Waited over a half hour in drive through for a mobile order placed 15 minutes before arriving. Pizza was good. Never getting their wings again. They are actually disgusting. Very undercooked. Soft and chewy. read more

food has potential when it's done correctly. they have messed it up 6/5 times. drivers are incompetent when delivering, make pit stops and even deliver to the wrong address 3 times in one night. don't waste your time, spend your money elsewhere. read more

It is a 75/25 percent that you'll get your pizza made right and delivered on time. I had to get them to remake my order 3 times because the first two the driver dropped it off at the wrong address. Multiple times they forget to put the sauce on the pizza or the right toppings. If you want free pizza go here because it's a good chance they will remake your order. read more

The lady who was working that night was saying she couldn't remake the pizza, that she would give me a credit for a new pizza. When I went back, I asked for the inconvenience of coming back could I get a garlic sauce, and a lady, named Jessi, said that since I was getting a "free pizza", that I would have to pay for the sauce. I explained to her that it wasn't a free pizza because I couldn't even eat the pizza I had the first time, and it was a compensation of y'all's mistake. She kept going back to the same line of saying "well unfortunately, you'll have to pay for a sauce. It's $.83, do you want it or not?" read more

Wish there was a zero stars!!After calling in due to our pizza having no sauce.  We were told to come in & they would remake the pizza.   After about 20 minutes I was called back by an employee Jeffery & spoken to in the rudest & most unprofessional way possible.  He told me they were not remaking the pizza & I could get over it & proceeded to hang the phone up! We called back & spoke to the manager Tracy & we were greeted with the same unbelievable disrespectful tone & language! 30+ years as a Dominos customer, NEVER AGAIN!  Tracy & JEFFERY will never be forgotten for the worst customer service skills I've experienced in 42 years .... Domino's Pizza - a pepperoni and cheese pizza - Pizza Near Me - Boiling Springs, South Carolina

The food has always been good from here so the 1 Star does not reflect the food. However, let me break this down for y'all. I was notified by the dominos tracker my order was ready so I go to the drive thru and tell the lady on picking up for "Matt" and also gave my last name. She goes to get my order. A few minutes later she returns without my order and asks what I ordered. She goes back again and starts labeling pizza boxes and acts as if I'm not waiting anymore. Finally nearly 10 minutes later she returns and she said sorry she's looking for my order. I asked "did you lose it?" She said "no, what is the name again?" Once again I tell her my first and last name and she disappears again. She returns with my order and says "oh sorry it was under Matthew not Matt but same last name...". Seriously can someone be that dumb they don't know Matt is short for Matthew, especially if the LAST NAME is the same??? I try to never judge people, but this generation of kids is lacking a few brain cells to say the least. Get it together with the people y'all hire dominos! *Update* once I got home I realized they forgot my Mariana sauce for my cheesy bread... needless to say I am not impressed tonight! read more

Terrible pizza. Ordered 5 large and all were horrible. Not hot, barely any sauce..tasted like they were old.

I have had several less than stellar interactions with this business so far. The first odd experience was with a delivery driver bringing my pizza. I paid online with my credit card through the Ap as normal. When the driver arrived he gave me the pizza, everything seemed normal. The driver then gave me a hand written scrap of paper with an amount scribbled on it and asked me to sign it. It didn't have anything about pizza, or Domino's, or anything official. Just a here sign this scrap of paper. I told him I couldn't sign that... Several hours later he brought back the real receipt that I signed with no problem. Yesterday I walked in to pick up a few pizza for a birthday party. There was one lady working. As soon as I walked in I asked her if she was OK. She seemed very stressed and sort of rattled. I'm not sure if she responded to me asking if she was OK or not... I asked her where all of her help was and she didn't respond at all. I was just trying to sort of check on her based on how stressed she seemed. I went to pay for my bill and she didn't have any change for me to pay with cash. That's not a big deal, but a little annoying. I felt bad for whatever was causing her bad day. When I got home the order was slightly incorrect. Something I also noticed, the parking lot is in the worst shape of any business I have ever seen. I would assume this was a vacant business just based on the condition of the parking lot. read more

Tried one of the new cheese dips and it looked nothing like it does in the commercial. Not even remotely. pizza looked like it had been sitting for awhile and just want very good. For the price it was very disappointing. read more

Tried to do window pick up and had to wait 13 minutes behind a customer already there before pulling up to window. Once there, was completely ignored by passing employees for another 7 minutes before getting fed up and just walking into the store. Addressed the issue with woman proclaiming to be the manager about how it had now been 25 minutes since their app said my order was ready. All I got was a weak ass appology and a cold pizza at full price. read more

Best pizza in boiling springs can be delivered and doesn't take long to get to you, and doesn't cost much to have it done unlike a couple of other pizza places have. You can order online and get tons of coupons and points that add up to a free pizza. Once they forgot to add a topping and made it right they called us and gave us a free pizza. read more
