Okay.. We ordered pizza over phone. The guy sounded lazy, like he didn't want to take order. This was Monday evening, Aug 25th 2019. Ordered for pickup. Most people don't tip when they pick up their own food, but I was courteous enough to tip. We received pizza, and asked for some parmesan cheese. This guy says "it'll be $1.00". Well, u would hope he could just give to us after giving him a tip" and he tells us, we'll Dominoes will take out of my pay so I can't give you the cheese. Dude, we gave you a $5 tip. This clown wanted to argue back. Oh well. We will order again, but won't leave any tips. Lesson learned. It's $1. I get it. But we tipped him. We should have made him take it out of the tip we gave him. Most place would give you complimentary cheese or red pepper. read more

I ordered a pizza here. The online Order said 20-25 minutes. I waited an hour and no pizza. I called the store and he told me 3 different stories about my order. First off as a manager have some integrity and tell the TRUTH! Now we're going on 2 hours and no pizza delivered yet. I check the tracker and it says it was delivered 30 mins prior. I call the store and wait 15 minutes before someone answered. I said the tracker app says its was delivered but no pizza has been delivered. Told him to forget my order and to issue me a refund. Horrible!!! Do not order from them!! I do not exaggerate when I say my order has been wrong more than 15 times. My order is the simplest thing to! Hand toss cheese Normal cheese but extra sauce!!! That's it!!!!! They're rude! I stopped ordering from them for a while and just got a pizza today thinking maybe it'd be different nope. Got a pizza hand toss pep and sausage on the right and extra sauce and just regular cheese got it with pep on right and sausage on left then when I said it was wrong the guy ask what's wrong with it. I said look at the sticker what does it say. Clearly they're not even reading what the orders are. Then I get the remade pizza and they didn't cut it. I'm so done with ordering from dominoes. I'm usually very chill when it comes to complaining about stuff like this, having worked in the food service industry myself. However, if I could give this Domino's location and its manager, Issaiah 0 stars, I would. First off- Made a very simple order, a 2 topping medium pizza, plus a pasta in a dish at 10:24pm. Approximate delivery time was 25-35 minutes to the hotel I'm staying at. Now, I haven't eaten a single piece of food since nearly noon because I drove into town from St. Louis, so I was very excited to get some pizza. Around 11:00pm, I check the Domino's Tracker. To my surprise, it says that the order has already been delivered! I figured maybe the order went to the wrong room in the same hotel, or the driver was basically here already, so the manager on-site "clocked" him in. I give the store a call, and the gentleman, who I assume to be Issaiah, lets me know that the driver is only 10 minutes away, and that he apologizes because they're short-staffed tonight. I say no problem, and proceed to wait for 30 more minutes. Now I'm a little ticked off, because after doing some research, I do see that while SOME parts of the tracker is automated (the first couple of steps, order placed, prep, and bake, etc) the DELIVERY OUT and IN steps are most definitely NOT, as someone has to actually physically "clock out" and "clock in" each order. This means that someone (driver) checked OUT the order, and someone (usually the manager) checked IN the order. I don't mind an order being late, coming out wrong, or something happening during the entire process that causes something to go awry. However, LYING about something simple like this to (presumably) keep the store's delivery times low and store evaluation high shows deceitfulness and dishonesty on the store's part. Also sent in a feedback form to the corporate office as well. Driver just knocked on the door at 11:40pm and unfortunately had to turn him away as I've already asked for a refund (and confirmed by Issaiah) and didn't want the order. Will be keeping a close eye on my card statement to ensure that the refund is processed without issues. 1/5 stars. read more

This is an excellent local location for picking up some delicious pizza. I'm a huge fan of Domino's new recipe. We typically pick up a pizza from this location about 3 times a month. Their estimated wait times are typically spot on, pizza is always good. The pick-up lanes are confusing. And, the delivery drivers are sometimes blocking the way, which is annoying. I also had a problem recently where one of the delivery drivers was inside of the store loudly yelling obscenities to a co-worker. Which, my kids could loudly hear in the vehicle. However, for a quick bite, the 7.99 Pan Pizza is our favorite. read more

This dominos gets 3 stars from me. The service when placing an order is merely average at best even when the store isn't busy. The food is never bad, however, the toppings are hardly ever distributed evenly. Overall, I will not let this deter me from ordering here again or from recommending it to others. read more

They will make everything right, if something has ever been messed up with our orders they have been so accomadating! Issah is one of the friendliest managers we've ever dealt with in any store he should be very proud of his store! Also dominos shouldn't be worried about the customers who just write there reviews and didn't bother actually talking with the manager. He's been nothing but helpful every time even when he's only had one driver! read more

Rude employees who despite being told what you want on your pizza do not get the order right, forget to slice the pizza and then blame the customer when they fail to give the entire order to the customer. I'm done with this place. read more
