I'm sad about domino's, it used to be so good. They skim the ingredients on the pizza and the chicken wings oh my gosh they are so sad now! You go to the 6.99 deal the wings are 8.99. So false advertising there and if you want wings tossed in sauce good luck you get one small drizzle of that on top. So if you want it to be saucy like the pictures you need to buy three packets of sauce. So now you're 6.99 wings turn in to 8.99 for some reason, then turn into 11 dollars with sauce that should have come on top of them to begin with. If you want pan pizza it's an extra 2 dollars. The medium pizzas are smaller now. The bread is very thin, not like it used to be. I asked for extra tomato sauce, It was pretty dry. Most likely going to Pizza Hut for now on. They have the same 6.99 deal on their website, and their wings are covered in sauce. read more

Our whole family is Gluten Free so we decided to try out the new offering since pizza is one of the things that is missed the most with this restriction. We were all pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed the flavor. Crispy and does not have the usual cardboard taste like some early Gluten Free entries in the market. The chains are all the same, so it comes down to the level of great customer service. I was staying at the Ramada Inn and needed a snack for the night. Je sus the night man super serviced me by being helpful in what pizza was good. As well as the delivery driver, after ordering while I was waiting, he kept on giving me the ETA of my pizza. I ordered a pizza and the total was 25.66 and they charged me 40 dollars for it and it took the driver over an hour to get to my house they should've given a full refund just for I taking over an hour when they said 45 minutes and we contacted the general manager about the rip off and he said he'd call back in an hour and the next day he hadn't called back so we went to the dominos and they over gave 14 dollars back and not the whole things like they should've. read more

Since they moved locations the customer service has been horrible. Messed up four different orders in a row including the free remake for previous errors. Seem to have more attitude as well. It's a shame never had any issues in the five years prior to them moving across the neighborhood. read more

They moved to 2420 18th St in Bettendorf, and the pizza is so good. They are always friendly too. Fast delivery or pick up, with a drive thru window! The new location is very clean. I made pizzas in college, so I know a bit about them. I ordered the $7.99 medium 2-topping pan pizza special online from this Domino's. Delivery was faster than most other places. The crust was perfect, cheese was high-grade, sauce was good (not too sweet or sour), mushrooms fresh, ham decent quality. Ingredient portions were generous. There's a reason that Domino's doesn't offer as many specials as other pizza places. The reason is because they have a superior product to the competition. I've also ordered from Pizza Hut, Papa John's, Wise Guys, Happy Joe's, and others. This one is better than the others. read more
