Just had the worst experience with domino's carryout. I ordered my order waited 30 minutes went to store, arrived to chaos at the register, said order wasnt ready, then proceded to wait 20 more minutes then they gave me the order. Got home and every aspect of order was wrong both pizzas, parm bread was dessert bread and didnt even give the right salad. Of course i call the store back and cashier was nice and said they would remake whole order and get delivered right away. Then 20 minutes later the store manager called and said it was store policy not to deliver there mistake because original order was carryout, and would not delivered and i had to go back and get it. I was appalled by the lack of service or customer service by the manager and i just told the manager to refund me and i would never visit them again. I literally live behind the store. But cold wet weather i ordered 1 medium extravaganza pizza on the app. To be fair the pickup estimate was 5:20-5:30pm I ordered carside to go & pulled up Hazards on as requested at 5:12pm I Was one of 3 cars who were completely ignored. I finally received my food @ 5:42pm (30 minutes/ 12 minutes past the latest "estimate") now the ads say if it takes longer than 2 minutes to get it after it's in "ready" mode on the tracker then the next is FREE. Problem is they're manipulating this pledge by just waiting until the last minute to bring it out to your car. DON'T ORDER CARSIDE as this is the 3rd time they've done this to me & I'm PISSED!! I usually don't yelp unless positive; but after watching for 30 minutes over a dozen customers who clearly ordered after me get in & out service; I've realized that if you want food fast.... This place has improved since last couple of times. I really like going in when JJ is working. After having long hard days he always finds a way to spark up out day. Don't bother adding instructions online or giving a 35% tip for instructions at this location if you're traveling, because any instructions will not be read. I put a 20% tip via the website, then gave the guy an extra 5 in cash upon arrival, expecting him to follow instructions about congratulating me on my savings, and intimating I had used loyalty points (bc BF didn't want me to spend more than 10 dollars for any delivery, but this was almost 30). We are moving, and we were stressed and hungry. There are not many delivery options in this town. I went with Domino's, as it appeared to be faster than the others. In the end, I paid an extra 10 or 15 dollars to a petulant teen for nothing other than dealing with his crap attitude at the hotel door. That's, that's not something I normally would pay for. I would have been fired as a delivery driver or line cook for failing to read, and heed, customer instructions - even if they were clearly delusional and whack AF. Mine was neither of those; if you are stuck in Albany and faced with nothing for delivery but Domino's, swallow your exhaustion and go to the 24-hr Walmart and get some trail mix, apples, cheese, and this week's Lay's Ridiculous (and delicious) Special Limited-Time Flavor. Domino's is not normally superlative or even good by most reasonable standards (*NB : I totally eat both Domino's and Taco Bell on occasion and know what I'm getting and can fully enjoy both), but the food was also subpar, even for this chain. One star because you can't leave zero. Ordered pizza at 5:24. Was told 36-46 minutes for delivery. The tracker had it in quality control at 6:08. By 6:45 it was still in quality control. I called and was told by automated message that it was waiting to be picked up for delivery. I finally got through to a person and told her I wanted to cancel my order and why. I was promptly hung up on. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on again. The third time I demanded to speak to a manager when the phone was answered. I got a "shift supervisor" because there was no manager. After all this the order was finally cancelled (an hour and a half later). This is horrible service and customer service. I'll be checking frequently to ensure I get my refund. I hope the manager or franchise owner reads this and addresses this disaster of a business. read more

First time buying a pizza here. I ordered on line and got a text that it was in oven. 10 mins ready. It was there and hot when I got there. I was very unsatisfied with there puzza, got a large Philly steak pizza. The pizza had 7 small puece of green pepper on it, very few mushrooms and oinions. I had a very hard time locating much meat on it. Had cheese which was ok and it was cooked. This was a 19.00 pie. It is not that it was bad but they sure are cheap on the toppings. Why isn't zero stars an option? Horrible experience today. Ordered online and have been waiting over an hour!!! Asked once, was told it's not ready. Asked again, was told, I dont see anything for this order and guy walked away. 15 minutes later I asked again to make sure I had ordered from the correct place and was told pizzas were just going in the oven. The tracker said ready in 20 minutes. Then 20 minutes later is read, ready that's when I went inside to inquire, 3 times. If I would of been told from the beginning there was an issue to they hadn't even started it, I would have left and gone else where as I needed to at dinner with food in hand over an hour ago!!! So frustrating! This was at the Albany, OR location. In the Lebanon, Oregon location, I ordered, got the pizza and there was a huge hand print on it. Another time, ( this happened twice) I went to pick it up according to the tracker time, pulled up to the window and they said they had given away my order, to pull up to the front and they would remake it but it had only been 20 minutes per the tracker. Another time, picked up the order and the cheese was only on half of pie. I will no long eat or order from Dominos again. I will let friends and family about the bad service and horrible experience. No one, not even the managers try to make the situation better by apologizing or discounting a pie. PIZZA WASN'T SLICED!!! I tried to use a kitchen knife and all the cheese and toppings slid off of the pizza. I BURNT MYSELF on the sauce when I tried to put the toppings back in place. On Christmas Eve night I ordered two large pizzas on the phone with one topping each. When I got to the business I presented my coupon for the price of $5.99 per pizza. The CSR commented he would try and find the coupon code in the order checkout. He then consulted with another employee and said he couldn't find it. This coupon had no expiration date on it and said it could be used multiple times. The CSR pointed out the fine print on the coupon said the offer could be with-drawn at anytime. This coupon was an insert in a recent mailing. I was told the best price he could give me was $15.98 from what should have been $11.98. I was left with two options, pay the price or go somewhere else. Going somewhere else wasn't really an option and I feel the CSR knew that so I was scammed out of a coupon price. Left a very bitter taste in my mouth. One final comment. The way the CSR said he would "Try and find the coupon code" told me upon reflection he had done this scam before. read more

Don't buy online! I ordered online, and paid 15.98 (including delivery cost) and my bank statement was 17.98 which means someone added an extra 2 dollars to it. Always pretty good. Delivery drivers are always great, friendly, and on time. Pizza is always great and we enjoy the coupons on the online ordering website. The only reason we didn't give 5-stars is that sometimes the pizza isn't always cooked evenly meaning the outside is nice, but sometimes the center isn't as crisp (hand tossed) and can be a bit flimsy so we have to put it in the oven when it gets here. Just an extra minute or two in the oven would be awesome (we don't get a lot of toppings either so I know that's not it). Overall though, they are great...much better than pizza hut and way cheaper than Abby's with fresh ingredients! read more

I have had so many incorrect orders, pasta that barely had any in the bowl and then no sauce, pizza delivered with the toppings stuck to the top and all to one side of the box looking like the order was dropped. This has been a consistant issue with this store and i have talked to management on over 4 occasions, all promising to mail me coupons for replacing my food, never seeing anything in the mail. We love the taste of the food, but because of the above issues we stopped ordering for a while, ordered tonight, nothing had changed and i again spoke with management because of the order.
