The place was very clean and organized as a restaurant should be. I recommend the Crawfish Monica, but if you like it light on the sauce you better request it because they drown the pasta with sauce. Just wish I would've checked my bag before heading home. But it was 5 minutes to 10:00 pm. It's a shame that I paid $9.00 for a whopper junior with 2 small onion rings and 1 piece of bacon. I understand that it's late, and fast food... but I'm also hospitality employee and this is just the result of "i dont care" attitudes when it comes down to it. After working for 12 hours serving, just wish the hospitality was reciprocated to me. It takes the same amount of time to do something right, then it does to do it wrong. Do better! MACDONALD 66140 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY…read moreMARRERO, LA 70072 Visit Details On September 5, 2026, at approximately 3:28 p.m., I visited this McDonald's restaurant and placed an order for two Kids No Salt Meals and one 10-piece McNuggets meal. Wait Time and Service Issue After ordering, I was asked to pull forward and wait for my food. While I waited, four vehicles behind me were also asked to park, but each of them received their meals before I did. I eventually got out of my car and went inside to ask about the delay. Condition of Order and Employee Response When I approached the counter, I was given my meals, but the fries were cold. When I complained, both the drive-thru employee and the employee preparing the meal responded with an unprofessional attitude. Resolution I left the restaurant with my meals at approximately 4:20 p.m. This was not my first experience with a long wait at this location, and as a result, I do not plan to return to this establishment.
