it all along I went in a day or two later to speak with the store manager and he was rude and proceeded to tell me that yes that is correct they do not answer the phones if they are busy. I asked well what if a customer is trying to call about their pizza because it's wrong or never got delivered and he said he did not have an answer for that . I requested the number to corporate or the District manager but he refused to give me the information and said that he will take my number and have him call me . It's been weeks and I have not heard from anyone. being that Dominos is the only Pizza place in this area that delivers to our house without door Dash we left it alone and continued to order from them . every time after that we have gotten bad service , pizzas not being delivered for hour and a half and receiving them cold . today we ordered a pizza again and sure enough it took an hour and 15 minutes to get the pizza after the app had said that it was already out for delivery and again our pizza is cold . we have never experienced this kind of troubles with any dominoes before this one the customer service at this location is horrible. If corporate happens to see this review I would love to speak with someone there. I hope that no one else has to deal with this kind of trouble. read more

The hubs and I were simply exhausted and didn't feel like cooking or picking up dinner tonight. There are no mom & pop pizza joints that deliver anymore, so we ended up calling Dominos. We asked about specials and the guy who answered told us they offered two large 2 topping pizzas for $10. We ordered that along with an 8 piece order of wings and a 2 liter Dr Pepper. The total was $36, before tip. The pizza arrived quickly. We were honestly surprised when the driver pulled up. That earned an extra star. The pizza and wings were really only worth 2 stars. I mean, it's Dominos. It's mediocre pizza and wings and certainly not worth $36. read more

If there were negative stars for this establishment they would receive a -10! There is NO customer service to speak of- I order two large pizzas and the brownie desserts at 6:01PM received ice cold pizzas 2 hours later!! Now you are probably saying why didn't I cancel the order? I tried but I was told it was on the way and the app's time was off-ok I'll wait-apparently another 30 mins. Received the pizzas at 7:48PM-ice brick cold- I am talking possibly yesterdays pizza- the pizzas we not only sitting on top of something in the passenger seat but not even in the warmer they speak so highly about- I called them and expressed that the pizzas cold as ice and I was told to call back this morning and inform the manager. So I called this morning at 10:16AM and the worker -apparently hating her job with every ounce of her being-told me I could have put the pizzas in the oven and warmed them up-um excuse me? I asked to speak to the manager and she told me "No, you got your pizzas, you ate the pizzas no refunds" and promptly hung up on me. I did NOT eat the cold pizza by the way-it looked gross. I called back and got the morning shift manager who then informed he could nothing to help me I needed to speak to the evening manager who comes in at 3pm-WOW are you kidding me-no wonder they are now extending "we'll make it right' I would also like to state the time of the delivery honestly wasn't the issue we were happy we received them by this time we were starving, BUT then be given cold pizza? I placed a $145 order for Dominos Pizza Daphne, AL and went to pick it up thinking I'd have curbside pickup. I didn't have the option on the Pizza tracker to notify them "I'm Here" so had to go inside. I had already paid for it and I asked the guy to help me carry it out because it was a large order which he did. I got home and unloaded and realized they didn't give me the 2 salads and ranch as well as all the sauces for our wings. I called and talked to MATT, the manager, and he offered a store credit which I didn't want. After telling him I was not happy about only being able to get any refund he had the audacity to tell me "well we helped you carry it out and we didn't get a tip out of it so it really wasn't worth it to us anyway". So after Dominos is offering curbside delivery included in your order this guy tells me that they had to carry it out and holds the fact that I didn't tip anyone (who tips Domino's, McDonalds, or any fast food joint) and tells me my $145 order wasn't worth it to them? I asked for the store manager and he said he was the manager so I asked who the store owner was and he hung up on me. Really, Domino's??? Your manager tells a customer their order want worth it to them?? That's unacceptable to treat your customers that way. It's not the items I'm so upset about, it's the attitude your manager had about my business not being worth it to him and his team. This has got to be by far the worst dominos I have ever had the displeasure of ordering food at. Customer service is horrendous and common sense is not common. It started with our online order erroring out which obviously is not the store's fault, but when we called for assistance they did not offer to take our order or verify that the order came in. Their only response was that they have nothing to do with the website. So I put in the order via phone and within less than 5 minutes of getting off the phone, my order shows up. Now I'm thinking there is no way that this is the order I just put in via phone call, so I call the store back from my mother's phone and since the number is different I could not possibly be the person who put in the order so like I said no common sense. A few minutes later the manager calls my phone and proceeds to tell me that it's my fault and that I need to call from the phone that put in the order. She says that the second order is already on the way and there is no way to contact the driver. (Seriously? 2020 and there is no way to contact your drivers once they are on the road?) So then she proceeds to tell me that I need to turn the driver around and make sure that he sends the food back or I won't get my money back. Fine, I'm not an idiot so I wasn't planning on keeping the food and expecting a refund. But to top all this off, they didn't even get the original order right. I order bacon jalapeño cheesy bread and in the order of cheesy bread that I received there was not a single piece of bacon or a jalapeño to be found. I got exactly what I ordered within 30 min. Loved that. I would like to see a supreme cheese pizza on the menu. I love a pizza that has dollops of ricotta, dollops of cream cheese, spinach, onions, tomato slices (very thin) then covered in a 4 cheese blend. I would be in heaven. read more

Im sitting here enjoying my dominos pizza two hours after ordering it. All I can say is im glad their delivery guys are not ambulance drivers or most people wouldnt make it to the hospital on time. The pizza was good, tasted excellent, but I wouldnt suggest delivery if your outside a three mile radius of their location, because we are three and a half miles and it took a little over two hours. read more

I will NEVER order here again. First off lady taking order could not hear and I had to keep repeating absolutely everything I said. Should have hung up then. Then when order arrived it was luke warm and they forgot 3 of our salads and gave us a Diet Coke instead of a Coke Zero. I am a very patient person of mistakes seeing I am a business owner myself but then the guy went back to get the salads and only brought me 2. I told him to forget it after that and I called the manager to get refunded for the salad. She told me she couldn't refund me my money and would give me a credit instead. I told her I would never order from here again and instead my credit would be this review. Save your time, patience, and money and order Pizza Hut.
