The local people are GREAT! Corporate: IT staff needs to test their website updates better before launch. Secondly, I've tried for over a year to get Domino's to add "Square Cut" as an option. It's no problem if you call the store so why not add it to the website? Thirdly, why, why and why must you sell 2-litre bottles for $2.49 and higher? It's a rip and you know it. Please lower the price of 2-litre beverages to something reasonable. Hopefully you've listened, bfd_2009 read more

I was told it was gonna be 30 minutes and it took them an hour (on one large cheese pizza) and then when I got it it looked like they took the receipt out their pocket and tossed it in the box. read more

I've been going here lately I usually get the stuffed cheesy bread well I went there today and ordered my usual stuffed cheesy bread and don't over cook it I got some bread with no cheese stuffed in it and raw dough with some cheese on the top and not even a lot of cheese on the top I knew I should've turned around when I didn't see the regular lady that has been there when I have went in the past read more

London! What a beautiful hard working employee, so kind. I watched him work so hard to make my food as well as he could...( I would figure this is going to be the best pizza I will ever eat.) I am thankful for such hard working people! read more

I ordered a medium sausage, pepper and onion pizza, chicken pasta, cheesy bread and cheese dip. it was ready in about 15 minutes and was fabulous! Good food and good service! Thank you!! read more

I just ordered pizza and it was made wrong they told me that they cannot put the meat underneath the cheese that they wouldn't know if it was cooked properly when pepperoni doesn't technically have to be cooked for the very long I know this cuz I work at a pizza place 2 so it's a bunch of BS the managers need to get the stick out of their as$ and figure it out! read more

We ordered a couple of pizzas from this location online we were told it would be an hour wait. So an hour and a half later we called to see when we would be receiving our pizzas. The girl who answered the phone said it would be at least another 45 minutes. I asked her why they weren't informing anyone and she said they didn't have time to call everyone. So I told her if our wait was now going to be 2 to 2 and a half hours I wanted to cancel my order. So she said with a snicker your going to have to wait 3 to 5 days to get your money back. I have to say at one time in my life that would have meant kids would have went without any dinner or we would have been at the mercy of when ever they decided to deliver the pizzas. The girl on the phone was very rude and dismissive. She said I would need to speak with Kevin. Well Kevin this is not the first time this has happened. You should have a way to shut down online ordering temporarily if you can't handle the orders. It would be the respectable thing to do instead of inconveniencing your customers by making them wait over two hours for there food or putting a hold on their money for 3 to 5 working days. read more

Pizza was very good! Cooked perfectly. Workers were very busy and still got to me quick. I would pick Dominos over alot of the surrounding Pizza Places. read more

Last two times we ordered pizza from John Casey location it was under cooked and greasy. Would not go there again. I don't need to vomit after eating slop like that. read more

I ordered a thin and crispy pizza with some cinnamon bread twists. Everything about the meal was a let down. The pizza was soggy in the middle and the bread twists were over cooked which caused the ends to be hard. Dominos has got to be the worst pizza chain, consistently bad. read more

if I could give this place 0 stars I would! the pizza tastes like burnt cardboard and there is 0 customer service. i received a order with hair in my pizza and was offered no apology no explanation. trust me don't go to this dominoes. they are horrible and you will be disappointed! also when I answered the door the delivery driver saw I was black living in a nice house and was very rude! read more

The food is decent. Although I wanted a pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese, as well meat under cheese. They gave me a normal pepperoni pizza. (Pepperoni on top and no extra cheese). I called and complained; the manager told me that the pepperoni has to be on top to know it's cooked. Which is not true. Also isn't always customers satisfaction? read more

Very fresh (black box label) hand made pizza. So delishhhhh ! I also love the remodel ! Nice and clean eating area as well as the bathroom. You can tell the staff wk hard @ this location. read more

I ordered two bread bowls with cheese on Friday night. I get home and realize there was no cheese on either bowl. I called the store and the lady was rude. She said she could remake the bowls but it would take 55 minutes. When I asked why it would take 55 minutes (when bread bowls never take longer than 20?) she replied "ummmm because it's Friday?" She said she could reimburse me but hung up without taking my address. Dominos food is fire but fuck that rude ass lady. read more

First time ordering domino's was tonight. I ordered on the app and was never sent a confirmation email or given a time my pizza would be ready. I tried to call three times and got no answer after waiting multiple minutes with just hearing ringing. When my husband and I went to pick up our pizza, they had written down that our order was complete but our food wasn't even made yet! We had to wait another 20 minutes and weren't offered any discount or refund even after we had already waited over an hour for our food. The staff wasn't very friendly. The only reason I gave two stars is because the food was very good once we finally got it. We probably won't order from Domino's again after tonight. read more

Probably the worst dominos I have ever been to. I ordered my food and I received the notification that my order was being made at 4:31 pm. Tell me why my order is just now being made at 4:56pm!!! While I'm sitting here with another customer who has been waiting for her order for at least half an hour, I see two workers in the whole cooking area working. There are two other workers that aren't even working. One is walking around the whole kitchen and freezer taking pictures on her phone laughing and joking with the others. The other seems to be the manager and keeps stopping to laugh and talk with the other employee who is taking pictures!! Wish I would have just gone to Papa Johns like I originally was going to!! read more

Ordered online with their app for curbside delivery. I went there and hit the I am here button in the app. It told me to turn on my hazard lights. I waited almost 30 minutes and finally when in and asked where is my pizza. The kid at the register had no mask on to start with. The place was filthy. Then he proceeded to yell at me " cant you see we are a little f***ing busy." I said I just want .y pizza. He asked my name and took it out of the warmer and then threw it at the counter. I said I don't want it now and asked for the manager. Another young man came from out back and instead of asking what the problem was or how he could possibly fix it. He just walked up and said we don't need any attitude and to get the f**k out of his store. He also was not wearing a mask. It is mediocre pizza at best. Then to be sworn at by two employees and to have my food thrown at me. Never again. I am done with Dominos forever. read more

Terrible slow service, the repeated excuse is short staffed. This place has been short staffed for years. Pay your workers more and maybe you would keep a staff. Took over 2 hrs to get my pizza. read more

If i could give this place a negative 10 i would. Staff is unprofessional. Ordered a large order of food about 140 dollars. And after waiting an hour and 30 min for delivery (hotel, 7 min away)as the website suggested, I tried calling them but was but on hold for 30 min. I decided to go to the dominos and pick up since it had been 2 hours and nothing. When I arrived I was told my order was canceled because it would take too long to make. I ordered 4 hours before closing time. I never got a call or email suggesting food order was cancelled. When i got there the guy making the pizzas was so rude and the supervisor that talked to me, for one minute....decided to hide in pack room/office. You could tell the people who work here are lazy and didn't want to be there. Save your money....and help local pizza places instead. I called monical's pizza cause we were desperate and although they were about to close gave me amazing service. monicals even gave me a discount and a free pizza!! DO NOT ORDER @ DOMINOS!!!! read more

This is pizza hut, so the pizza is just like pizza hut. There are few variables but this location works those variables in its favor. 1. The place is spotless. Theu must clean it hourly. I know from experience how cooking a thousand pizzas can trash a place. This place is spotless in the midst of a crazy Sunday night football pizza frenzy. 2. Staff dance around like the dancers at a Paul Dresser ensamble and seem never to slam into each other or get pissed. I find this entertaining it its own right. Lastly, and this is goung to sound picky....none of the pizzas I have ever gotten delivered from here have the cheese slid from the pizzas being carried at a slant. But everywhere else this happens sometimes. Like I said, it is a chain, so the little things count. That is why I will come here vs somewhere closer to my house. read more

Horrible service. Ordered pizza tonight for my family and after 30 minutes, tracker said it was still in prep mode. This has happened to us before and it took hours to get our food. Called the store and we were told it was a 2 hour wait. This is on a Monday night when there were no major football games on tv, etc. This store needs to get its act together. Time was wasted. Had to cancel order and go someone else. read more

I would have rated zero stars if I could. Jillion the manager is a poor excuse for a manager. First I showed up for a interview and ended up waiting on the manager almost 20 to 25 minutes. On the phone she asked me to bring my drivers license and insurance to which I brought was my bill with my insurance policy number on. Then she asked for my social security card witch I did not bring but would have if she told me too. Which she did not. I told her I would bring it back to her. Then she had me start filling out paper work and she left then came back and said that she did not want to waist my time that she already hired someone. I asked her then why did you have me come in? And why did I not get the job? She said I was rude. If any one was rude it was her. Then I leave the store and in the parking lot is one of the delivery drivers sitting in there car smoking and all laidback in the car. So that's what they want working for them. Nice. I'm glad I did not get hired. I would never want to work for a low life like you. Loser. read more

Ordered online and it said 45 minutes. After 1 hour my pizza hadn't even been prepped yet. Manager was more worried about the order for 45 pizzas. Cancelled my order, deleted the app and unsubscribed from all emails. Done with them! read more

Ordered a pizza on line, with a few other things. Payment method selected was pay at pickup. Wanted to use cash. The total cost was $29, I had a $20 and a $50. When I stopped to pick up my order it was ready and I gave the girl at the checkout the $50, then noticed the sign on the register that they weren't accepting $50 bills. She got the attention of the manager, who informed me that there would be an additional 15 minute wait since they didn't have change and pointed at the sign. I informed him that I didn't order at the sign, I ordered on line and there was no such notice on their website. My order remained on the counter for an extended time. After waiting for change for nearly ten minutes I went out to the car to discuss the situation with my wife. Decided that if they can't/won't break the 50 I would take it back and go elsewhere, but when I went back in they had the change. Got it home and the pizza was cold. Hard to believe that they didn't have $21 in the register especially with the volume of business they do. The pizza was correct so the workers got their part right, up to that point, but management appears to be less than customer oriented to say the least. No apology or anything, no manners at all. Not going back there. read more

After seeing on the pizza tracker that my pizza had been out of the oven for more than 20 minutes, I called to see why it hadn't be sent out for delivery. They informed me that it would be out in ten minutes, and to me as soon as they could after that. So, I was expected to pay full price for a pizza that was 45 minutes old by the time it got to me. I cancelled the order, but much to my surprise it showed up about an hour after my pizza was supposed to arrive. The driver assured me that they remade my order, and that it would be fresh. So, in a moment of weakness and hunger, I paid and tipped him. Man, do I ever regret giving that liar a tip. Neither of my pizzas were fresh, and the bread bites were junk. Will absolutely never order from here again. I expect shitty service when I order from a place like this, but this was atrocious. read more
