South Riding location: the crust was dry and the pizza barely had any sauce. We paid for extra cheese but did not get it. We don't plan on going back. read more

Employee was extremely rude when we called the store after placing an order to let them to know that the address we had put in was off by one digit and was delivered to wrong address. They told us it was our fault and should have checked the address when the app glitched when I put in the address read more

BLUF: Used to love this location, but now this location and the other South Point location charge for sauces other than the tomato sauce. It's like $2 more, which is pretty pricey just to have a sauce you like. I understand upcharges for premium meats, but sauces aren't costly to make, especially in volume. But guess what...the Centreville location still allows you to choose your sauce without an upcharge. If it's not too much farther for you, I'd go there. read more

Canceled our order twice. The first time they claimed it was a glitch in their system and we should just reorder. The second time, they just canceled with no warning. STAY AWAY read more

This is the South Riding, Va location. Ordered the 'New' New York style. Almost choked it was so dry and not appealing to look at. Order 1 with mushroom/onion and the other plain cheese. Both were plain cheese. Not even worth my time to take it back and they're both in the trash; that's how bad they were. Thank goodness they were 50% off. The dog enjoyed some of the crust, don't know why, not like he's starving. I only went because the local Marco's closed. read more

ordered the New York style pizza and it did Not even have a New York style. Pizarro does not have good quality needs to improve. Tastes like frozen pizza. read more

They cancel orders for no good reason even with minimum tip for an order less than 3 miles away. To be fair also not entirely their fault because they have a shortage of drivers but they are selective with routes so stay away if you can not worth placing an online order and thinking your food is on the way and then seeing it was cancelled an hour and a half before closing.... read more

This Domino's has gone so down hill. While it used to be great, we have had an issue with the last 5 orders consistently. I'm just done with this franchise because the food comes out wrong, overcooked, whatever it may be. Not worth it. read more

We were in the mood for pizza and didn't feel like making it or driving far to get it, so here we are. Glad that this place is super close to home. Ordered online and our pizza and wings were ready in no time. I love the Domino's tracker, so you can see the stats of your pizza preparation. No, this isn't the best pizza out there or super authentic. They have a $8 large pizza w/ 3 toppings carryout deal going on which caught our attention. Our pizza came out nice and hot. There was a generous amount of toppings. The crust was buttery and garlicky, which is always a good thing. This Domino's is A-OK. read more

Domino's Pizza - a pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Chantilly, Virginia

They get 5 stars for customer service. And 2 stars for the crap pizza they shot me. I've never had an issue ordering here before. Honestly I was ready to resubmit the order as cash and then hand them back their artwork. They asked for a description so I told them they'll get it back and look on yelp. This is the only time this store has slipped up and sent me something that looked like garbage. I don't even want to keep it as free. It really looks like something you'd give for free or throw away. That's rubbish! They're sending pies out and I'll just snack on something until then (no not the pizza! Egh) Posting makeup pic read more

Domino's Pizza - You guys caption it. Ejaz made it, They're redoing the order as I paid for this and didn't fish it out of the rubbish bin. - Pizza Near Me - Chantilly, Virginia

Ordered a pizza, twisted bread, and two liter coke. Everything came out really good, the customer service was super respectful and nice. For a fast food chain, I think they're doing a really good job adhering to the rules and maintaining cleanliness while also distance. Do recommend. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life the manager on duty does not deserve to work there at ALL let alone manage anyone... I've never used yelp before but because of this horrible, rude and overall disgusting customer service I received today I decided to get it. I feel so bad for the employee I watched get emotionally abused please someone do something about the store on peacock market plaza for the sake of all customers and the employees :( read more

Sanjay is the most amazing manager of this Domino's! Not only do they make the best pizzas but they encourage the next generation of pizza makers! So very pleased with this Domino's and the quality of their service. Highly recommend! read more

Worst Dominos in the country, hands down. Took us 10 minutes to order two pizzas over the phone because the woman taking our order didn't speak English, then we were immediately called back to be told our order had been canceled because their driver had already left. When we offered to drive to the store to pick our pizzas up, they refused and then hung up on me. I called back 3 times, to which the manager, whose name I learned was Manesh, would answer and immediately hang up. This store should be shut down. Complete waste of time and horribly unprofessional. read more

Best fast food pizza place I've been to if you like garlic crust theirs tastes AMAZING the pizza and the wings together is delicious. If you like amazing pizza and other delicious foods go to dominos. My family enjoys pizza on a Friday night and with the convenient locations you can almost always have a dominos pizza. read more

Pizza took over 35 min, ordered car side, no one came even though the tracker said it was delivered. Had to go into the store, still was not ready. Asked for the free pizza which was promised, was told they couldn't (wouldn't)do anything, did not care at all and manager lied about their name. read more

They basically are a scam I ordered 1 pizza and a 8pc chicken nuggets for $5.99 each and they messed up my order and charged me only for the nuggets at $10.99 instead of $5.99 each. I could've had both my items for the same price. read more

I LOVE this dominos! The customer service is unbeatable. Very clean, staff is friendly, and accommodating. I'm used to the one on main street in Fairfax which is hard to beat ( 5 stars!!!!) but this one is right there behind it ( I've had my fair share of bad ones ) great job guys!!! Good pizza, great prices, can't complain. read more

*EDIT* Based on their customer service I am bumping up the review; I sent an email to the general customer service email and within a couple hours I had a case number and an email from the regional manager. Within the a couple hours of that I had the manager of the location I ordered from on the phone; he was very nice and very apologetic and genuine. He put 2 pizzas on my account that I can cash in anytime; I have had nothing but great customer service from Dominos over the years but I am especially please with this location now. read more

Decent pizza, pretty much what you'd expect from a dominos, but probably the best chain experience in the area minus Paisanos which is not national. Great crust, fast delivery time for lunch, and ina good location for a lot of the commercial office portions of Chantilly. read more

I've been here a few times for quick pizza. We ordered a three topping large. The pizza tasted great, but the toppings for a three topping pie were really kind of a joke. I don't expect mounds of toppings, but there are probably more bites with only 1 or no toppings than bites that have a combination of toppings. Very cheap and disappointing. See the pic. Just a small sprinkling of toppings. read more

My family and I have lived in south riding for years and this is still the only place we get pizza. It may be because my mom is a teacher and she gets discounts here as an educator, but we have never been disappointed with their food. We order via phone and it's always ready within 15 minutes. We've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for our order to be ready, unless we had a larger order. Their pizzas are always hot and fresh from the oven. Our favorites are the bbq chicken, spinach & feta, and Philly cheesesteak; and of course the regular pepperoni be supreme flavors. We used to also get their thin crust pizzas, but I don't believe they offer them anymore. I wish they still offered a garlic sauce with every pizza ordered. I believe they charge a small fee for it now. When were hungry we order the cinnastix, which is so good! read more

This location can never do anything right..order a pizza at 3:30 on a Wednesday. Show up at 3:54 pm and it's not in the oven yet. Phones aren't ringing, they aren't busy and they are all standing around. Ask for extra sauce..they don't know what that is! I can't be the only person in south riding that gets this awesome experience?! Save your sanity and find another place to go.. Pathetic management, pathetic employees..equals a pathetic product!! read more

3 stars is a good pizza for me. I only had a 5 star pizza once, because they actually put triple onion on. I was just tapping my keyboard for my health. I'm a first time buyer here. New to the hood. I always tip 5 bucks so hopefully I get TLC read more

Cashier was very rude and when I asked to order a special promotion they had at the time, all they said was "no" with a smirk and didn't offer an explanation. They give you very small amounts of toppings. Deliverys are usually on time and the pizza is still hot, so that's good. Wings are rubbery every time I order them so don't bother with those read more

A Big Shout-Out to Dominoes Pizza in Marshall, Texas! This Evening I picked up two delicious pizzas & on the drive Home a car drove across in front of me, causing me to hit the brakes hard & fast to prevent a collision.. One of my pizzas slid & hit the floor, the box bounced open, & one of my delicious pizzas filled the floor on the passenger side . . I remembered the televised advertisements that guaranteed the Customer's Domino Pizzas getting Home, so I called Dominoes in Marshall & asked if they honored the ad of their guarantee to their Customers of getting their Pizzas Home .. The Manager was very gracious & my Replacement Pizza was in the Oven when I arrived ... Thank you Dominoes Pizza in Marshall, Texas! Not only are your Pizzas THE Best - but your Customer Service far exceeds any other... And both Pizzas were Delicious! Thank you! read more

I don't know what the deal is with Domino's Pizza lately, but they have stepped up their game and in a big way. I acknowledge this is chain pizza and there is definitely other great local places in the area, but this review is based on a pizza chain. We had pizza from this location again last Saturday night and it was delivered fast and piping hot. Cheap prices, delivered fast and hot; what more could you ask for? It tasted fantastic too. Loving their new handmade pan, seriously good. Keep up the good work Domino's South Riding! read more

We have been loyal customers with this specific location for over a year. Me and my family have "Pizza Friday" and usually order the same thing. Tonight I switched it up, crust only, and unfortunately we were very disappointed. It arrived cold, the thin crust was decent but barely any toppings. Sauce was bare minimum and the overall flavor was not there. I wish the app let us rate the individual orders and not location as a whole, but I want the Manager on shift tonight (1/29) to know how a loyal customer wasn't impressed. Hoping our order next Friday is better... read more

BOOO! Delivers to all the neighborhoods around us and, if you mapquest, we are closer than some of the other neighborhoods now that braddock road is paved through. Wow. What has dominos done to there pizza? It tastes way better than what i remember from awhile ago.

There customer service is horrible. When you ask to speak to a manager they will put you on hold and then hang up on you. There estimated times are inaccurate to at least an hour.
