Domino's, What Happened to Quality Control? I have to say, I was really disappointed with my pizza this time around. Now, I enjoy a good thin-crust pizza, and I certainly appreciate a little crispiness, but there's a big difference between crispy and downright BURNT! Unfortunately, this pizza crossed that line. The crust wasn't just overly crispy; parts of the actual pizza bread were burned as well. At one point, I honestly questioned whether I should even be eating it. That's not exactly the thought you want running through your mind when you're looking forward to dinner! To be fair, the staff seemed pleasant and friendly, so I have no complaints about their attitude or customer service. My issue is strictly with the quality of the food. Someone should have looked at this pizza before boxing it up and realized it wasn't up to standard. But on the plus side, the place is very clean and nice. I was exhausted after a long day and simply didn't have the energy to drive back and complain. Instead, I found myself picking off the burned portions just to salvage what I could. And believe me, I'm not someone who enjoys complaining, but when you're paying good money for food, you should receive something that's properly prepared. I understand that mistakes happen, especially during busy hours. However, quality control should never take a back seat to getting orders out the door. I placed an order for pick-up and was given an estimated time of 7:10 PM, which was fine. I ordered a veggie pizza, stuffed cheesy bread, and a couple of marinara dips. When I got home and opened the pizza box, I discovered it was a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms instead of the veggie pizza I ordered. The cheesy bread was also much oilier and greasier than the usual texture, which was disappointing. I drove back to the store and requested a remake since the pizza was incorrect. They did remake it, but it was still disappointing to see how disorganized the store seemed with its orders. read more

Only dominos that is consistent and has always managed to get my order correct ! The guys on staff were friendly and helpful while cashing out 2 orders. I know my pizza will always look good !!! I will say, I did drop the pizza BUT the fact in still is very much intact says a lot about the cheese in my opinion ! read more

This review concerns the Dominoes at 5016 S Pulaski Rd in Chicago. I purchased two, hand tossed, pan pizzas a few weeks ago. I have ordered them from this establishment several times. However, this time they were void of sauce, and had little cheese leaving them with little taste to the point that my grandchildren wouldn't even eat them. I called the store where I got them, but they never answered their phone. I contacted Domino customer service, and was given a case number, and told that the owner of the store would contact me. That was over three weeks ago, and still nothing. I contacted corporate, and shared my concern, but they haven't done anything about it either. The company motto " if we make a mistake, we fix it, " is bologna! Obviously, they don't care about their customer relationships, so I have moved on to another pizza restaurant. 5008 N pulaski location. Worst food i've ever ordered . The cheesesteak is easily the worst item any restaurant has every offered. It was the ultimate insult. No meat, no cheese and tasted like an air sandwich. The Wings were a complete joke , undercooked and just awful. The pizza was the worst pizza i've had in my adult life. The sauce tasted like tomato paste right out of the can and the cheese didn't even taste like cheese. The sausage was something i wouldn't serve to my enemy. My cousin and I went to get food after school. We ordered some pasta with ham and chicken and some pepperoni cheesy bread. THEY FORGOT THE PEPPERONI!! The pasta was dry and that chicken was over salted and not fully cooked. read more

I went in to buy pizza. Waited 40 freaking minutes even though I was sitting right in front of them then they told me they FORGOT about my order. Then they blamed it on being busy. Sitting 40 minutes waiting I witnessed how rude the employees are to their customers. My brother who was with me after 40 minutes requested a refund and that's when they FINALLY had out order ready. The guy working said it takes 25 minutes for the pizza to cook. That still doesn't justify the 15 other minutes ya waiting for nothing. Such a waste of time and money. read more

I've always ordered for delivery from this location and today I guess they decided they don't deliver to my area anymore and claimed they've never delivered by me. I spoke to the manager and apparently there's no history of deliveries to my address which I call complete BULLSHIT because how many other dominos are by curie high school? This is an on going issue with this particular Domino's location!!!!!! I order delivery and pay the delivery fee for a reason!!!! Stop forgetting my sauces that I paid for and then get an attitude when I call to let them know they forgot them. I can't enjoy my cheesy bread with no sauce (that I paid for) and on top of that I have to DRIVE there to get my sauces when I PAID for delivery and tipped the driver. I always order from here when I am craving pizza. Order online to get the best deals..Out of all the pizzerias near my area this one takes the prize in arriving to my house the fastest!..Their delivery system never fails to let me down oppose to their other competitors who take 5 hours for a delivery. They deliver late as 12am-1am..The food itself tastes great..try the buffalo chicken sandwich with bleu cheese or spinach and feta cheesy bread....as far as pizza i don't get too creative i either order reg garlic crust with pepperoni and salami, or a thin crust with bbq sauce instead of marinara topped with cheese and chicken strips.. big ups to management for having a good team, even when i do carry out they are always friendly and attentive..my family always ordered Pizza Hut, now I convinced them to order through this Dominos location read more

Not the greatest tasting pizza in Chicago but it's the best of the top three pizza chains. They are always quick with delivery. 50% of the time they forget the dipping sauce. All in all good food and quick. read more

DISGUSTING! I just ordered a pizza and it came along with a LONG ASS HAIR! I called to complain and the guy who answered me starts laughing in the background hands over the phone to the "manager" she's giggling while I'm letting her know this issue. According to her it's NOT A REQUIREMENT TO WEAR A HAIR NET. In my opinion it should so this type of problem is avoided! So I put the long hair in the ziplock bag with a note "here is your hair back, to the manager" the delivery guy brings me a new pizza I hand him the bag and he starts inspecting the hair!!!! Always order through the app! 45 min after I was notified that our delivery was on its way, I chose to call the location and see what was the issue. A CRYSTAL answered and after inquiring and questioning what was the issue with delivery time. She sighed and then gave me attitude and some spiel about why it wasn't there and wouldn't be there still for awhile. Being on speaker and my family hearing the way I was spoken to, I held my composure; hung up to call and try again. I was put on hold instantly, then once she answered, I asked if she was the lady I just spoke with (although I already knew) and SHE DIDN'T EVEN RESPOND! I asked for the manager immediately and explained the situation, in which the manager MANNY calmed me down but almost was siding with her and trying to cover for her because when I asked for the lady's name, she said Im not sure who you spoke to! , (like theres 50 different girls just working phones) but none the less.
