Once again I lulled myself into thinking that ordering delivery wouldn't be a miserable experience. I was wrong. An hour and a a half for a delivery two miles away. The app said 30 to 40 minutes and deep in my heart I knew they were lying. Stupidly I put my order in. An hour later the app finally said "in the oven". I had the app text me to track the delivery. 30 minutes later it says "waiting for delivery" but I get a knock on my door. It's the driver. Unfriendly, no apologies, just a grunt or two. But at least my food was nice and cold. Don't use the dominoes app to order delivery from this location. You're better off paying DoorDash or Uber eats to pick it up and get it to you on time. Absolutely crappy! Day before the Super Bowl and they can't get a simple order right. After a very long day of doing college stuff all my daughter wanted was a hand tossed pizza with garlic crust just as it's described when ordering. Get home with a pizza with plain boring crust. Don't go here the tracker doesn't work accurately and when you wait over an hour for an order for carry out and they surpass the 2 minute as advertised rule. You don't get your next order free just 1 pizza. My order wasn't too extreme 2 pizzas and bread sticks. I was told by the store to call corporate which I did and they say under staff sorry about your luck and that was it. No try to make situation better. The franchisee is only concerned about sales not the customer. Tell everyone to stay away from here they are greedy and will attach the proof. read more

Worst pizza I've ever had. This place is so inconsistent. A month ago I had the same pizza and it was delicious. The one last night was cold, overcooked, had next to no cheese and limited toppings. I doubt I'll order from them again. The only reason I gave a 1 instead of a zero is because the pasta was good...what there was of it. They've cut down the size so that it doesn't even cover the bottom of the pan it comes in. read more

In my Italian opinion dominos has made the turn. Fast affordable good pizza delivered. $5-$7 usually covers it ( imos?? Why $20+?) Try it it's changed slot. Good job dominos. read more

When I ordered I was told 25-35 minutes for delivery. Around the hour in a half mark I tried calling 3 different times and was on hold for 10-15 minutes each time. Someone would answer and just hang up on me. The 2 hour mark I just ordered Imos and got it in 15 minutes. I'm reaching the two in a half mark now and still nothing. I ordered food at 6:22pm. I called at 7:15 and was told it would be 10 minutes before my food even went in the oven. At 7:40 it was finally in the oven. Now I wait for delivery. The pizza came at 7:55pm. Almost 2 hours to get pizza. Absolutely ridiculous. And the entire order just came and is wrong. The offered a $10 credit. They can shove it. I will never order from Dominos again. I tried them after the messed up the last order because mistakes happen. But now I know it's their policy. Take as long as you can and deliver the wrong pizza. Do not order from the app and never from this store. They won't fix a problem caused by a bug in their system. We ordered pizzas and they were delivered wrong. Called and spoke to a manager, who offered to charge me again to remake the pizzas. She was very rude and condescending. Terrible food + terrible customer service = avoid at all costs. read more

This place is awesome. They have such friendly staff. And the management is great. All the delivery drivers work hard to get the customers order out at a reasonable time so the pizza arrives hot and fresh. They have a nice little dough theater so the children can watch the pizzas being made it's so wonderful how they want to entertain the kids as you wait for your food to be made. read more

So disappointed. Ordered online for carry out after a long day of working outside. They gave me the wrong pizza. Manager Chris at this store has zero customer service training. Said his computer said it was the correct pizza. He didn't want to see my online order or have the pizza returned but would make me a "FREE" pizza and would charge 2.99 to deliver said free pizza. On 7/6 I placed an on line order early in the day to pick up at 6pm. All went well until I got home and found a fly baked into the cheese. When I returned to the store and asked for the manager to show them what I found on the pizza. I asked if this was a corporate owned store, she didn't know, another employee pointed to the door to show me the number to call for the complaint. I don't know if this is inexperience in the restaurant business or lack of training on how to handle customer complaints, or what. We order from here a lot, both take out and delivery. Always great. Friendly staff, clean store. One time had wrong toppings(close to what we ordered but small mistake) they more than made up for it. Check their website for deals. read more
