Domino's Pizza is the absolute best! You get your food very quickly, along with excellent service from the workers. When you walk in, they have a TV listing if the order is ready or not. I definitely recommend this place for pizza! read more

It's dominos and was very happy with my pickup order. Food was promptly ready with the tracker and the curbside pickup was super easy. Push " I'm here" ... pizzas came right out! Most efficient process for pickup I have seen. read more

Domino's Pizza - Curbside pickup- was a breeze - Pizza Near Me - Crystal Lake, Illinois

The worst domino's order ever!! I ordered 1 Medium pizza stuffed crust ham and pepperoni ... it's thinner than paper and floppy, only cut a few inches in on each slice the entire middle was it's own slice and not a single slice was even close to the same size and if all that wasn't bad enough my pizza had extra random toppings and since im allergic to onions I can't even attempt to eat this horrifying pizza because I can't trust there isn't a random onion like the pineapple I found or jalapeño or green pepper. I'D BE EMBARRASSED TO OWN THIS DOMINO'S !!! read more

Hair got in my pizza. Disgusting. App asked if Allan did a good job. I left same message on their app. Allan needs to wear a hair net.

I really wish I could give them 4 stars, because our order is always delivered by a friendly employee and arrives timely but due to the lack of consistency, I can only give them two. We order dominos more than we should. The prices are reasonable, fast delivery, and feeds the neighborhood kids after a long day of playing with my twins. Two stars because their pizzas are poorly cooked, often, over cooked and dry. Disappointing. read more

Called and ordered for pick up. Typical dominos tangy sauce! Perfect for a rain delay Irish game . Ordered thru the app, Walked in and they handed me my pizza! read more

I ordered two pan pizzas today 10/23/23, and they were exceptional! Much better than the location we usually order from.

Don't recommend coming to this location. The manager named Allan is always very rude to customers and doesn't even treat his fellow employees with respect from what I've seen. Store is always very dirty and smells of marijuana. Workers should not be doing drugs while working. read more

My daughter was sick and I ordered a pizza for delivery because I couldn't go and pick it up. Pizza was hot and delicious. It was on time and delivered quickly. We have ordered from here before and they have always had great prices, great customer service and amazing pizza. Not much more I can ask for! read more

A driver from this location tried to run me off the road as I was obeying the posted speed limit . Apparently driving down Barlina and not doing 50 was not acceptable for one of their delivery drivers. They went around me on a two way street where many people including their families walk , ride their bikes, and walk their dogs. Called and spoke to the manager and reported them. read more

Thank you to the staff at Domino's for thinking of your local healthcare workers!! What a thoughtful and great surprise!! We appreciated it greatly!! read more

Tried to order for a party told 2 pound sand , sad as it was my daughter's birthday !

They delivered an hour late. I repeat an hour late. They mentioned they were short staffed ( why take orders in the first place ). The delivery guy was incredibly rude. I called them ( three times over the course of the order - order #1332 ) and they said "okay" over the phone. I hope people like these run off of business. They don't deserve our business. The delivery guy must be dealt with (i am sure he wont be). I regret tipping him. I hope dominos decides to only offer franchise to people who can handle it. read more

Probably don't go here. I saw a kid making pizza digging in his nose for "extra toppings". Gross to say the least.

A couple of months ago, I put in a large online order to be delivered to my workplace. After a few meetings, I received a phone call out of the blue from the manager. Apparently, my workplace has a discount deal set up with this location and he called to say that he was going to refund my money and then charge the discounted rate. Well, it cut the cost by over half the original cost! I was very impressed by this level of customer care. The pizza is Domino's and what you would come to expect, but their recipe has improved over the years. Quick and easy ordering for large groups. I guess you can also text your order... what will they think of next?! read more

This place is beyond disgusting And doesn't deserve no business!!! I repeat no business! i ordered a pizza on 11/27/2021 and the minute I tried to take a piece of the pizza I had hair in my pizza So I didn't eat the pizza at all. I called and complain and I got credit Only because when I picked it up they charged Me for someone elses order! So I had to get story credit witch I didnt Want to because that hair got me disgusted and thinking the worst On how unsanitary they are But I said fuck it got the credit. Then I order pizza again 12/3/2021 Found fucking hair again but in my cheese bread! Like these people are honestly sooo fucking disgusting and need to wear hair nets Bc these people dont. I hope they run out of business because I had this happened twice They will never get my service again. I wish I can upload pictures but it's not letting me so be careful and look at your food before eating. Have a good day read more

I used to order pasta primavera when my family opted for pizza. It used to be about what you see in the picture, but the last two orders the portion I got was like a leftover portion. The pasta was just one layer with not more than 5 pieces of spinaches and thin slices mushroom probably three, I could even see the base of the aluminum bowl under the food to be honest. After few months, I ordered the pasta primavera again, it's the same. I get it that things are getting expensive, but the first happening was even before gas and inflation skyrocketing. It was just penne pasta with a few spinaches, tomato and mushroom. For 6-7 bucks plus tax, it was really ridiculous when the food didn't even cover the bowl's base. I guess, no more pasta primavera from this place, or maybe I should check out different locations. read more

Both the Maneger and the employee were awesome !! If I remember correctly their names both were Dan

Awesome pizzas. As always love the garlic crust. Keep up the good work. Our delivery guy was very polite and very quick. read more

Love ordering from this dominos online! They have really stepped up their game! You can track your order throughout the whole process. They also offer so much more than pizza! We always get the bacon chicken bites and just tried the Parmesan bread twists (delicious!). If you live in the area it's worth giving it a try! Delivery is fast and the delivery guy, Andrew, is always super friendly!!! read more

Liz you the real M.V.P. She saved me half the price by placing a coupon on my carry out order. I didn't know there was even a coupon for half the price of a large pizza with 3 toppings. Anyways, she saved me money so instead of paying $16 something, I ended up paying $8 something. Shout out to Liz though! read more

Ordered online. Smooth experience. Black Friday coupons brought some 1/2 price pizzas to the house. Liz made an exceptional medium sausage and pep! 2 actually. Might need her to cook a private dinner for friends and family next time. Food Network anyone! And Derrick "domino" was Jimmy Johns fast. Career change? I hope not. Friendly and got the job done. Call or place an order online today. You won't regret it! read more

Domino's Pizza - a slice of pizza being lifted by a pizza cutter - Pizza Near Me - Crystal Lake, Illinois

I had this pizza a few months ago out of necessity because of a time crunch. I order delivery online and had it in less that 25 minutes. For chain pizza they are really doing a good job of offering different types of sauces and crusts to provide variety. The pizza was very well prepared with a tasty Parmesan crust and good sauce to cheese ration. A definite choice if you cannot go with any of the local pizza places that are not chains. read more

Told me their carry out was closed at 11 but they could still deliver. Have never encountered this at any other dominos location. I believe they wanted to force me into having to pay for delivery. read more

Never again the pizza was dry we ordered thin crust the meat was overcooked on top of the cheese that was hardly there .I think they forgot to put the sauce on because there was nothing on there. We just wanted to try the pizza and like I said never again read more

Good pizza and good food service. I ordered 7 pizza's and sides and it was all set in 20 minutes despite it being busy. Dominos had 8 employees behind the counter hustling to meet the demands of each order. read more

I placed an online order and messed it up, ordering pretty much the opposite of what I wanted. I couldn't believe that when I called and complained they wouldn't send me a new order for free! read more

Amazing service! I usually get pizza delivered but last Friday I decided to do pickup but was new at the safe distance process. A young man was walking by with the car signs in hand and he could have been ending a shift I think but he so kindly asked if I was there for pick up. He went in to let his coworkers know I was there even before I signed in. Of course I still signed in but I thought that was so friendly. Another young guy brought my order out and placed it perfectly in my trunk so that the boxes didn't slide around or fall over. The food (pizza, a pasta bowl, wings, and brownies) was made exactly how I wanted and it couldn't have been better. This location is so friendly I wish the app had an option to go back in and add a tip. I didn't know what to expect for this kind of pick up but I'll be ready next time! Highly recommend this location, food was made fast but tasted so good! read more

We ordered s large pepperoni, sausage and mushroom thin crust pizza on New Years Eve. It was terrible. It took an hour. The pizza was cold. All the sausage had rolled off the pizza and was on the side of the box. The pizza wasn't cut. I had to get my pizza cutter to cut a slice. It was $28. What a terrible experience. I thought they were trying to up their game. Lousy, we ended up trashing half of it. If your going to spend $28 for pizza get something worth it other than Dominos. read more

I have to say I am highly impressed with the food quality that Domino's has transformed over the past few years from going from being awful pizza to a pretty decent pizza for the price. However my review is not going to be about the food. The other day I was driving down Route 14 when I see a car speed up and ride on the bumper of my vehicle...the car was a silver Nissan with a Domino's delivery light on top of it indicating that obviously it was a Domino's employee. I was going 5 to 10 over the speed limit at the time and this vehicle is still riding on my rear bumper so close that if I stopped he would easily hit me... Due to traffic I had to slow down and obviously the delivery driver was so upset with that that he sped around me to cut me off and as he cut me off he gave me a very dirty look. If you're representing a business on your vehicle , you need to have better etiquette than that...I thought that was so unprofessional...especially since I order dominoes about once a week during busy work weeks. I get it that your teenager I need to make a buck and this is your job but you need to be extra careful on the road since you're representing a company on your vehicle I thought that was unprofessional... I always see these delivery drivers on their phones as well... just because you're delivering a pizza doesn't mean you don't have to obey the traffic laws. Due to the incident explained above, I think I will start ordering Papa John's because at least their delivery drivers have been respectful read more
