Horrible. The only thing worse than the pizza is the service. There are good options for pizza is Bonham so don't spend you $ on this trash

Last visit they neglected to check the order and give my daughter the two liter on the order So when she returned to the house i called in and told them it was missing. As we live well north of the location it would take more gas than it's worth to get the 2 liter they told me the missing 2 liter would be left on the account using my phone number as reference Today order pizza. For years hive gone to the Domino's in Bonham, Texas, ordered pizza and they would bring it to the car because I am handicapped and cannot carry a pizza and walk. I went inside on August 25 and ordered and paid for a pizza. I asked the kid at the counter if he would bring it to the car and he said "no, we don't have curbside delivery". He could SEE that I would not be able to carry a pizza to the car. I canceled the order and got a refund. What a little jackass. read more

Ordered 40 wings. Asked for 20 to be tossed in buffalo and the other 20 to be tossed in BBQ. I was told NO! I then instructed the "manager" to ring it up however he needed to but that I wanted it brought to me this way. The order was complete and they asked for my card information.....40 minutes later my $80 order was in my house but there was a problem. Instead of listening to me he decided to show off and deliver my order the way HE wanted to make it. I called and asked for him to come pick up his order so I could then go to Pizza Hut. He refused, told me "NOPE" , and that he wouldn't refund the order. I was forced to return the delivery myself. All I wanted was 1/2 BBQ and 1/2 buffalo. It's not rocket science. Now I'm done with dominos and looking forward to the new Pappa Johns coming to town. If they don't care about the customer then they don't care about the product. They must be trying a new order system where they send you to a call center fee rather than the actual Store. Waited for 10 min until I got to the call center where they couldn't complete my order becomes of a special request for extra cheese on an item that the phone operator didn't have an option for. Said they would transfer me directly to the store and after 10 more min of being on hold I finally hung up. Terrible customer service read more

This is a very busy location! The staff was organized, but the pizza orders were just flowing in like crazy! I assumed most were online orders as the phone was nonstop ringing with no one able to answer. Staff was apologetic about how long it took to get to me(a walk in) to take my order. I heard one staff member say to another" hey you're doing great, just take a breath!" Placed my order and was told it would be an hour before it was out. I returned in less than an hour and pizza was done! Just as I'd ordered! I'll be back, but might just order online next time! read more

The past 6 months this place has gone down hill bad!!! It takes forever to get your food if you want it delivered... up to 2 hours or so.. I have chosen to pick mine up and my food is cold and has not been correct... no sauce or very little in the wings..: the pasta is cold ..: people are rude! It will be a long while before I order again..: definitely not until they get a new manager. I used to spend $40 to $50 once or twice a a week there now I try it once a month and it just keeps getting worse! read more

I have ordered from this location for as long as I can remember, and I've never been disappointed. Yeah, they've forgotten a drink I've ordered, but we're all human, right? With the online tracker, and the killer customer service, (call the store while your tracker is active and talk to the people, it's all real, and very accurate) you really can't lose. My only complaint is that on my most recent delivery, I didn't have any cash on hand to tip the delivery woman, who arrived about 5 minutes after the tracker told me she was on her way. Sorry, Stacey, I'll get you next time! And Gregg, stay awesome, you guys are doing a great job. I understand the difficulty of constantly training new personnel, and the speed and efficiency you guys are maintaining is commendable. I hope your district/regional manager recognizes you all. Never be discouraged at customers that raise a huge stink over a small mistake, true potential will always be apparent to people who have been in your shoes; regardless of whether or not this particular restaurant is the most profitable in your region. (That's all your district/regional manager cares about ;P) Keep it up, let those new employees know that they are appreciated whether or not people take the time to say so. read more

Pretty disappointed. Tried out the closest hotspot delivery because we live too far to have it delivered. It said to be there between 1:30 and 1:40. They didn't get there until 2:00. I would have been better off just driving the extra 10 minutes to pick it up because it was so slow. When we ordered online, it gave us an address for the hotspot, and apparently, it wasn't the right address. The driver was irritated that the address was wrong and expressed that he doesn't like delivering to the hotspots. Too bad so sad. I wasn't exactly a fan either. Definitely won't be doing that again. I think we will stick with Pizza Hut from now on. read more

We order frequently from this location and the pizza always arrives hot and on time. They seldom make a mistake but tonight when I ordered I asked for (and was charged for) extra spinach on my grandson's spinach pizza. When the 6 pizzas we ordered arrived and we sat down to eat, this particular pizza had what appeared to be less than the usual amount of spinach, not extra. Very annoying as an extra ingredient/topping adds $1.25 to the cost of the pizza. Admittedly not a huge amount but annoying. We will continue to order from here as they are the only game in town but if someone else who delivers opens shop, we will definitely give them a whirl. Doesn't pay to take your customer base for granted. read more

The last 2 times I ordered from this location they forgot my drinks. The last time it took over 30 minutes for them to bring one back even though I stay only 5 minutes away. Both times I tipped $5 +2.50 delivery fee. I just placed a new order today without drinks and it will be without a tip as well. read more
