Blessed, tuff, fast, amazing, MIND-BLOWING. I'm simply blown away, and I'm so so thankful that this pizza was a part of my day.

You could improve everything. My fiance and are are frequent flyers to Domino's and in a few years we've been together we've only had one bad experience up in New York every other time you guys are great priced and top-notch. This time was horrible. The cheese was burnt, you charged us $10 for 10 noodles for the mac & cheese that was flavorless i had to add my own seasonings. The pizza was equivalent to old gas station pizza that sat out for 24 hours. There was literally no sauce. The only good thing about it was the one pizza had a ton of toppings. Other than that it was doughy and dry with burnt cheese. This place get zero stars from me. It totally turned me off and made me never want to go to dominoes again I couldn't even eat it. read more

Domino's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Augusta, Maine

I like Dominos. This Augusta branch seems to have issues with staff as sometimes they stop taking orders or no longer deliver so unless I'm going out that way I don't order as much as I used too. That being said I love the spinach and cheese pull apart bread, bbq chicken and thin crust pizza. Despite the staff issues it's always good. The staff is always quick and the wait is usually less than 20 minutes. The bread is my go to but they run specials so it's more affordable for families with picky eaters. Something for everyone. read more

I call put my order in at 4:27 was told 40 mins. I called at 5:10 to check the status they said 15-20 mins I showed up at 5:39 they had just put it in the oven. WTF. read more

Usually fine except it took 4 hours last time I ordered on Friday night and he could not give me a discount as he said he was not authorized

Ordered our food at 4:53 at 5:50 it was finally put in the oven. If I wouldn't of prepaid it would of been canceled. This is unexceptionable Augusta Maine Western Ave location Lisa Colfer read more

Ordered online with a 37 minute delivery window. Two hours later and the pizza has yet to be delivered....Don't trust the website for accuracy! read more

Not the Dominos I remember, not sure why this pizza just did not taste good. I'm not sure if they changed their ingredients or what but I'm reluctant to go back to this particular Dominos read more

Online website messed up and ordered "no cheese". Management offered no remake or partial refund. Poor customer service.

I continually hate this store. They won't hire me. They're rude on the phone. They literally hung up on me. They refuse to deliver in the snow. It's MAINE we get LOTS of snow. Obviously if its to the point you can't deliver within the city limits you should probably close for the night. I live literally 1.3 miles away in a straight shot on the lowest hills in the town. read more

Terrible service from these guys multiple times the foods not bad but I mean you can really mess a recipe that comes the same store wide store to store to keep it so say you get one here and one ten states away same stuff nom nom but the service here is miserable canceling orders making fun of customers to get a laugh and god forbid you say something back your banned the customer is always wrong is there motto here at this location go elsewhere if possible read more

It was made a few minutes before I picked it up but tasted so old and stale. Plus there wasn't enough sauce or cheese. Not enjoyable at all.

Tried ordering delivery in the middle of the night to be delivered to Bog Rd in Augusta which is literally a 10 min drive. However the manager claimed its out of reach within there area. Are you serious? Ive been to different states where Dominos drive as far to please there customer. This is Not what i expected. Thank you Dominos Manager of Augusta. read more

Excellent service!! Nicholas and Chris are awesome!! Pizza is always perfectly made. Delivery is quick. The app doesn't work all the time but calling works just as well. I highly recommend!! read more

I am Pleased to take down my last less than favorable review and trade it in for a much more positive review. Their service and quality got a heck of a lot better and the introduction of salads to the menu was a brilliant choice from the company as a whole. We look forward to having the extra money to order from dominos now and i can choose a salad for myself if i really want salad. Johan (the GM) and Shauna (manager) are really down to earth and work really hard to make sure that all their customers are happy!!! read more

The worst attitude and service I've ever encountered. I cant believe they are in business. Richard the manager should never be allowed to interact with a mother human. He has absolutely no clue. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here. I wouldn't put anything by them. read more

Stayed in the area tonight ordered food the man answering phone was ignorant and quite frankly should never answer a phone from any company.

This Dominoes is RIPPING YOU OFF FOR DELIVERY. I recently ordered a pizza delivered and was given a total of $20.15...after a few minutes I got called saying I am outside their delivery radius, odd since they have delivered to me before...anyway I'll make a long and extremely aggravating story short.......when I went to pick up my pizza, the price suddenly became $8.99......$8.99.....THAT'S OVER $11.00 TO DELIVER.....MORE THAN THE COST OF THE PIZZA!! WTF This franchise needs to be investigated by Dominos Corp. Do yourself a favor and if you need delivery, call somewhere else, this owner is a thief! read more

Tried the new Artisan pizzas yesterday. We thought it would be the perfect thing to munch on during football. Have never been the biggest fan of Domino's pizza, but loved the idea of these new ones, and on special for 7.99 each. We tried the Spinach and Feta, and the Sausage and Pepper Trio. You couldn't even find any Feta on the pizza, let alone taste it. The toppings were so stingy! The pizza crust was super thin, like paper. There was hardly anything to these pizzas. The two of us actually finished them, and were both still hungry, and we are far from pigs! It's a good thing they were only 7.99, I would have been upset if we had actually paid MORE for them. The ironic thing was that the commercials for these pizzas kept coming on while we were dining. We kept looking at the delicious looking pizza in the commercial, and the sorry looking ones that were actually in front of us, and laughing. read more

It's been over 80min and I'm still waiting for my pizza ... We called and they said they were busy. While I appreciate their predicament, it's not my problem. I have ordered from dominoes in larger metropolitan areas during peak times and received great service - this is ridiculous.... read more

I'm usually the last person to complain but last nights experience was one of the WORST! They were over an hour late from when they said they would arrive. The pizza was cold, the specially chicken was burnt and rock hard from the cheese. I ordered the halababro chicken sandwich and when I opened the box the sandwich was completely taken apart. There was NO sauce on the sandwich... so I got plain chicken on hard bread with Jalapeños... That's it. I tipped very well to the driver not knowing what disaster I ordered.. It couldn't even be eaten. I'm just in shock they would even let the food leave their doors. read more

Usually I have a good experience here but not recently.. The guy that I use to always see here with the big hair and was always nice to the customers, I haven't seen in a while. I assume he must have left this Domino's. Now whenever I go in, I'm never greeted, and my food is always sloppy. Way to go down hill Domino's. Be better to your employees read more

the shift leader was not only rude but insulting. not only did she call me a liar but she also gave me stupid excuses and made some silly insinuations. not needed! one of my pizzas was wrong and when i called about it and she told me that i didn't order the pizza the way i did (even though i had my order online and have email confirmation of it.) then told me that there is no regulation on light cheese...then changes it to well we were really busy....... then tells me she can replace as long as all of the pizza is there. it can not be replaced if ANY (and yes she did stress the any) of it is missing. that is just insanely rude and not needed! if i could give 0 stars i would..... read more

The girl that makes the food is just horrible... Every time I go into this store she is always talking about nasty things that shouldn't be talked about at a work place! And she is just straight out rude! I would rather like to go when she is not working! The owner or manager really needs to re think the employees at this location. Other than that I enjoy the food, and the manager is always pleasant. read more

I ordered from the Augusta, Me Dominos and have always ordered from them. Well after this happened I will never order from them again. I ordered my food around 5:30pm and at 6:04 pm according the tracker they left the store. 6:30 rolled around and no food so I CALLED the store and spoke to someone and told the guy that I think the driver was in wrong driveway and drove off. He said he has a lot of orders and don't know which order they went in. I said well some people pull into the restaurant side of building and I am after the restaurant. 7:04pm rolled around and stil NO food so I called back and was told they couldn't deliver to me tonight because I didn't answer my phone. So here is the break down. 1) Didn't realize the wrong number was on profile. 2) I called the store and told them they were in wrong driveway. 3) Again I called the store so you had number on caller id. So I ordered from Pizza Hut who parked in the restaurant side and could figure out I was on other side of building so why couldn't you. When I asked who the manager was he said he was. Very rude.... I will not order again from them. They like to ban people from being delivered to for stupid reason and to me that isn't wise for a business to do. read more
